I really liked the 1st one. It will have you on the edge of your seat the whole time trying to figure out what is going on.

The 2nd one is a little different, I didnt like it quite as much, it was more action oriented than suspense and mystery but still a decent enough watch.

I have not seen the 3rd one yet.

I thought the first one was amazing. Really kept you guessing and was unlike anything Id seen in a while. The end, as Blade said really kept you on the edge of your seat, really good stuff. You should definatly see that one!

The second was good, but nowhere near as good as the first. There was a lot of talk about how they rushed it in order to get it out for a Halloween release date, which i thought was kind of obvious. It wasnt as powerful as the first one.

Going to see the 3rd one next week, although now, i really wanna see the first again.

I thought both movies were excellent. The contraptions that Saw puts his victims in are actually real devices the writers found online when searching for torture stuff. people have actually built stuff like that!

But beyond that, the best part about both are the endings to them. Both 1 and 2 leave such a twist at the end, it pisses you off when the end credits roll. Definetely a must-see, and I will be there opening night on Friday

And now, here it is...your moment of Carlin (10/10/2008)

I don't think we should be governing ourselves. What we need is a king, and every now and then if the king's not doing a good job, we kill him.

"Suffering...you haven't seen anything yet."

That tag line on the commercial gives me the creeps.

Tobin Bell is one creepy SOB.

I agree, 1st was better then 2nd, but that is not saying the 2nd one sucked. It was good.

I will be seeing the 3rd one on Friday.

First one is excellent. The thing is, they kinda had to make the second one much differen,t because part of the appeal of the first one is that you have no idea whats going on, and you slowly learn the truth simultaneously along with the characters.

By the end of the movie, you know whats going on, so for the second one, they couldn't use that same "keep the audience in the dark until the end" thing.

However, both movies have awesome endings.
