I don't understand why RVD was used as a draft pick because he was going ECW anyway. Maybe he wasn't the draft pick.

Yeah, they didnt make it very clear. However, it's been announced on wwe.com that he is the Raw pick.

Waste of a draft pick. He already said he was going ECW no point of wasting it. I thought the draft picks would be people going against their will.

That would have been an incredibley good idea. ECW is apparantly short of heels. What better way to create heels than by forcing wrestlers to join against their will?
