Despite only being in the job a few short weeks, the new 50% co-owner of CWA has now walked out of the company. Following a meeting with the other 50% co-owner, Megan Anderson, last night Jimmy Van stormed out of the CWA offices clearly in a bad mood. Early this morning, he issued a statement announcing he was pulling out of the CWA project. He had the following to say:
What this means for CWA is simple. Megan Anderson now owns the entire company but it now only features one brand, Adrenaline Rush. She will receive all the CWA title belts and can do as she wishes with them while Jimmy Van will be creating new titles for his PNH promotion that now features the stars of High Voltage. Vendetta will be the start of the new company with the CWA Tag Team Title match now being for the new PNH Tag Team Titles, The CWA X-Fly Title match now being for the PNH International Title and the CWA World Title match now being for the PNH World Title. Only the names have changed, the card remains the same.Originally Posted by Jimmy Van
The only question mark now is over Cyrus Truth who currently holds the AMLL Television Championship. AMLL is the sister promotion of CWA so it’s unlikely he will be allowed display the title on the new Pride N’ Honor Wrestling shows. Cyrus Truth may have to head down to Mexico every week end to compete for AMLL or else face being stripped of the title due to a failure to defend.
