Rapper Busta Rhymes has been arrested and charged with assault in New York, it has been reported.

Associated Press reported Rhymes allegedly attacked a man for spitting on his car. He was arrested on August 12 and is due back in court on October 24.
Rhymes hit the headlines earlier this year when his bodyguard was shot and killed during a music video shoot in Brooklyn.
