Release Date: March 12, 2010 Studio: Columbia Pictures (Sony) Director: Dennis Dugan Screenwriter: Adam Sandler, Fred Wolf Starring: Kevin James, Chris Rock, Adam Sandler, Rob Schneider, David Spade, Salma Hayek, Maya Rudolph, Colin Quinn, Maria Bello Genre: Comedy MPAA Rating: Not Available Official Website: Not Available Plot Summary: Sandler wrote the screenplay with "Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star" screenwriter Fred Wolf. The high-concept story is a comedy about five best friends from high school who reunite 30 years later on a Fourth of July weekend.
The five actors have worked together on a number of comedies, though never all on the same project.
Chris Rock and David Spade have the potential to ruin this movie entirely. Spade is the biggest bag of crap actor to sully the silver screen.
No, the problem is with the scripts that they took. Spade is awesome in the right role such as Joe Dirt.
Chris Rock on the other hand started to believe the hype and kind of fizzled. I think with this cast behind them though they will shine, or be left behind and not be center stage of the movie.
