Advancing to the Finals is: The Godfather (9-8) After a very close, long battle, a winner was finally decided. Ideally for me, the underrated Part II would've advanced instead, but the people have spoken.
[MATCH B]
Fight Club vs Pulp Fiction Best of the '90s
Battle of the Cult Classics in our second semi final. Both films are widely loved and are known to have a huge impact on pop culture. It's Brad Pitt vs Samuel L. Jackson, Ed Norton vs John Travolta and Quentin Tarantino vs David Fincher here.

The Godfather II. It really showed an interesting turn in Pacino role as Michael Corleone. As well as showed Pacino's greatest acting role. This is the greatest sequel ever made.

Definitely got to be The Godfather Part II. I've always considered the first one overrated, even though it truly is still amazing. Part II has the parallell storyline of the rise of Vito with a great performance from De Niro and then, continuing from the first film, Michael's slow turn into a villain. This is Pacino's finest performance, as well as John Cazale's, who played Fredo. The scene with the boat is probably one of the saddest scenes for me.

Thought they were seperated in the Semi's Mark? lol
It's definitely Godfather II for me. I love both, at least in comparison to the third, but the second one is just a more enjoyable film all round. Pacino is simply excellent in it.
