Bollocks, was watching something on Channel 4 and once it finished, i flicked through the channels and saw the Contender finishing.

Hopefully i can get a download from somewhere to catch up before next week.

I watched it and freaking LOVED it.

They get you so wrapped up in these guys you really end up rooting for people.

There are some former title holders too.

Not a spoiler, but it looks like Alfonso may end up fighting in this season again (He was the one that came in 3rd)

Also, Sly wasnt on the season premire and it sure doesnt look like he will be on the show much if at all. They didnt even mention him.

Sugar Ray isnt the best speaker when he knows he has to present something like a "Welcome to the Contender" type shit, but he is a great motivator when it comes to talking to the boxers.

I also was amazed that these guys are only 149 pounds tops. Wierd. They look so much bigger.

Goes to show you, you never know who you could be messing with. These guys are so little but they could take me, a much bigger person, and turn my face into chop suey before i even threw a punch. haha.

I watched the first two episodes, good stuff.

One thing I hate about it though is all the slow motion footage during the match. I know they are trying to make it more dramatic, but I would rater see the match in real time.

This series is excellent but not as good as the first.

I think it was wrong to get rid of the challenges as now its just nothing but filler until the fight.

Sly not being on screen isn't too bad either but it would be nice if there was something else in the show, it just seems a bit nothing and then wham the fight.

4th episode up tomorrow night and i shall be glued.

I believe it was tonight, sometime around 8 i think, i saw it as i was flicking through for something to watch and it was on.
