In this new beginning, scientist Bruce Banner (Edward Norton) desperately hunts for a cure to the gamma radiation that poisoned his cells and unleashes the unbridled force of rage within him: The Hulk.

Living in the shadows--cut off from a life he knew and the woman he loves, Betty Ross (Liv Tyler)--Banner struggles to avoid the obsessive pursuit of his nemesis, General Thunderbolt Ross (William Hurt), and the military machinery that seeks to capture him and brutally exploit his power.

As all three grapple with the secrets that led to The Hulk's creation, they are confronted with a monstrous new adversary known as The Abomination (Tim Roth), whose destructive strength exceeds even The Hulk's own. And on June 13, 2008, one scientist must make an agonizing final choice: accept a peaceful life as Bruce Banner or find heroism in the creature he holds inside--The Incredible Hulk.

Re: The Incredible Hulk

Well.. I voted 7 because the last one was so horrible, but I knew Norton would be in on this and the trailer looks amazing.. I swear, Norton might be one of the 5 best actors in the world.

Re: The Incredible Hulk

Abomination looks badass in this movie. By default, they could show a turd on the screen for 90 minutes and it would be better than the first one. Hopefully this movie turns the franchise around.

I had thought so too until I am now hearing that the end fight between Abmination and Hulk lasts 26 minutes and Ed Norton is fighting with Marvel over the ending of the film.

Makes me suspicious something is going to be bad here.

Re: The Incredible Hulk [IT]

Just saw this movie last night, and I must say it was really good. A huge improvement over the original one.

Joe, (or anyone else)...I heard that Ed Norton wasn't happy with the way the movie ended and wanted it changed. Do we know if the ending (that took place at the bar) was what Norton wanted, or DIDN'T want?

I've read several interviews with Norton after that initial "I wasnt happy" quote.

He said it was taken way out of context and he was happy with the film.

According to him there was a couple of scenes that provided extra drama that was cut that he would have liked to stay in.

They will be on the DVD when it is released.

The scene at the end with the general at the bar had nothing to do with the objections.
