Former Marvel Studios CEO Avi Arad may have let a big one out of the bag when talking to IFMagazine.com. He says there are four villains in Spider-Man 3!

iF: There are four villains this time, Venom, Sandman, and Green Goblin and when is the fourth going to be revealed?

ARAD: Right we have four villains. Pretty soon [we'll reveal the fourth villain] I believe. Maybe around Comic Con we'll reveal something and the madness will begin.

All I can say is Wow! Most anticipated movie EVER for me

I'd lay odds that the fourth villian is the Hobgoblin (Read: Harry Osborn)

I think somewhere in this movie they're going to reveal Norman is alive and Harry will use his technology to turn on him and help Peter as the Hobgoblin.

They've hinted that Harry will turn on his dad and this would provide the perfect chance.

I'm only speculating but I'd say we see the Goblin and Sandman thoughout and then possibly Hobgoblin as you said, and they use Venom in the last say 10-15 minutes.. Just what I'm thinking.

Yes, I expect Brock won't become Venom until the last few minutes and that will set up the big finale battle.

Raimi confirmed Topher won't be in costume until the last few minutes.
