Regal losing is ftL. However, a Lesnar/Batista epic face off as well as Taker/Abyss ineraction is indeed ftW. Good show overall. Lots of good segments.

Re: WWE 2009

The card for Judgement Day is looking pretty sweet. I'm particularly looking forward to the triple threat match and the Batista/Lesnar match.

Monday Night Raw - May 11th 2009

The reason that the May 11th edition of Monday Night Raw is in Quick Results is because, I wrote a full show like normal but I wasn't happy with it at all. I rewrote it but again wasn't happy with it. I'm having trouble thinking and whatnot. I'm kind of stuck and couldn't come up with anything good except the opening promo of the show. So this week only the opening promo will be in full but the rest will be in quick results. However, Judgment Day WILL be in complete full with all matches in full since it's a PPV. Hope you understand, thanks.

May 11th 2009
Bridgeport, Connecticut
Arena at Harbor Yard

A video package is shown which shows the highlights from Backlash as well as the past three weeks on Raw. We cut into the arena with the camera panning around the arena showing all the rabid fans on their feet. We then cut over to the stage where a pyro display is set off. We do another pan around the arena before stopping in front of JR and King at the announcer's table.

JR - Welcome everyone to the final edition of Monday Night Raw before this Sunday's Judgment Day! What a show we have planned for you tonight folks.

King - You said it, JR! I can't wait for tonight's show. It's going to be great!

JR - Tonight in the main event we have a huge eight man tag match. It's Edge, Randy Orton, Triple H and Abyss teaming up to take on The Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, The Rock and World Heavyweight as well as Intercontinental Champion, MVP!

King - Oh wow, JR! Sounds great, can't wait for that one!

John Cena's theme hits the arena and the crowd boos as Cena makes his way out onto the stage and then taunts the crowd. He begins making his way down the ramp towards the ring.

Lillian - Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome, John Cena!
Cena slides under the bottom rope into the ring, stands up and taunts the crowd. Lillian hands off the microphone to Cena and she gets out of the ring. Cena's theme fades away as the crowd boos.

John Cena - This Sunday, at Judgment Day, I get a chance to become number one contender for the World Heavyweight Championship and once again become a world champion!

The crowd boos intensely as Cena laughs at them.

John Cena - Yo! What's up with all this now? You people used to worship me, buy my merchandise and follow me practically everywhere I went just hoping to somehow get the opportunity to meet me. Now yall boo me and don't buy any of my merchandise. What's up with that?

The crowd begins a 'You Suck' chant and Cena begins to laugh.

John Cena - My my, how times have changed. You people are so fickle, I'm just surprised you haven't turned on The Undertaker yet!

The crowd yells out 'That's because he doesn't suck'

John Cena - Anyways, at Judgment Day, I'm in a triple threat match against CM Punk and Christian Cage. Now these to guys, much like myself, have been former world champions and let me tell you something, their reigns as world champions have been nothing but flukes. I mean CM Punk was a paper champion last year, Christian Cage was NWA Champion twice in TNA. Come on, NWA lost it's credibility eons ago and you expect me to take those two title reigns seriously? Now my reigns as WWE Champion, were not flukes. I had the crowd support and I was taken seriously as champion. I beat every single one of my opponents that ever stepped into the ring with me up until the points where I lost the title. Even in non-title matches I still beat my competition week after week, night after night! MVP, you better hope that you hold onto that title nice and tight because when I win the Number One Contenders match this Sunday, I'm comin' for that big gold belt around your waist, right away and I won't hold back. I've never held the World Heavyweight Championship and I think it's about time that it comes home to me!

The crowd boos but then explodes into cheers as CM Punk's theme hits the arena. Punk makes his way out onto the stage with a mic in hand. He has his wrestling gear on and is wearing a CM Punk T-Shirt. He makes his way down the ramp to the ringside area, he walks up the ring steps onto the apron and gets into the ring to face Cena. His theme fades away as the crowd cheers for Punk.

CM Punk - You're calling me a fluke paper champion?

John Cena - Yeah, that's right. Whatchu gonna do about it?

CM Punk - Oh I'll do something about it alright, instead of pinning Christian at Judgment Day...I'm gonna pin you and take your hope away from you to become number one contender and I will once again climb the final few steps of the ladder to the World Heavyweight Championship!

The crowd cheers.

CM Punk - I just don't understand how you can call me a fluke paper champion. I held the belt for 168 days, had thirteen successful title defenses, had the crowd behind me and let's face it, I didn't get stale like you! I mean you have hardly any moves, you never try and change anything about yourself at all. That's why the fans turned against you. You became stale and boring, the fans had enough. Simple as that.

John Cena begins to get angry. He takes off his hat and throws it to the mat before putting the mic up to his mouth. He is about to say something but decides not to. He drops the mic, walks forward a bit and hoists Punk up onto his shoulders. Punk jumps down behind Cena and gets out of the ring.

CM Punk -
Whoa whoa whoa. If you think you're going to take your anger out on me here tonight not even in a match, you're wrong. You're just gonna have to wait until Sunday. Sorry.

Cena walks to the ropes of the rings and begins to violently shake them in anger. Punk laughs as he backs up the ramp and Raw fades into a commercial.

Re: WWE 2009

~News Update~
**Possible Spoilers**

WWE has announced that it has re-signed Jack Swagger to a contract. Swagger originally made his debut back on the September 8th edition of Monday Night Raw but was only around until December after having a falling out with Vince. Swagger and Vince have since got over their differences and Swagger is now re-signed to a full time contract. He is expected to return sometime within the next couple of weeks.

Mr.Kennedy is expected to make a full time return somewhere around SummerSlam time. Kennedy is not expected to regain the World Heavyweight Championship right away but it's possible he could regain it sometime next year.

JBL could also be returning to in ring action sometime soon but it's not quite confirmed as JBL still isn't doing much better with his back. It's quite possible that he might not ever wrestle again. It's been brought up that instead of wrestling, he could possibly be the Raw General Manager or become a manager to a wrestler. We'll have to see what happens with that.

As reported before, Shawn Michaels will be retiring next year and it's a big possibility that he could win the World Heavyweight Championship one more time and get a decent reign as champion to wind down his career. It's possible that he could even retire as champion.

Re: WWE 2009

~Major News Update~
**Possible Spoilers**

WWE has announced that it will bring back the Smackdown brand and hold a draft special three hour Raw on June 1st. This also means that the WWE and United States Championships will be brought back to be featured on the Smackdown brand. However, the World Tag Team Championship will be inter-promotional. This choice was made because WWE feels that not enough people are being showcased and there are too many people who aren't getting hardly any work at all. Smackdown was brought back in February but was quickly taken back down however with this, it will be brought back for sure. With a second brand coming back into play, some more roster members will be needed so WWE is currently looking for more people to sign to fill up the ranks. It should be known that on the June 1st special edition of Monday Night Raw, there will be four matches and the winner of each of those matches will be able to be an inter-promotional member of the roster which means he will be able to travel between the two brands freely. Smackdown will only be a one hour show while Raw remains two hours. Smackdown will be featured on Friday Nights.

The WWE Championship belt design will be the same design that JBL was the last to hold back in 2004/2005. The United States Championship belt design will be the same base design as the Intercontinental Championship but will be fitted to represent the United States Championship.

More major news from the Stamford office this morning. WWE has re-signed former United States Champion, Finlay. WWE has also signed former ROH roster member, Brent Albright. WWE has also re-signed Rey Mysterio, Carlito and Kurt Angle.

**Out Of Character**

Judgment Day will be posted by Wednesday. I have three out of the six matches already written so it will be done within the next few days.

Judgment Day
~May 17th 2009~
Hartford, Connecticut

A video package is shown that highlights the build up for all the matches scheduled for Judgment Day tonight in Hartford, Connecticut! After the video package is over, we fade into the arena with the crowd on their feet. A pyro display is set off from the main stage which the camera is fixed on. After the display is over, the camera pans around the arena showing all the rabid fans on their feet, ready to enjoy tonight's stellar show. After we pan around the entire arena, we stop at the commentator's table where Jim Ross and Jerry 'The King' Lawler sit as usual.

Jim Ross: Welcome everyone to Judgment Day! We're here in Hartford, Connecticut ready for tonight's show!

King: Oh I cannot wait, JR! Some great matches we have scheduled for tonight!

Jim Ross: Oh you said it, King. In the main event tonight we have the World Heavyweight Championship on the line, it's the champion MVP defending against Triple H in a No Holds Barred match!

King: Oh boy!

Jim Ross: Let's kick off tonight's show with the World Tag Team Championships on the line tonight in an Elimination Tables Match! It's the champions, The Carolina Connection defending against Kaz and his partner, Petey Williams!

Kaz and Petey William's theme hits the arena and the crowd cheers as they both make their way out onto the stage. They pose for the crowd before walking down the ramp towards the ring. Lillian is in the ring ready for the official introductions.

Lillian: This match is a Tables Match for the World Tag Team Championship! First making their way to the ring at a combined weight of 450 pounds, Kaz and Petey Williams!

Both men get down to the ringside area, slide under the bottom rope and pose for the crowd. They both get up on the second ropes in separate corners and motion for the belts around their waists. Their theme fades away as the crowd cheers for them.

Jim Ross: Both of these men have held championship gold in other promotions but never here in the WWE and what a night it would be for these two if they could change that here tonight!

The Carolina Connection's theme hits the arena and the crowd boos as Gregory and Shelton both make their way out onto the stage. Gregory has his title belt around his waist and Shelton has his over his shoulder. They both taunt the crowd on the way down the ramp towards the ring.

Lillian: And their opponents, weighing in at a combined weight of 463 pounds, the World Tag Team Champions, Gregory Helms and Shelton Benjamin, The Carolina Connection!

Both men walk up the ring steps one after the other onto the ring apron and get into the ring. Both men get up on the second ropes in separate corners. Shelton holds up his title belt as does Gregory as the crowd boos at them. They both jump down, taunt Kaz and Petey with the titles before handing them to the referee. Lillian gets out of the ring and takes her seat at ringside.

Match #1 - Tables Match/World Tag Team Championship
The Carolina Connection (c) vs. Kaz & Petey Williams

All four men are in the ring and The Carolina Connection can't seem to stop taunting Kaz and Petey. Not after too long, Kaz and Petey begin the beating on Shelton and Gregory. In one corner Kaz is laying a beating down on Shelton and in another we have Petey laying a beating on Gregory. Kaz grabs the hand of Shelton and irish whips him into the opposite corner. Kaz runs toward Shelton and hits him with a forearm shot to the face. Shelton grabs at his face, Kaz pulls Shelton out of the corner, pushes him back against the ropes, bounces him off the ropes, Shelton runs across the ring, bounces off the opposite ropes and Kaz hits him with a hip toss into an armbar down on the mat. Meanwhile, Petey and Gregory are now on the outside brawling around the ring. Gregory slams Petey face first into the steel steps before grabbing him and sending him shoulder first right into the barricade. Helms then rolls back into the ring, Kaz is in the corner pelting Shelton with right hands, Helms comes up behind Kaz, turns him around and nails him with a European Uppercut. Helms grabs the hand of Kaz, attempts to irish whip him into the corner but Kaz reverses midring and irish whips Helms into the corner. Kaz turns around, Shelton runs out of the corner and hits Kaz with a clothesline. Petey slowly crawls back into the ring, Shelton walks over, pulls him up and calls over Helms. Helms walks out of the corner and over to Shelton. Both men grab a hand of Petey, bounce him off the ropes, Petey runs across the ring, bounces off the opposite ropes, Helms and Shelton go for a clothesline but Petey ducks, turns around and hits Shelton with a clothesline to the back of the head which knocks him forward. Kaz then sweeps the legs of Helms. Petey and Kaz high five eachother in the middle of the ring.

Kaz pulls Shelton up, hits him with some right hands and then hits him with a Cradle Suplex. Petey pulls Helms up, pushes him into the corner and hits him with right hands. Petey pulls Helms out of the corner, turns him around, hoists him up and hits him with a Sitout belly to back wheelbarrow facebuster right down into the mat. Petey gets out of the ring, grabs a table that is leaning against the barricades on the side of the ramp and slides it underneath the bottom ropes into the ring. Petey gets back into the ring, suddenly Shelton nails Kaz with a clothesline and then baseball slides the table right into the chest cavity of Petey which knocks him down to the ground on the outside. The edge of the table hit Petey right in the chest, he has got to be hurting after that one. Kaz is up, Helms is up as well. Both men begin to brawl in the ring. Helms irish whips Kaz into the corner, Helms runs at Kaz but Kaz moves out of the way ans Helms goes chest first right into the top turnbuckle, Kaz gets behind Helms and hoists him up into a seated position on the top turnbuckle. Petey is up on the outside, Shelton runs at the back ropes of the rings, bounces off and jumps over the top rope hitting Petey with a Plancha on the outside. Kaz gets out of the ring onto the ring apron, climbs up to the top rope, jumps up and hits Helms with a Leg Lariat right off the top turnbuckle down to the mat. Kaz grabs the table that Petey had slide into the ring earlier and sets it up in the middle of the ring.

Shelton and Petey are stirring on the outside. Kaz pulls Helms up but Helms quickly kicks him in the gut and hits him with a single knee facebuster. Kaz stumbles around a bit before dropping to one knee and Helms hits him with an inverted facelock shoulder breaker. Kaz goes down to the mat as Helms quickly pulls him back up. Shelton slides into the ring and gets up to his feet. Shelton grabs Kaz and puts him in position for the T-Bone Suplex but before he hits it, he realizes something. He carries Kaz over to the corner and sets him up into a seated position on the top turnbuckle. Petey quickly slides into the ring but before he could get up, Helms walks over and stomps him right in the back of the head. Helms pulls him up and hits him with a Vertebreaker. Shelton climbs up to the second ropes, grabs Kaz in the position for the T-Bone but before Shelton could hit it, Kaz begins to fight back, he pushes Shelton down who lands on his feet in the corner, Kaz then puts his legs out, grabs onto Shelton's head, propels himself out of the corner and hits Shelton with a Hurricanrana. Kaz gets up to his feet, turns around and Helms hits him with a Shining Wizard. Petey gets up, comes up behind Helms, turns him around, kicks him in the gut and hits him with a Canadian Destroyer. The crowd cheers wildly for this. Shelton runs at Petey but Petey side steps, Shelton turns around, kicks him in the gut and in position for the Canadian Destroyer but Shelton backs up, stands up, Petey goes for a dropkick but Shelton side steps, Petey misses and hits the ground. Shelton pulls him up, puts him in position for the T-Bone and hits it right through the table that's in the middle of the ring. The referee on the outside calls for the bell. The crowd boos.

Winners and STILL World Tag Team Champions - The Carolina Connection

The Carolina Connection's theme hits the arena and the crowd boos as the referee gets into the ring and hands them both their title belts. Helms and Shelton hold up their title belts and the crowd continues to boo them.

Lillian: Here are your winners and still World Tag Team Champions, The Carolina Connection!

They continue to celebrate their victory as this scene fades away into a video package which shows the build up for the Abyss/Undertaker match that is scheduled for tonight. After this video package ends, the camera is on Jim Ross and King at ringside at the commentator's table.

Jim Ross: What a tag team title match that was, King!

King: Oh yes it was, JR. I wonder if Kaz and Petey will ever hold the tag titles!

Jim Ross: I'm sure eventually they'll get the privilege to hold those belts!

King: I sure hope so, JR. Those two guys really deserve it!

Jim Ross: Well up next ladies and gentlemen, we have what is expected to be a nasty brawl! It's the monster Abyss going one on one with The Phenom, The Undertaker!

Suddenly, the lights go out and Abyss's theme hits the arena and the crowd boos. The lights around the stage turn to a shade of red as Abyss and James Mitchell make their way out onto the stage. Abyss does his signature taunt before a burst of flames shoot up from the stage and then quickly disappear. Abyss and James Mitchell then begin to make the journey down the rampway towards the ring.

Lillian: This match is scheduled for one fall! First making his way to the ring, weighing in at 350 pounds, being accompanied by his manager, James Mitchell, The Monster...Abyss!

Abyss and Mitchell get down to the ringside area. Abyss walks up the ring steps first followed by Mitchell, up onto the apron and into the ring. Abyss does his taunt once again as the lights return to normal and the crowd boos at him.

Jim Ross: Abyss is undefeated here in the WWE with a current win-loss record of 3-0! He hopes to make it 4-0 here tonight.

The lights suddenly go out once again and the crowd cheers. The bell tolls, the stage and ramp fill up with mist as Undertaker's theme fades into the arena. The lights around the stage turn to a shade of blue and purple. After a few moments, The Undertaker can be seen through the mist, standing on the stage. He slowly begins his way down the ramp towards the ring.

Lillian: And his opponent, weighing in at 305 pounds...The Undertaker!

After several moments, The Undertaker reaches the bottom of the ramp. He continues to stare at Abyss and James Mitchell in the ring. He turns left and walks up the ring steps. He stops at the top, slowly raises his arms and rolls his eyes into the back of his head as the lights slowly return to normal. The Undertaker lowers his arms and steps up onto the ring apron. He gets into the ring through the middle ropes and steps only a couple feet away from Abyss. Abyss and Mitchell back into a corner distant from Undertaker. Undertaker removes his entrance trench coat, turns around and hands it to a crew member on the outside. He turns back around, looks at Abyss then lowers his head. He slowly takes his hat off, looks up and his eyes are rolled back again. He turns around, hands his hat to a crew member on the outside then turns back around once again. His theme fades away as the crowd cheers for him and begins an Undertaker chant.

Match #2 - Singles Match
The Undertaker vs. Abyss

James Mitchell gives Abyss a pep talk and then gets out of the ring to stand at ringside. Undertaker walks towards the center of the ring, ready for the match. Abyss slowly walks forward, without hesitation, Abyss throws a punch, Undertaker ducks underneath, pops up and hits Abyss with a stiff right hand. Undertaker quickly then releases a flurry of right hands on Abyss. Abyss slowly backs into a corner and Undertaker pursues. Undertaker grabs a hand of Abyss, pulls him out of the corner and irish whips him into the opposite corner. Undertaker runs at Abyss in the corner and hits him with a corner clothesline. Undertaker turns around and walks back to the opposite corner. He looks down at James on the outside, turns around to face Abyss, Undertaker begins to run at Abyss once again but Abyss quickly runs out of the corner, grabs Undertaker in position for the Blackhole Slam but Undertaker quickly stops the momentum and lands on his feet then nailing Abyss with a right hand. Abyss backs into the ropes, Undertaker bounces Abyss off the ropes, Abyss runs across the ring from the momentum, bounces off the opposite ropes and nails Undertaker with a clothesline. Undertaker quickly gets up, Abyss hits Undertaker with a right hand, grabs his hand and irish whips him into the corner. Abyss walks over and hits Undertaker with multiple right hands. Abyss backs up a few steps, Undertaker walks out of the corner and Abyss hits him with an overhead belly to belly suplex. Abyss then quickly goes for the cover but Undertaker kicks out at two. Abyss gets up, pulls Undertaker up so he's sitting up and then locks in a Twisting Chinlock on Undertaker. After a few moments the crowd begins another 'Undertaker' chant. Undertaker slowly gets up to his feet, he elbows Abyss in the gut and Abyss releases the hold. Undertaker walks towards the ropes to recover a bit. Undertaker turns around, Abyss runs at Undertaker and clotheslines him over the top rope. Undertaker lands on his feet, Abyss quickly gets out of the ring onto the apron. Abyss bends down, grabs Undertaker by the head and pulls Undertaker up onto the apron.

Re: WWE 2009

Glad CC one, Kaz & Williams are betting fitting singles, tbh. Abyss winning is cool, Taker doesn't have much time left so he had to put over the similar chracter imo. I'm imagining old Abyss for you too lol, not the one from today. Gah I would have preferred Lesnae win, he's by far the better guy, but it's cool. Glad Punk won, he's a curreny favorite. Hey, I predicted every match right! lol. Go me =]. Kurt returning was fun. Nice read.
