Rep Power: 5 ![]() | WWE management said to be very high on Bobby Lashley, & more info WWE management is said to be very high on Bobby Lashley as a wrestler and feel he can grow into a higher position on the card. Some feel Lashley has a stronger chance of moving up the card due to SmackDown having a very thin roster as of late and many wrestlers going out with injuries. At this point, those within WWE feel Lashley has made some strong progress since his debut in late 2005 on the SmackDown brand and feel he will continue to progress by holding a secondary title like the WWE United States Title, a title he captured on SmackDown last week by defeating the now out and injured JBL. Source - Pro Wrestling Torch Newsletter ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- I agree I think Lashley has the ability to be a top star on SD.

Rep Power: 3 ![]() | I like Lashley, he may not be the best wrestler currently but I think his matches are entertaining and although I think it may be a bit too early to put the US title on him, at least he is being pushed well and finally having actual matches instead of the squashes he was put in early in his WWE career. I see big things for Lashley and it can be seen that he is improving in the ring.

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Lashley has made progression, and i think its possible that he could be a top performer. At the moment though, he is just horrible. I hope he doesn't move further up the card, he's not ready, and i don't want to see it happen until he starts training his ass off (to improve). |

| I would have to agree that Lashley has the potential to progress to Main Event status. His recent US Title victory should give him a boost as it shows that the creative team have faith in his ability. With SmackDown! needing more established stars Lashley has a good chance of filling part of that void. Hopefully he'll get a decent run with the US title & a few good feuds along the way to help him out. |

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | He's very green, and its not like he has a Dean Malenko repertoire. I wouldnt expect that, ofcourse. But still, he's very boring in the ring. I have know doubt he'll improve, he just doesnt impress me at the moment. |
