Rep Power: 5  | Talk of a fourth Austin Powers Another Austin Powers movie? Does the thought of it make you horny, baby? Word is Mike Myers and the team behind the three popular Austin Powers movies are rushing to make a fourth James Bond spoof to be released next year, around the time the latest real Bond movie, Casino Royale, is coming out. While speculation ran rampant for months about who would take over the role of Bond from Pierce Brosnan (it was announced last week that Daniel Craig has been selected), there’s no question Myers would be back playing Powers and arch-nemesis Dr. Evil, if not more of the characters he took on in the later films. And Seth Green would be back as Scott, Dr. Evil’s wisecracking son. In fact, the story would likely be a prequel to the first three films, with the focus on Green playing a young Dr. Evil. No word yet on how many of his lives Mr. Bigglesworth will have used up at the time of this instalment. ------------------ That'd be schweet. I love the Austin Powers series. Some of my all time favourite scenes come from these movies, so a fourth would be great. | |
