No particular rule on max provided you promo for them all. If you have missed shows in the past and not told me beforehand then three is the limit. If you have promoed every week and think you can manage more, then go for it.

Also, no-one gets removed from the roster unless they ask to be. Banned mambers are demoted to Enhancement Talents and will be right down the bottom of the list of people to put on the show. Three consecutive no-shows will also get you this status.
