Should just do one huge movie to end it all, better than paying for two tickets.
You're screamin' as I walk out that I'll be missed
But when you spoke of people who meant the most to you,
You left me off your list
Fuck you, hip-hop
I'm leavin' you
My life sentence is served

I actually would have preferred they had done two movies since like at least the fourth book, yes it's more money but to get all the information in its almost worth it, plus I rarely pay full ticket price for these movies I wait like 3 months and go to the cheap seats where movie tickets only cost 2 bucks.

Despite the fact that they changed everything in the movie, that made the book so interesting in the first place? They made The HBP more of a romantic comedy than anything else. HBP was focused mostly around exploring Voldemorts past, and what made him truly immortal. They removed almost all of the meetings that Dumbledore had with Harry, they removed the plot where Harry finally discovered that Snape was the one who informed Voldemort of the prophecy, it was just so poorly done.
I really wish they would have split all the movies, starting from book 3, into two different movies. Each of the movies were just so poorly done. And my biggest gripe of all, Dumbledore in the movie is not at at all how Dumbledore in the book is. Michael Gambon, the actor portraying Dumbledore, has admittedly said that he's trying to create his own version of how Dumbledore is. WTF? I really wish Richard Harris wouldn't have died.
The Deathly Hallows movie may be the best one of the series, because they are splitting it into two 3 hour movies, but it may be the worst one yet because they will never include the amount of detail in the movie.

The End Of An Era: Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Wraps Principal Photography
That's right, gang. The highest grossing franchise in history is coming to an end, starting with a hard wrap of principal photography this past Saturday. The news comes from everyone's favorite little person, Warwick Davis, who played both Professor Flitwick as well as Griphook the goblin (who was played by Vern Troyer in Sorcercer's Stone) at Gringott's Wizarding bank. Davis' Twitter account delivered the news:
The end of an Era - today is officially the last day of principal photography on 'Harry Potter' - ever. I feel honoured to be here as ...the director shouts cut for the very last time. Farewell Harry & Hogwarts, it's been magic! x
The camera's will still be rolling for a while longer, presumably, as second unit stuff finishes up and later there will surely be a few days of pickup shots, but Daniel, Rupert, and Emma are all done.
Despite how much I hated Half-Blood Prince, this is still a sad day. Deathly Hallows looks great and with there being two films to get through the nigh 800 pages, it seems they've FINALLY figured out the right way to convey these stories. Harry Potter and his wizarding cohorts have been a staple of the film industry for a decade and it's going to be sad to see them go. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 drops November 19th with Part 2 the following July.

Well there it is. Sad day for all the Potter fans out there.

I can honestly say Im one whos really pumped for this movie. I know the movies have kinda lost connection to the books at time but I think they do a good job of doing what the books did and thats taking a story which at first seemed kidish and slowly morphing it darker and darker as the stars themselves age and grow older.

I completely agree - the 5th book in particular was particularly rushed, with Ron's personal development through his keeper side-story completely sidetracked (like Hermione and SPEW) - and yet they still had the time to change parts of the story - Harry seeing Snape's memories through the power of expelliarmus rather than the underhand way he did it being just one example.
Last film wasn't too bad though, and I'm quite looking forward to these two. I wish we had some more HP-related books/movie to look forward to though - I've always thought that the events of the 7th book from the perspective of Neville would be particularly interesting
