Well I don't know if this is in the right section, but I will do it anyways.
If I were to create a dream roster out of strictly the wrestlers on one of the brands today, I'd do it exactly like this: come two to four months from now in the draft we'd have these guys leaving the brand:
Boogeyman to Smackdown!
DJ Gabriel to Raw
Paul Burchill to Smackdown!
Ricky Ortiz to Raw
Mark Henry to Smackdown!
Tommy Dreamer retires
So with 11 wrestler roster, you have 6 wrestlers leaving (1 of them through draft). This leaves you only with John Morrison, The Miz, Jack Swagger and Evan Bourne from the current ECW Roster. But that's okay because besides Bourne, they are the base of ECW right now anyways. But in return they get:
Raw: Charlie Haas [Nothing on Raw anyways, give him time to develope a character and have good matches]
Raw: Jame Noble [Same as Haas. It's been teased anyways]
Raw: William Regal [Think of the matches with Finlay he could have and the time they'd be given]
Smackdown!: Scotty Goldman [Well he ran dry on SD! so why not let him shine like we know Colt can on ECW]
Smackdown!: Brian Kendrick [Come on, this guy screams for real wrestling. Give it to him]
Smackdown!: Umaga [A big star who is a good wrestler to help the brand.]
