WWE vs. ECW Head to Head Matches

Three matches for the WWE vs. ECW Head to Head special have been confirmed. The matches, which can be seen live this Wednesday on USA Network at 9/8 CT, are as follows:
WWE Champion John Cena vs. Sabu
In a battle of brawling specialists, RAW’s John Cena will get a taste of the extreme atmosphere when he takes on ECW legend Sabu in one-on-one action.
World Champion Rey Mysterio vs. Rob Van Dam
SmackDown’s Rey Mysterio will engage in high-risk combat with Mr. Money in the Bank Rob Van Dam as both men attempt to build momentum heading into One Night Stand.
20-Man Battle Royal – WWE vs. ECW
Mick Foley, Edge, Big Show, Mark Henry, Carlito and Shelton Benjamin are just some of the Superstars that will represent WWE in the 20-man Battle Royal. Team ECW will be represented by Kurt Angle, Terry Funk, Tommy Dreamer, Balls Mahoney, Al Snow and more as WWE and ECW battle for the first time in this type of environment.
Momentum and bragging rights will be on the line as WWE and ECW go head to head just four days before One Night Stand. Don't miss WWE vs. ECW Head to Head Wednesday on USA Network at 9/8 CT.

OMG Balls Mahoney in the 20man Battle Royal... Can't Wait!!!

Looks like it should be a very good show. The 20 man battle royal should be awesome. I cant wait to see Al Snow, Balls Mahoney, and I'm curious as to who else will be on "team ECW". I didn't think they had 20 wrestlers on the roster. I'm hoping for appearances by CM Punk and Test (in the battle royal). That would be a really good way to introduce them, as the newest members of the ECW brand.

John Cena vs. Sabu should be a good match. I never once thought i would see this match, never even thought these two would step into the ring together. It'll be very interesting to see how it goes down.

RVD vs. Rey will be a cool, spotacular match. Both have slowed down a lot lately, and i would like to see them both pick up the pace. If they do decided to go for a faster paced match, then it should be really great.

Its a 20-man battle royal, they only need ten. I'm hoping for Angle to win or someone from the WWE.

Oh yeah. That completely slipped my mind.

I saw an advert for the show, and it listed Randy Orton as one of the entrants for WWE. I would actually like to see him compete one on one, maybe against Sandman. I think they could produce a decent match, and its a something that probably wouldn't happen again.

Really, ECW should make John Cena's "Wrestling" Skills seem a lot better, as this is his kind of thing.

Plus, im with WWE all the way! XD

It actually looks like its going to be a really good show. It'll be interesting to see John Cena taking on Sabu. Not really sure if there styles will match up. Rey Mysterio & Rob Van Dam should have a great match though. Both guys have good wrestling ability & are known for there high flying moves.

I'm looking forward to this show.
