Representing Team Gladiator is UFC Heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar, when he put his gold on line going head to head with interim champion Frank Mir who will be fighting for Team THC. Lesnar has had an explosive start to his MMA career, winning his UFC Heavyweight title in only his fourth ever MMA fight. This fight is a long awaited rematch between the two after Lesnar dominated the fight in February of last year, only to have the veteran instinct of Mir prevail when Mir caught a leg and made the big man tap. Lesnar will be looking to show that he has learned his lesson this time by putting Mir away to defend his title for the first time. Mir however will be looking to show that he beat the champion once and that he can do it again.
Looking to earn points for Team Diabeetus is team captain and UFC Welterweight champion Georges St. Pierre when he goes to war with Gunners Fight Club hard hitter Thiago Alves. GSP has been on a tear since his shock loss to Matt Serra back in 2007, he is currently on a five fight winning streak which includes avenging his loss to Serra and regaining the belt that he currently holds. He looks to end the long run of victories compiled by Alves and send him to the back of line. Alves however who is on an even larger run of seven straight victores including the devastating knockout of UFC legend Matt Hughes is looking to shock the world for a second time and to achieve his dream of becoming a UFC champion.
The second fighter of the night to step up for Team Gladiator is Jon Fitch when he faces relative newcomer Paulo Thiago who will be fighting for Team Demolition. Fitch has only lost one fight in six years and that was to current UFC Welterweight champion Georges St. Pierre. He looks to put that loss behind him and start to gain as much momentum as he had by making Thiago his second victim since the loss. Thiago however stepped into the octagon for the first time in February and quickly made it known that he wasn't there to be a stepping stone by knocking out Josh Koscheck in just over three minutes. He will now be looking to prove that his first outing was no fluke.
Michael Bisping is looking to earn points for Team Awesomesauce when he takes on the legendary Team Total captain Dan Henderson. Bisping will be stepping into the biggest fight of his career as he looks to solitify his place in the UFC Middleweight ranks. The doubt put on his ability to defeat Henderson will only fuel him to prove the world wrong. He is currently undefeated in the three fights he has had at Middleweight level and will be looking to make Hendo just the fourth name and earn himself a title shot. Henderson has shown his clear distaste for Bisping in both his recent stint as coach on the Ultimate Fighter and in recent comments, he wants to shut the the mouth of Bisping and put down the only thing standing between him and another shot at Anderson Silva.
Looking to gather some much needed points for Team Sawyer is UFC new boy Yoshihiro Akiyama when he takes on Alan Belcher. Akiyama or 'Sexyama' as his nickname is a huge name over in Japan, but he now looks to make his name known worldwide and he aims to do that by putting on an impressive display in his first ever fight outside of Japan or Korea and defeating 'The Talent'.
Stephan Bonnar is fighting for struggling Team Total when he fights UFC hall of famer Mark Coleman. Bonnar is looking to bounce straight back from a unanimous decision loss to Jon Jones, a loss that did come as quite a shock due to the unknown factor of Jones. Bonnar will be looking to get his hand raised inside the octagon again by putting down the UFC legend.
The second fighter to step up for Team Sawyer is Mac Danzig when he faces Jim Miller. Winner of the Ultimate Fighter season 5, Danzig hasn't been as successful as he would have liked because since earning his contract at the hands of Tommy Speer, Danzig is 1-2 inside the octagon. He will now be itching to prove his worth the UFC fans, starting with Jim Miller.
Representing Team Canada is Jon Jones when he goes up against Jake O'Brien. Jon Jones has burst onto the UFC scene at the tender age of 21 by winning two concecutive fights against Andre Gusmao and Stephan Bonnar respectively, impressing in both fights. He now looks to show that he can do more than grind out decisions when he hopes to finish Jake O'Brien.

Machida successfully defending the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship with his face.
Fitch will get back on a rampage in the welterweight division, without a doubt. HOWEVER, I do not see Mir getting knocked down like everyone else is predicting.
Biasness indeed good sir.
