In Exile: Joey Nicholas vs Shadow Equinox

Joey Nicholas was tied up in a vicious feud with Dr. Jack Adams since the start of CWA’s existence. With Adams no longer on the CWA Roster, Nicholas took to making open challenges in search of competition. His competition level had slowly risen until last week when Rich Stone took the challenge and defeated the cocky champion. Nicholas will need to recover quickly as he puts his gold on the line in Canada against an unknown entity in Shadow Equinox. Will Nicholas continue his reign of terror or will evil rise to the top?

Who even "is" Shadow Equinox?

Is it Daren? I mean, I really don't know and can't be bothered to look it up lol.
