TNA IMPACT! Thursday 11/27/08

Cross The Line hits and we open with the TNA IMPACT! video package.

We open with pyro and introductions from Mike Tenay and Don West.

Mike Tenay: Hello everyone and welcome to tna impact and tonight is the return of the annual Turkey Brawl Tournament in which there are 9 competitors 3 triple threat matches the winner of the match will advance into the final triple threat match and the winner of that match wins $25,000 and the man who gets pinned has to wear a turkey costume.

Don West: And lets look at the matches the first qualifying match is Hernandez vs "The Guru" Sonjay Dutt vs "The War Machine" Rhino.

Mike Tenay: In the second qualifier it's gonna be Alex Shelley vs Consequences Creed vs Cute Kip.

Don West: And in the third and final qualifier is the TNA X Division Champion Sheik Abdul Bashir vs "The Blueprint Matt Morgan vs Jimmy Rave.

We then cut to the parking lot where a stretch limo pulls up and out steps The Main Event Mafia. Then we cut back to the ring.

Don West: Well the Main Event Mafia have arrived in the Impact Zone

Rhino's music comes on and Rhino comes out to the ring with a furious look on his face.

David Pezner: The following contest is the first qualifying match for the Annual Turkey Bowl Tournament introducing first weighing in at 270 pounds from Detroit Michigan he is "The War Machine" Rhino.

Mike Tenay: Well Rhino certainly looks ticked off after what happened to him last week at the hands of The Main Event Mafia.

Don West: Well yeah Mike and Rhino has a chance at getting him some revenge at Final Resolution in his match with Kurt Angle because if Rhino beats Kurt Angle at Final Resolution Kurt's gotta pack his bags and leave TNA.

*Crowd Pop*
Rhino gets in the ring and grabs the mic.

Rhino: Last week the Main Event Mafia not only disrespected my best friend and they tried to take me out. I've got a match with Kurt Angle at Final Resolution and Kurt I will beat you at Final Resolution and send you out the door. So Kurt you might wanna call Vince McMahon and beg him for your job back in the WWE because as of Final Resolution you won't have a job here at TNA any more.

Then Sonjay Dutt's music hits and Sonjay comes out accompanied by SoCal Val.
*Crowd Heat*

Mike Tenay: Well some words of fury from "The War Machine" as he gets ready for the first qualifying match of The Turkey Bowl Tournament.

David Pezner: And weighing in at 210 pounds from Bombay India being accompanied to the ring by SoCal Val he is "The Guru" Sonjay Dutt.

LAX's theme song comes on over the speakers as Hernandez makes his way out.
*Crowd Pop*

David Pezner: And weighing in at 295 pounds from Houston Texas Hernandez.

Quote:
*1st Match - Turkey Bowl Tournament Qualifying Match 1*

With in the first 5 minutes Rhino and Hernandez manage to take out Sonjay Dutt SoCal Val attends to him on the outside. Mean while in the ring Rhino and Hernandez are fighting it out Rhino misses with The Gore attempt, Hernandez attempts to go for the Border Toss but got countered by Rhino. Rhino then nails The Gore on Hernandez but SoCal Val gets on the ring apron to distract the referee as Sonjay Dutt sneaks in with a steel chair but Rhino manages to hit Sonjay with a Gore and covers him and referee Andrew Thomas counts 1..2..3.

*Winner at 10:13 Rhino*
Mike Tenay: Well this is the first of the Turkey Bowl Tournament qualifying matches as "The Guru" Sonjay Dutt tries to tie up with Rhino.

Don West: And look at Rhino he just shoved him down like he was nothing. And now Hernandez picks him up and shoots him off and takes him out with a running shoulder block and Sonjay just flips inside out and there you see SoCal Val attending to him.

Mike Tenay: And now the two juggernauts in this match "Supermex" Hernandez and "The War Machine" Rhino gonna battle it out here.

Don West: And both men take each other out with a clothesline and Rhino's back up and he's anticipating The Gore and OH!! Hernandez saw it coming and moved out of the way.

Don West: And Hernandez now with a boot to the gut gonna set him up for The Border Toss wait Rhino counters it with a back body drop.

Mike Tenay: Rhino off the ropes and he nails Hernandez with The Gore it's over cover 1..2.. hey wait SoCal Val on the ring apron.

Don West: And look at Sonjay Dutt he's got a steel chair and he's gonna sneak up behind Rhino.

Don West: Wait Rhino sees him GORE!! cover 1..2..3 and "The War Machine" advances in the Turkey Bowl Tournament.

David Pezner: Here is your winner "The War Machine Rhino"

Rhino then grabs the microphone.
*Crowd Pop*

Rhino: I wanna call out all the TNA Originals t this ring right now.

All the TNA Originals come out to the ring.

Rhino: You see guys I called you out here because I like you am sick of The Main Event Mafia running around here like they own the place. You see at Final Resolution Kurt Angle is gonna lose his job in TNA so that will be a huge win for you guys. You know guys back when I was in ECW and I mean the ORIGINAL ECW! not this piece of rundown sports entertainment crap that Vince McMahon has turned it into. I was apart of something big something amazing something I believed in with my heart and soul and it wasn't just me who felt like that it was every other wrestler who was apart of ECW and even the fans as well. And I look at you guys and TNA as a company and I see the exact same thing I saw in ECW something I can believe in you see you guys are The Frontline of TNA you are the future of professional wrestling. And when I look at the Main Event Mafia I see a bunch of selfish guys who care more about the money than the company. I am going to do TNA a huge favor at Final Resolution by getting rid of Kurt Angle and Kurt you can KISS MY ASS!!! Joe and AJ you guys are gonna do the rest and as for the rest of this Frontline I believe in you as well but you see what this Frontline needs is more experience behind it and we will have everything it takes to take over TNA.

Rhino drops the mic as his music comes on and he hi fives the members of The Frontline and walks out.
*Crowd Pop*

Mike Tenay: Wow Rhino has just renamed The TNA Originals The Frontline and he said he believes in The Frontline.

Don West: Yeah but you gotta wonder what Rhino meant about needing more experience what could that mean.

Mike Tenay: Could it mean new members of The Frontline.

~Commercial Break~

TNA IMPACT! comes back on the air and Consequences Creed's music comes on as Consequences comes out to the ring.
*Crowd Pop*

David Pezner: The following contest is the second Turkey Bowl Tournament qualifying match introducing first weighing in at 220 from Marietta Georgia Consequences Creed.

We then cut to backstage where Lauren is standing by with The Beautiful People.

Lauren: I am standing by with The Beautiful People and Kip James in just moments you will.....

Angelina Love cuts Lauren off.

Angelina: Tonight Cute Kip will advance in the Turkey Bowl Tournament and he will win that $25,000.

Velvet Sky: And The Beautiful People will be $25,000 richer. You see Lauren we deserve that $25,000 because we are beautiful and everybody knows beauty = money.

Cute Kip: I'm Cute Kip and I approve this message.

We then cut back to ringside as MCMG's theme song comes on and Alex Shelley makes his way out with Chris Sabin.
*Mixed Crowd Reaction*

David Pezner: And his opponent weighing in at 215 pounds from Detroit Michigan being accompanied by Chris Sabin Alex Shelley.

Mike Tenay: Well this is our second Turkey Bowl qualifying match of the evening.

Don West: And you gotta wonder just exactly where The Motor City Machine Guns stand in this war between The Main Event Mafia and The Frontline.

Mike Tenay: Yeah over recent weeks The Motor City Machine Guns have felt like The Frontline has been holding them back and you can never be certain what's running through their minds.

The Beautiful People's theme song comes on over the speakers and Cute Kip comes out with Angelina Love and Velvet Sky.
*Crowd Heat*

David Pezner: And making his way to the ring weighing in at 260 pounds from Austin Texas being accompanied to the ring by Angelina Love and Velvet Sky Cute Kip.

Don West: And here comes the most egotistical group of people in TNA The Beautiful People are always so self focused.

Mike Tenay: They're like school yard bullies always picking on people they think are below them.

Don West: Well they think they're above everybody there's not one person in TNA they feel is above them and if they think there's someone who poses a potential threat to them they will eliminate them.

Mike Tenay: Perfect example of this is Christy Hemme she has had her run ins with The Beautiful People as of late.

Quote:
*2nd Match - Turkey Bowl Tournament 2nd Qualifying Match*

The match starts out with Consequences Creed and Alex Shelley going at it for the first few minutes of the match as Cute Kip stands back. Chris Sabin shoves Cute Kips feet off the bottom rope. Alex Shelley breaks up the pin with a leg drop across the back of the head of Creed from the top rope. Shelley and Creed both get back up and they battle it out for a couple of minutes then Angelina Love and Velvet Sky get on the ring apron and Rudy Charles confronts them. Chis Sabin goes to the top rope and takes out Cute Kip with a leap frog hurricanrana then Shelley and Sabin hit Creed with The ASCS Rush Sabin gets out of the ring Shelley covers Creed Rudy Charles turns around and counts 1..2..3.

*Winner at 12:07 Alex Shelley*
Mike Tenay: And Alex Shelley and Consequences Creed having at it.

Don West: And look at Kip he's just sitting back and watching Alex Shelley and Consequences go at it. And Consequences takes Shelley out over the top rope with the clothesline and look at Kip with the roll up and his feet on the ropes 1..2..

Mike Tenay: Chris Sabin shoving Kip's feet off the bottom rope and now trying to tell referee Rudy Charles what happened.

Don West: And Consequences sets Kip up for the Creed-DT he got it cover 1..2.. WHOA!!! what a nice leg drop across the back of the head by Alex Shelley just in a nick of time to save the match.

Don West: And now look Angelina Love and Velvet Sky distracting referee Rudy Charles and there you see The Guns going to work on Consequences Creed.

Mike Tenay: And there's The ASCS Rush by The Guns Sabin out of the ring Shelley into the cover 1..2..3 and Shelley advances in the Turkey Bowl Tournament.

David Pezner: Here is your winner Alex Shelley.

We then cut to backstage where Rhino Samoa Joe and AJ Styles burst into Team 3D's locker room.

Brother Ray: Hey what the hell are you doing bursting into our locker room like that.

Rhino: Whoa relax guys I just came here with an offer for you.

Brother Devon: And what's this proposition you have

Rhino: Devon, Ray you and I go way back we go back all the way to the old ECW days back at The Viking Hall in Phille. We are almost like brothers, I want you to join The Frontline with me and help me take down The Main Event Mafia because I know that you guys don't like them and you're sick of them help us take them out.

Brother Ray: What's in it for us?

Samoa Joe: What's in it for you?

Brother Devon: Yeah

Samoa Joe: Nothing but you should do what is right.

Brother Devon: What's right huh?

Samoa Joe gets right in Brother Devon's face.

Samoa Joe: Yeah WHAT'S RIGHT!!

Brother Devon shoves Joe back

Brother Devon: BACK OFF!!! get out of my face.

Joe gets right back in Brother Devon's face

Samoa Joe: What are you gonna do about it.

Brother Ray: HEY! That is exactly the kind of disrespect The Main Event Mafia is talking about we are the greatest tag team in the history of professional wrestling and you want to come up in her get all in our face and ask us to join your little Frontline crusade. Why should we?

AJ then gets in between them and tries to control Samoa Joe.

Samoa Joe: DO WHAT'S RIGHT!!!

AJ and Rhino try and calm Joe down then they leave as Joe stares down both Brother Ray and Devon.

~Commercial Break~

IMPACT! comes back on the air with Christy Hemme's music over the speakers as Christy makes her way to the ring.

*Crowd Pops*

David Pezner: The folliwing TNA Knockouts contest is scheduled for 1 fall and the winner will be named the number 1 contender for the TNA Knockouts Championship at Final Resolution. Introducing first weighing in at 116 pounds from Los Angeles California Christy Hemme.

Don West: What an opportunity Christy Hemme has here if she can win this match she has herself a match for the TNA Knockouts Championship at Final Resolution.

Mike Tenay: And to earn her number 1 contender spot she has to overcome Rhaka Khan who has recently joined forces with Awesome Kong. And overcoming Rhaka Khan is certainly going to be a task for Christy Hemme.

Rhaka Khan's music comes on as Rhaka Khan comes out with Awesome Kong and Raisha Saeed.

*Crowd Heat*

David Pezner: And her opponent being accompanied to the ring by Raisha Saeed and Awesome Kong from The Isle of Man Rhaka Khan.

Mike Tenay: Rhaka Khan also with an opportunity tonight to earn herself the Knockouts Title match at Final Resolution.

Don West: And think about that if Rhaka Khan wins tonight then at Final Resolution it's gonna be like Freddy Kruger vs Jason Vorheez of the Knockout Division. These 2 monstrous women who are allies for now going toe to toe at Final Resolution that would be one to see.

Mike Tenay: And that is what we will see at Final Resolution if Rhaka Khan can overcome Christy Hemme here tonight.

Quote:
*3rd Match - Christy Hemme vs Rhaka Khan winner gets a shot at Awesome Kong's TNA Knockouts Title at Final Resolution*

Rhaka Khan and Christy Hemme fight it out until Rhaka Khan gains the upper hand over Christy Hemme. Rhaka Khan then begins to methodically wear down Christy Hemme, Rhaka Khan nails Christy Hemme with a chokeslam goes for the cover and referee Andrew Thomas counts 1..2. Christy kicks out. Rhaka Khan then whips Christy into the corner and applies the corner foot choke on Christy then sets Christy up for the Axe Kick but Christy avoided it Hemme then bounces off the ropes comes back and takes down Rhaka Khan with a hurricanrana then goes to the top rope and nails Rhaka Khan with the Flying Firecrotch Guillotine goes for the cover and referee Andrew Thomas counts 1..2..3.

*Winner at 09:23 Christy Hemme*
Don West: And Rhaka Khan just overpowering Christy Hemme with her size and strenght advantage.

Mike Tenay: And Rhaka Khan with the chokeslam cover 1..2. and referee Andrew Thomas said it was a 2 count.

Don West: Rhaka Khan sends Christy into the corner and there's the corner foot choke Rhaka Khan using her long legs to choke out Christy Hemme. And now Rhaka Khan setting up for the Axe Kick wait Chrisy Hemme avoiding it.

Mike Tenay: Christy Hemme off the ropes and a perfectly executed hurricanrana and now Christy going to the top rope Flying Firecrotch Guillotine cover 1..2..3 it's over and Christy Hemme will meet Awesome Kong at Final Resolution for the TNA Knockouts Title.

David Pezner: Here is your winner and number 1 contender for the TNA Knockouts Championship at Final Resolution Christy Hemme.

After the match Awesome Kong attacks Christy Hemme from behind beats down on Christy for a little bit then nails her with The Awesome Bomb then Rhaka Khan nails her with the Axe Kick and Rhaka Khan Awesome Kong and Raisha Saeed stand in the ring with their arms raised. Don West: And now Awesome Kong just attacking Christy Hemme after she won the match and there's The Awesome Bomb.

Mike Tenay: Rhaka Khan now with the Axe Kick on Christy Hemme and now Rhaka Khan Awesome Kong and Raisha Saeed standing together in the ring.

Don West: And look out as Roxxi and Taylor Wilde come running to Christy's aid.

We then cut to backstage where Jeremy Borash is standing by with Team 3D.

JB: Brother Ray Brother Devon earlier tonnight Rhino asked you to join The Frontline and you didn't give a clear answer what are you thinking are you going to join The Frontline or The Main Event Mafia.

Brother Ray: You see JB we don't appreciate having our locker rooms bombarded and having Samoa Joe getting all up in our faces. If you want Team 3D the single greatest tag team in professional wrestling history to join you that is not the way to do it.

Brother Devon: Yeah you see....

Kurt Angle interrupts the interview.

Kurt Angle: I totally agree with you guys and you know what I have a proposition you can't refuse come with me guys.

They walk off as JB tries to get an answer

JB: Hey wait you didn't give an answer so what does this mean you're joining the Main Event Mafia.

Brother Ray, Brother Devon and Kurt Angle just stare at JB

Kurt Angle: Get lost JB this is a private Main Event Mafia business discussion.

We then cut back to ringside as Jimmy Rave's music comes on and Jimmy Rave comes out to the ring.
*Mixed Crowd Reaction*

David Pezner: The following is the final Turkey Bowl qualifying match introducing first weighing in at 200 pounds from Atlanta, Georgia Jimmy Rave.

Don West: Well this is the first time we have seen Jimmy Rave since he got taken out by Kurt Angle a couple of weeks ago.

Mike Tenay: And you gotta wonder how much damage did that assault by Kurt Angle have on Jimmy Rave, is Jimmy Rave at 100 percent.

Matt Morgan's theme song comes on and Matt Morgan makes his way out
*Crowd Pop*

David Pezner: And weighing in at 310 pounds from Fairfield Connecticut "The Blueprint" Matt Morgan.

Mike Tenay: Matt Morgan with an opportunity to advance in this Turkey Bowl Tournament but he's gotta beat Sheik Abdul Bashir and Jimmy Rave.

Don West: And Matt Morgan is definitely capable of that Mike Matt Morgan isn't called "The Blueprint" for nothing.

Sheik Abdul Bashir's music comes on and Sheik Abdul Bashir comes out to the ring.
*Crowd Heat*

Don West: And Sheik Abdul Bashir has had his run ins with referee Shane Sewell who has been signed as the official for this match.

Mike Tenay: And you gotta wonder if these 2 combustible elements going to burst again we've seen referee Shane Sewell snap at Sheik Abdul Bashir before.

Don West: All I can say is that Sheik Abdul Bashir had better watch his conduct in this match because if he conducts himself in the wrong way the referee Shane Sewell will have no problem putting the Sheik back in line.

Quote:
*4th Match - Jimmy Rave vs Matt Morgan vs Sheik Abdul Bashir 3rd Turkey Bowl Tournament qualifying match*

The match starts off and Jimmy Rave and Matt Morgan double team Sheik Abdul Bashir and take him out of the equation for a short while. Matt Morgan then Irish whips Jimmy Rave and misses with the bicycle kick Jimmy Rave nails Matt Morgan with a spring board moonsault goes for the cover referee Shane Sewell counts 1..2 Matt Morgan kicks out. Jimmy Rave then bounces off the ropes and takes down Matt Morgan with the gravity breaker goes for the cover and official Shane Sewell counts 1..2. Sheik Abdul Bashir breaks the cover and picks up Jimmy Rave and Irish whips him Jimmy Rave comes back and nails Sheik Abdul Bashir with a spinning headscissors twisted into a Fujiwara armbar or a crossface. Bashir gets to the bottom rope and Jimmy Rave breaks the hold Jimmy Rave then goes back to Matt Morgan and nails him with a double underhook facebuster goes for the cover 1..2.. but Bashir breaks the count again. Bashir nails Jimmy Rave with the Weapons of Mass Destruction goes for the cover and Shane Sewell counts 1...2...3.

*Crowd Heat*

*Winner At 13:45 Sheik Abdul Bashir*
Don West: Jimmy Rave and Matt Morgan working as a team to eliminate Sheik Abdul Bashir from the match but you know that their team work won't last long.

Mike Tenay: As Matt Morgan with the Irish whip on Jimmy Rave Morgan misses with the bicycle kick and Jimmy Rave with a springboard moonsault 1..2 Morgan kicks out.

Mike Tenay: Jimmy Rave off the ropes takes down Matt Morgan with the gravity breaker cover 1..2. and Sheik Abdul Bashir made it just in time to save the match.

Mike Tenay: And Bashir with an Irish whip on Jimmy Rave and Raven takes down Bashir with a spinning headscissors into a crossface submission.

Don West: WOW! What a move that was by Jimmy Raveas Bashir gets to the bottom rope and now Jimmy Rave going back to Matt Morgan double underhook facebuster cover 1..2..

Mike Teany: And Sheik Abdul Bashir breaks the count again and Bashir hits Jimmy Rave with Weapons of Mass Destruction cover 1...2...3.

Don West: And Sheik Abdul Bashir advances in the tournament and that was a rather slow count by referee Shane Sewell.

David Pezner: Here is your winner Sheik Abdul Bashir.

Sheik Abdul Bashir makes Shane Sewell raise his hand and declare him the winner Sewell is reluctant to at first then does it quickly and half heartedly Bashir then shoves Sewell and argues with him then Sewell hits Bashir back with a right hand knocking him down then Sewell takes off his shirt and chokes out Bashir until Jim Cornette comes out

Jim Cornette: Hey Shane you let go of Sheik Abdul Bashir right now or I will send you to the unemployment line. I can't have my referees attacking my wrestlers hey if you have an issue with Sheik Abdul Bashir then this issue is gonna be resolved at Final Resolution it's gonna be Shane Sewell vs Sheik Abdul Bashir in a grudge match.

Don West: Well Jim Cornette finally putting an end to this at Final Resolution referee Shane Sewll will go one on one with Sheik Abdul Bashir to settle their differences.

*Crowd Pops*

~Commercial Break~

IMPACT! comes back on the air and we cut to Team 3D in the Main Event Mafia's dressing room. Kevin Nash shakes their hands and welcomes them.

Kevin Nash: Ray Devon welcome to the Main Event Mafia.

Brother Ray: We're not in the Main Event Mafia yet Nash.

Kevin Nash: I know but after you hear the offer we have for you guys I can guarantee you won't refuse.

Kurt walks in with 2 suits he hands Brother Ray and Devon a suit each

Kurt Angle: You guys are gonna need these now in your interview earlier you guys were saying that you were sick of the disrespect. Well we are too you see that's why we formed the Main Event Mafia because we deserve we demand respect from the younger guys but they won't give it to us so we are gonna beat it out of them. And you know The Frontline have disrespected you as well as us do you guys remember back when you were having run ins with the Motor City Machine Guns and how disrespectful they were to you they may as well have spat in your faces.

Nash stands up

Kevin Nash: And that is the exact thing we are sick of we are sick and tired of the younger guys spitting in our faces all we want is a little respect.

Booker T: You see Ray & Devon this right here is not only the greatest assembly of World Champions but now we also have the greatest tag team in the history of professional wrestling.

Scott Steiner: So what's it gonna be boys are you gonna suit up with the Mafia.

Brother Ray and Brother Devon look at the suits then the Main Event Mafia then each other and then they walk out.

We then cut back to ringside as Eric Young's music comes on and Eric Young makes his way out to the ring.

*Crowd Pop*

David Pezner: The following non title tag team contest is scheduled for 1 fall introducing first making his way to the ring weighing in at 225 pounds from An Undisclosed Location "Showtime" Eric Young.

Mike Tenay: Well no clear answer from Team 3D yet, it started earlier tonight when Rhino Samoa Joe and AJ Styles bursted into Team 3D's locker room and asked 3D to join The Frontline.

Don West: Yeah and now Kurt Angle and the Main Event Mafia are trying to get Team 3D on their side but Team 3D have given no clear indication as to whose side they're on.

Mike Tenay: And how about Eric Young as of late he almost had the TNA X Division Title but Jim Cornette reversed Shane Sewell's decision as Shane Sewell snapped at Sheik Abdul Bashir.

Jay Lethal's song comes on and Jay Lethal makes his way out to the ring
*Crowd Pop*

David Pezner: And his tag team partner weighing in at 225 pounds from Elizabeth, New Jersey "Black Machismo" Jay Lethal.

Don West: Well tonight Jay Lethal has a huge opportunity along with Eric Young against the TNA World Tag Team Champions.

Beer Money's theme song comes on as James Storm and Robert Roode make their way out with Jacqueline
*Crowd Heat*

David Pezner: And there opponents weighing in at a combined weight of 495 pounds being accomanied to the ring by Jacqueline they are the TNA World Tag Team Champions Robert Roode and James Storm "Beer Money Inc."

Don West: Beer Money have been having run ins with Team 3D lately and you gotta wonder if Team 3D join the Main Event Mafia where are Beer Money going to stand in this war.

Mike Tenay: That is a good point Beer Money don't have many friends in The Frontline and if Team 3D join The Main Event Mafia then Beer Money won't really be able to fit into a side as they have enemies on both sides.

Quote:
*5th Match - Eric Young and Jay Lethal vs Beer Money Inc.*

The match starts out with Eric Young and James Storm with some outside assistance from Jacqueline Storm manages to get the upper hand over Eric Young. James Storm then tags in Robert Roode , Roode continues to beat down Eric Young then Roode looks to set Eric Young up for the Payoff but Eric Young gets out of it then Eric bounces off the ropes comes back and takes down Robert Roode with a hurricanrana then Young hits Roode with a superkick then both men are down and referee Andrew Thomas begins to count them out. Lethal then backs Storm into the corner with knife edge chops and right hands, Lethal then takes down Storm with a hip toss followed into a cartwheel and finished with a dropkick to James Storm's face. Lethal then goes to the top rope but Roode shoves him off then Eric Young knocks Robert Roode off the ring apron with a clothesline then follows up with a slingshot cross body Jacqueline then distracts the referee and with the referee distracted James Storm picks up the beer bottle turns around and smashes it right between Jay Lethal's eyes Storm goes for the cover referee Andrew Thomas counts 1..2..3.

*Winners at 12:45 Beer Money Inc.*

Exclusive back stage interview with Alex Shelley

Jeremy Borash is standing backstage after the show as Alex Shelley walks past him with Chris Sabin trying to reason with him.

JB: Hey Alex what are your thoughts on what just happened out there.

Alex Shelley: My thoughts that was the most embarrassing night of my career having to parade around in a turkey suit. You know what JB I am sick and tired of being held back by The Frontline they have done nothing but hold me and Chris back from now on the Motor City Machine Guns look out only for themselves. And as for Mick Foley he's nothing but a washed up has been trying to hold on to the spot light and he's picking on me because he knows that I'm better than he ever was.

Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin walk off Shelley boots the head of the Turkey costume away and then shoves down a stage hand.

Don West: And Rhino last week must have felt so betrayed by Team 3D I mean think about what these guys went through back when they were in ECW they must have been as close as brothers and for Team 3D to go and turn on Rhino like that was just as bad as stabbing him in the back.

Rhino grabs the mic.

Rhino: 3D I'm not gonna beat around the bush last week what you did to me was bullsh**.

*Crowd Pops*

Rhino: But I had time since then to calm down and reconsider now I called you guys yesterday and I left a message on your voicemail and that message contained an offer and I expect your answer by the end of tonight.

Mike Tenay: Here is the Lethal Combination and here is where it should have been all over but there you see So-Cal Val getting involved and boy did she pay for it.

Don West: Did she ever I mean just look at this hit Sonjay was running at full speed and the impact would have been brutal for Val and there you see Jay Lethal rolling Sonjay up for the 3.

Don West: Well here we are going to get a little taste of Final Resoltion as we are later on tonight in the two six man tag main events scheduled for tonight.

Mike Tenay: Morgan and Storm tie up Storm into a side headlock and Morgan shoots Storm off into the ropes and takes down Storm with a thunderous clothesline Storm gets back up and walks right into another clothesline.

Consequences Creed teams up with The Motor City Machine Guns to take on TNA World Heavyweight Champion Sting, TNA Legends Champion Booker T and Kevin Nash. And Kurt Angle teams up with Team 3D to take on AJ Styles, Samoa Joe and "The War Machine" Rhino.

Don West: And The Motor City Machine Guns have been the wild cards as of late one minute there all for you and the next they don't want anything to do with you.

Mike Tenay: And Team 3D as well Rhino has started rumors earlier tonight about Team 3D jumping ship to the Frontline and it looks like it's getting to Kurt Angle.

Mike Tenay: James Storm going for the cover after the Last Call 1..2. no referee Rudy Charles in perfect position to see Matt Morgan's shoulder coming off the canvas.

Don West: Matt Morgan took too much time showboating to the crowd and he paid for it.

Mike Tenay: Storm off the ropes comes back and double knee backbreaker on Matt Morgan, Storm now applying a Sharp Shooter on Morgan in the center of the ring.

Don West: "The Blueprint" Matt Morgan is in a really bad way right now he needs to get to the bottom rope he's almost there as James Storm drags him back to the middle of the ring.

Mike Tenay: And Abyss now getting the fans behind Matt Morgan and Morgan crawling reaching for that bottom rope and he got it.

Don West: And James Storm utilizing the 5 count to inflict that extra little bit of damage to Matt Morgan. And Storm now calling for something from Jacqueline he's got a beer bottle and he's just having a drink right in the middle of the match. And that just goes to show you the arrogance and disrespect of James Storm.

Mike Tenay: And Matt Morgan making James Storm pay for his arrogance with a Bicycle Kick. Morgan now gonna suplex James Storm he's got him suspended in mid air and he drops him accross the top rope and Morgan off the ropes and he nails Storm with a running leaping leg drop across the back of the neck and Morgan going to the outside.

Don West: And that was a pretty athletic move for a guy Matt Morgan's size and stature as Morgan now sets Storm up on the ring apron and hits him with a legdrop across the throat.

Mike Tenay: Morgan hyping up the crowd as he sets up James Storm again and nails him with a vicious boot to the side of the head. Morgan heads back into the ring and he's telling the crowd it's time for the Hellavator.

Mike Tenay: Storm's got the beer bottle and Matt Morgan doesn't realize it and Storm cracks Morgan right in the face with the beer bottle Storm into the cover 1..2..3 James Storm steels the victory over Matt Morgan.

David Pezner: Here is your winner "Cowboy" James Storm.

Don West: That is what Beer Money do so well Mike they will win the match any way they can even if they have to resort to dirty tactics a wins a win to these guys and that is what Matt Morgan and "The Monster" Abyss are gonna have to watch out for Sunday at Final Resolution.

Raisha Saeed: Tonight is going to be a taste of this Sunday Kong is the best in the business no woman can beat her. Taylor Wilde only beat Kong by fluke and there will be no repeat of that this Sunday because this Sunday Kong will crush Christy Hemme. Taylor Wilde: ODB what is the deal with you today you don't seem to be your usual energetic self what's going on girl.

ODB: It's that time of the month but umm I got a bigger problem than that you see Sharmen and Booker Dee hired The Beautiful People so now it's gonna be a 3 on 1 and you know I usually like little 3 on 1 every Wednesday night but I don't think this is gonna be that kind of 3 on 1.

Taylor Wilde: Listen girl if you need back up all you had to do was call us cause Roxxi and I would be happy to take care of those 2 blonde little bimbos for you we got your back you know that.

ODB: So what you're saying is the 3 of us against the 3 of them.

Don West: And they will also be in action this Sunday as well they will team up with ODB to take on Sharmell and The Beautiful People.

Mike Tenay: And with Raisha Saeed and Rhaka Khan at ringside you can't be sure that they're not going to get involved in the match and Roxxi and Taylor Wilde are going to be there to make sure that does not happen.

Awesome Kong's music comes on over the speakers and Awesome Kong, Rhaka Khan and Raisha Saeed make their way out to the ring.

Brother Ray and Brother Devon await Kurt to get up and turn around when the Main Event Mafia come running to Kurt Angle's aid and it erupts into a fight Booker T fights With Brother Devon, Sting fights with AJ Styles, Rhino fights with Kurt Angle, Samoa Joe fights with Kevin Nash and they take into the crowd, Brother Ray continues to beat down Kurt and also fights with Scott Steiner. Brother Devon comes back into the ring and together they take out Steiner for the time being then hey await Kurt Angle to get back up so they can 3D him through the table but Steiner pulls Kurt out of danger and the Main Event Mafia bail up the ramp way.

Winners at 14:37 Rhino, AJ Styles and Samoa Joe
Mike Teany: It looks like we're gonna get a little preview of Sunday Kurt Angle vs Rhino OH! but Kurt tags in Brother Ray Kurt didn't want anything to do with Rhino.

Don West: Kurt just did not want to get in the ring with Rhino tonight he wants to wait until Sunday.

Mike Tenay: So it's gonna be Brother Ray and Rhino starting this match out the 2 tie up in the middle of the ring Rhino shoots Brother Ray off into the ropes and takes him down with a clothesline and another one.

Don West: And Brother Ray went for a right hand but got blocked by Rhino and now Rhino just begins to tee off on Brother Ray.

Mike Tenay: Rhino backs Brother Ray into the ropes shoots him off and hits him with a spine buster and he knocks Kurt Angle off the ring apron.

Don West: And that right hand caught Kurt Angle off guard and now Angle's fired up Angle wants to get him a piece of The War Machine.

Mike Tenay: And Brother Ray with a low blow on Rhino while referee Earl Hebner was trying to restrain Kurt Angle. Now Brother Ray with an Irish whip on Rhino and he takes Rhino down with a side walk slam and tags in Brother Devon.

Don West: Well Mike so far from what we've seen from Team 3D it looks like Rhino was just trying to get into Kurt Angle's head because Team 3D appear to be fully with the Main Event Mafia.

Mike Tenay: As Brother Devon shoots Rhino off and hits him with a running flying shoulder tackle cover 1..2 and barely a 2 count. I am definitely not seeing any signs of disloyalty to the Main Event Mafia from Team 3D.

Don West: And what you really gotta wonder is who are AJ Styles and Samoa Joe gonna find to be their tag team partners for Sunday.

Mike Tenay: As Brother Devon tags in Kurt Angle and Angle comes in sends Rhino into the ropes and takes him over with a perfectly executed belly to belly suplex Kurt picks Rhino p and delivers a vicious headbutt.

Don West: And you can see the focus in Kurt Angle's eyes he is so focused on beating Rhino this Sunday and he'd better be focused because if he loses his TNA contract is null and void. But what I'm afraid of is the fact that Kurt Angle may actually follow through with his promise to break Rhino's ankle Kurt Angle is absolutely capable of doing that.

Mike Tenay: And that is what Rhino has to be careful of he has to try and wear Kurt Angle down this Sunday he can't allow Kurt to gain the upper hand he's gotta stay on Kurt and he's gotta keep Kurt Angle grounded.

Mike Tenay: And now Samoa Joe got the tag from Rhino and Joe with a nice chop to the back followed by kick to the chest followed up by a jumping knee drop to the sternum. Joe now with the Irish whip on Kurt Angle got reversed Joe missed with the clothesline, Joe comes back Angle ducks down and Joe with a hard kick to the chest Angle backs up to the ropes Joe goes for a clothesline and Angle wisely ducking out of the way and Joe's momentum took him over the top rope.

Don West: And now it's on Team 3D AJ and Rhino and Kurt Angle going to help Brother Ray with Rhino Angle hits Rhino with the Olympic Slam and Team 3D now await AJ Styles for the 3D WAIT!! they just turned around to Kurt Angle's direction and Angle doesn't even realize it.

Mike Tenay: And Kurt Angle just turned around right into the 3D and now Team 3D help up AJ Styles and they shake his hand, now they help Rhino back up and they help Joe back up as well.

Mike Tenay: Samoa Joe the legal man tags in Rhino and Rhino now anxiously anticipating the Gore and Rhino Gores Angle cover 1..2..3. And if Rhino hits the Gore on Kurt Angle this Sunday at Final Resolution Kurt Angle's TNA career is over.

David Pezner: Here are your winners Rhino, AJ Styles and Samoa Joe.

The Frontline's music comes on over the speakers

*Crowd Pop*

Don West: Well Team 3D sure had everybody fooled just when you thought they were with the Main Event Mafia they joined The Frontline just like that and now look at the group hug between Team 3D and Rhino it's like a reunion.

Mike Tenay: And Brother Ray just told Brother Devon to get the table and Brother Devon and Rhino getting the table and setting it up in the middle of the ring, Team 3D now waiting for Kurt to get back up and turn around into the 3D through the table.

Don West: Here come the rest of the Mafia Steiner, Booker T, Kevin Nash and Sting and now this has really gotten outta control.

Mike Tenay: You're absolutely right Don as Team 3D in the ring awaiting Kurt Angle they're gonna 3D Angle right through the table but Scott Steiner pulls Kurt Angle to safety.

Mike Tenay: Well what a night this has been and what a pay per view Final Resolution is shaping up to be I can't wait we will see you this Sunday at Final Resolution

TNA iMPACT! Thursday 12/04/08 *RESULTS*

iMPACT! Started out with Rhino coming out and making an offer to Team 3D to reconsider and join The Frontline. Then the Main Event Mafia came out lead by Kurt Angle and Angle simply told Rhino Team 3D's answer was no.

Booker T made an offer to The Beautiful People that if they protected his wife Sharmell in her match with ODB this Sunday at Final Resolution then he would give them whatever they wanted. The Beautiful People asked if they could have Booker's locker room and Booker agreed that they could have the locker room.

Samoa Joe and AJ Styles questioned Rhino about his offer to Team 3D then they reminded him of how they clearly declared where they stood last week when they 3D'd Rhino in the middle of the 6 sided ring. Rhino then reassured Joe and AJ and Joe and AJ said that they trust Rhino and they will back him no matter what.

Matt Morgan declared that he and Abyss were cashing in their future TNA Tag Team Title match this Sunday at Final Resolution.

Jeff Jarrett announced Mick Foley as the special guest enforcer in Kurt Angle's career threatening match with Rhino this Sunday. Kurt Angle said that he would have someone watching his back and making sure that Foley does not try and screw Kurt out of his career.

On ODB's Angle we saw Roxxi and Taylor Wilde as the special guests in this edition ODB seemed down and it was obvious to Roxxi and Taylor and they asked her what was wrong ODB told them and they said they would have her back and the match is now ODB, Roxxi and Taylor Wilde vs Sharmell & The Beautiful People.

Just before their match Roxxi and Taylor Wilde said that they would be in Christy Hemme's corner this Sunday to watch Raisha Saeed and Rhaka Khan.

The Motor City Machine Guns teamed with Consequences Creed to take on Sting, Booker T and Kevin Nash and the Guns walked out on Consequences Creed right when he needed them. Does this mean they have walked out on The Frontline? Who Knows? You can never tell what The Motor City Machine Guns are thinking.

And Team 3D declared their battle lines as well when they 3D'd Kurt Angle and cost the Main Event Mafia a double victory over The Frontline which would have given them some much needed momentum going into Final Resolution. After Rhino Gored Kurt Angle and pinned him Rhino and Team 3D had a group hug then Team 3D were about to 3D Kurt Angle right through the table when the rest of the Main Event Mafia came to the rescue. Team 3D had Kurt Angle alone in the ring and were about to give Kurt Angle a taste of wood after all when Scott Steiner grabbed Kurt's ankle and pulled him to safety.
