Lost Discussion *Spoilers Within*

Well now that the show is over till the fall maybe now is the time to discuss all the crazy crap that went on, especially with last nights 2 hour finale.

Some things that I have noticed throughout the season.

*The bearded dude "Zeek" is the same guy that gave Savid the assignment to break his commanding officers will via torture. This is the same moment when Savid said that "he will never be the same"

*Zeek is apparently not the leader as speculated. It appears that Henry Gale is higher up the depth chart. Its also seems to implicate that Henry got himself caught by French chick on purpose so he could do some "reverse phyco-analyasis"

*The Numbers are very real. Desomd didnt enter the code on September 22 2004. Also the same day flight 815 crashed. Therefore the magnetic pull is very real.

*Escape is apparently due South and accessible to the others whenever they so choose. Ummm, ok.

*The Others are NOT part of the Darhma project. At least they dont appear to be anymore.

*They are clearly more shopisticated then the losties gave them credit for.

*The others wanted Hurley, Jack, Kate and Sawyer. Michael asked "Who are you people?" Gale's response "We're the good guys" Odd. It appears that they are trying to rid the island of people that could cause them trouble in Sawyer, Jack and Kate. But by that same token they should have gotten Savid and Locke.

Now the questions...................

*Did Ecko and Locke survive the blast? my guess is yes, but in 2006 TV you never can tell anymore.

*Have we seen the last of Michael and Walt? My guess is they will be the people that help rescue them some 2 or 3 seasons later, but not season 3.

*What was the deal with the bright violet light? Clearly it was due to the system failure, but there has to be more to that.

*The 2nd station "The Monitoring Station" was fake. But why?

Damn. I love this show so much I may watch Season 2 on DVD just to see if I can find more clues.

I want to know why all these people seemed to have met before hitting the island.

I coiuld go on and on with the clues, hints and hidden meanings but well I dont have 3 more hours to type.

It's about time......now bring on his next fued....

The bright white light seemed to be an EMP or Electromagnetic Pulse.

If you look at the two dudes at the end in the Snow station I think that's what flashed on the screen when they noticed there had been a change.

Also Desmond's gf is looking for him still or has something to do with this.

P.S. Sawyer called the fake bearded guy Zeke, who revealed last night that his real name is Tom when Kate asked him to take the fake beard off.

The military dude in the hatch with Desmond was the one who asked Sayid to torture his superior from earlier this season.

I read online that the guy who was Desmond's partner in the hatch was the military guy that gave Sayid the assignment. That's why he knew Desmond was following him when he went out to the boat. He said something about being inthe military for years, so he knows when he's being followed.

I also didnt put two and two together and realize that the chick who gave Desmond the boat was Libby. I read something interesting...Libby said that her dead husband's name was "David". What was the name of Hurley's imaginary friend? Dave. And apparently Hurley and Libby were in the mental institution together. Interesting...

I noticed that too but didn't think anything of it. Good catch!

Also did anyone notice that the "hostiles" or "others" are being mentioned as being on the island by the Military guy in the hatch with Desmond as well? So they were there either some time before the Dharma project arrived or during...

I also think, I'm not sure on this, that Desmond's gf Penny's Dad was one of the guys as listed being involved with Dharma on one of those orientation tapes they watched.

Yeah Hanso's site is really out there in terms of odd.

Some of the numerous Lost forums are very entertaining as well with all the various ideas people are coming up with.

Some folks have way too much time on their hands.

One guy wrote a 16 page explanation!

16 pages is a bit crazy.....

Correct me if I am wrong....

Yes, I understand that the military dude was the same guy that was in the hatch, but I also thought that he was "Zeke".

I posted the episode and I plan on watching it again tonight. There is nothing on and I really really thought there was a lot of stuff hidden in this particular episode.

Also, that's a good call that Libby's husband was "david". I knew the husbands name was relevant, but I totally didnt think of Hurley's imaginary pal.

I just want to know so much more about the "others". That black lady seems like she is the leader of them. Not really sure.

What do you guys think the reason for picking Jack, Sawyer and Kate was?

Sawyer is badass. I think guys are supposed to be annoyed and turned off by him, but I find his character easily the most interesting.

It's about time......now bring on his next fued....

I fucking hate Sawyer. He's a good character, and he's played really well (which is why I hate him) but I want Sayid to shoot him in the face.

I also wish they didnt have so many flashback episodes for Jack and Kate. It seems like every other episode is a Jack flashback. We get it, he has a rocky relationship with his father. Fucking get over it already

You're wrong...

Think back to the forrest scene where they had Kate hostage and told them to drop their weapons.

Sawyer came forward and dropped his pistol while muttering "You and me ain't done Zeke."

That's where the name started.

See photo below:

I get the most kicks with the episodes here lately flahing back to Mr. Eko. He, for me, is the most interesting of the bunch so far besides Locke.

The whole "man of faith" vs. "man of science" battle entertains me as well.

Mr. Eko is far and away my favorite character. Not only because his character on here is so cool, but because he played one of my favorite characters ever, Simon Adebisi from Oz
