SUMMERSLAM 08 RESULTS
MVP def Jeff Hardy after a running knee to the head of Jeff Hardy. MVP then taunted his opponent after the match and claimed that he will become a Champion once again
Kofi Kingston & Mickie James def Santino Marella & Beth Pheonix to retain both the Women's & Intercontinental Championship. Kofi Kingston connected with the Trouble In Paradise on Santino for the win. Beth Pheonix then attended Santino after the match and said that he still has her
It has been announced that Shawn Michales will make his announcement tommorow at Monday Night RAW regarding his future at the company
Matt Hardy def Mark Henry to win the ECW Championship after a Twist of Fate to the big man. Tony Atlas tried to interfere but Hardy send him crashing down and took down the big man
CM Punk def JBL to retain the World Heavyweight Championship after the GTS on JBL for the win. CM Punk then stoof infront of the crowd and told everyone that he deserves the World Heavyweight Championship
Triple H def The Great Khali to retain the WWE Championship after the Pedigree on the big man. It took alote but Triple H got Khali in the position for the Pedigree
John Cena vs Batista went to a draw after both men got themselves counted out. Ignoring the ref's count in the process. They continued brawling as the crowd got wild and rowdy
Edge def The Undertaker in a spectacular Hell In A Cell Match. La Familia came down to the ring during the ending. They were all going to beat up on the worn out Edge as they quickly switch their attention to The Undertaker. Edge then speared The Undertaker through a table before covering for the win. The crowd was stunned by this and they look forward to what happens next

**It has been announced that CM Punk will indeed defend his WWE Championship this Monday Night RAW agaisnt none other than Kane who took out Rey Mysterio, asking if he is dead or alive**
**Shawn Michales will make his announcement regarding his career at the WWE Monday Night RAW. Rumors are 50-50 on weather Shawn Michaels will stay or not**
**Unforgiven, a Championship Scramble has been announced by the WWE for the WWE Championship. Qualifying Matches will be announced including: Randy Orton vs Kofi Kingston; Santino Marella vs JBL; Batista facing Val Venus and John Cena facing Lance Cade**
**A new Women's Champion Contender will be announced with a Tournament with the winner facing the Women's Champion; Mickie James at Cyber Sunday where she chooses the 3 types of matches chosen by the fans. Expect some good action between these Divas starting this Monday Night RAW**

Match # 1 - Women's Championship Contendership Tournament - Opening Round Natalya Neidhart vs Maria
The flow of the match started with Natalya Neidhart quickly dropping down Maria and uses her experience in the ring to outwrestle Maria. Natalya soon explodes with classic suplex-es and some submission holds, trying to wear down Maria. A suprise move here as Maria reverses a suplex attempt by Neidhart into a roll up. 1..2..No! Neidhart rolls the shoulder up. Natalya then thinks that it's time to finish the match and takes Maria by the legs before locking in the Sharpshooter for the win

Neidhart celebrates her move to the next round as she signals her arms around her waist, telling everyone that she is hungry for some Championship Gold
Summerslam Highlights are shown; Encore Presentation will be shown live this coming Thursday

Backstage we see Shawn Michales arriving the arena as tonight, he makes a huge announcement regarding his career weather he will stay or not
Randy Orton is also seen backstage saying that he has been away for months due to injury and Orton has done nothing but sit and watch in his house. During the past few months that Orton has been gone, disgrace has occured. CM Punk becomes World Heavyweight Champion, the biggest disgrace to the Championship itself. What has Punk done to deserve this Belt? Money In The Bank? Cmon, Orton would have beaten all competators by himself in less than 5 minutes. What else has CM Punk done? Beaten JBL? He's past his prime but there is one and only one savior to this and his name is Randy Orton! Tonight, Orton wins his Scramble Qualifyer and goes on to Unforgiven to win the World Heavyweight Championship!
JBL intruppts as he complains Orton's words saying that JBL is "past his prime". JBL says that he has held the WWE Championship longer than anyone for the past decade and a half...hell since Hulk Hogan! JBL is held back and he deserved to win last night. Luck came by and CM Punk beat him, but that will never change anything because CM Punk hasn't done shit to prove that he is indeed Champion. JBL claims himself to be a "was Wrestling God....and is STILL a wrestling God" and he will have to prove it come Unforgiven if he has to.
CM Punk comes in with the World Heavyweight Championship and says that since both men don't think that he dosn't deserve to hold the WHC but tonight, CM Punk walks in and defeats Kane. That is a guarantee! CM Punk walks off as JBL and Orton given each other a cold glare
Match # 2 - WHC Championship Scramble Qualifyer John Cena vs Lance Cade
The match flowed well with Cade getting the early advantage with a cheap shot. The pace soon slows as Cade works on a specific part of John Cena. Cena then increases the pace of the match with some clotheslines and a 5 knuckle shuffle. The ending sees Cade missing out on an elbow as John Cena lifts him up and connects with the FU for the win

John Cena celebrates his win and his qualification and heads backstage and meets up with Batista
Batista shakes hands with John Cena and saying that last night, they both went on to a draw. The score is still to be settled but Batista's Main focus is to win the Scramble and win the WHC Championship once more. John Cena chuckles and says that he dreams that Cena can become WHC and he is one step closer. Batista however, still has to win his match later!

Back from break as Chris Jericho is seen watching TV in his locker room, preferbly repleys of The Great American Bash when he beat HBK to a bloody pulp and when he injured his eye. Jericho stands up before laughing and saying "priceless"
Match # 3 - WHC Championship Scramble Qualifyer Kofi Kingston vs Randy Orton
The match flowed well to begin the match with Kofi and Orton exchanging early on. Kofi then worked on Orton's newly repaired shoulder as Orton fights back by working on the neck of the Intercontinental Champion. The match soon reaches it's climax as the near falls soon come in with Kofi Kingston getting close with a superplex. The ending sees Kingston miss out on a Trouble In Paradise as Orton takes advantage and connects with the RKO for the win

Randy Orton celebrates his win and qualifies into the Championship Scramble. Charlie Haas comes down to the ring and quickly picks up Kofi Kingston and assults him before finishing him off with the Haas of Pain. Haas lets go of the hold and claims the IC Title before raising it up high

Backstage we see Batista preparing for his match as John Cena is beside him. Batista smirks before saying to Cena to "watch how he purely dominates next". Cena chuckles and says that the score isn't settled but the war has just begun
Match # 4 - WHC Championship Scramble Qualifyer Batista vs Val Venus
Squash was one way to describe this obvious one sided match. Cena watched ringside as he watched Batista quickly destroy Val Venus. The end saw a thunderous Batista Bomb for the win

Batista raises his hands up in the air and celebrates his win as Cena stands up from his seat and claps his hands. Both men intesify their stare down before heading to a commercial break

Backstage GM, Mike Adamle is seen and announces that PPV are now back to single brands to allow the allowance for other roster members. With this, Mike Adamle announces Charlie Haas vs Kofi Kingston for the IC Title along with the Championship Scramble for the WHC.
Match # 5 - Final Championship Scramble Qualifyer JBL vs Santino Marella
Classic JBL sees him bring out a bag of money as he hands it to Santino. Marella soon puts it away before lying down for the wresting God. JBL however, shakes his head and picks up Santino before beating him up and finishing off with a Clothesline From Hell and covers for the win

JBL picks up the bag of money and brings out $1 and places it across the chest of Santino before smirking and leaving the ring

The participants for the Championship Scramble has been identified: JBL, John Cena, Randy Orton, Batista and either Kane or CM Punk. Up next will be the announcement of Shawn Michales. Will he retire? Or will Shawn stay? Find Out Next!
Shawn Michales heads down to the ring with a suit and all and prepares for his announcement as the crowd await in anticipation
Shawn Michales - "Now, let me tell you this, I am not the Shawn Michales I was 10 years ago. Hell I'm not the Shawn Michales 5 years ago. Jericho, you came and blinsided me with cheapshots and assults to my eyes. And in my past years, I have ignored the doctors request for me to retire wrestling. But I am a different Shawn Michales right now. I will finally take the doctors orders to prevent furthur injury. I have my family to think off and I have a life to live"
Chris Jericho suddenly heads down to the ring as the crowd boo's at the apperance of the King of Rock and Rollah
Chris Jericho - "Shawn, you made the right choice. I knew that you will accept defeat. Yea, that's right, I win the war. Face it Shawn. Over the past 10 years, you barely won any wars. You are the Legendary Shawn Michaels, You are the Icon! The Showstopper! Mr. Wrestlemania. But you have always failed to step up to the big stage. You never deliver and you are called only by those names because Chris Jericho wasn't there yet. But now, I am here and I say that I have ended the career of Shawn Michales!"
Shawn Michales - "You know Chris, I thought of you as a gentleman. A man of your word. But I guessed wrong because you have sunk this low right here. Let me tell you this, I have stepped up to the occasions. I have faced and beaten the best this business has to offer! I am surely older than before but that only makes me wiser from my past. Chris, you can never be Shawn Michales. There is one and only one Showstopper. And he is STILL WRESTLING to steal the fucking show. So Chris, you think you have gotten me? You think that you can take down Shawn Michales? Well boy, it'll take alote to take me out! The heartbreakkid is still running and I will, and I say I will knock your teeth down to your thorat!"
Shawn Michales suddenly takes over Jericho with the crowd going wild. Shawn goes for Sweet Chin Music but Jericho rolls out of the ring and escapes the flurry of Shawn Michales. Jericho walks up the ramp as HBK calls for him in the ring before heading to a break

Main Event - WWE Championship Match CM Punk(c) vs Kane
The match started out not as what Punk has imagined as Kane quickly took him down and dominated him. Kane sent CM Punk to the outside and worked on him right there. Punk however, made a comeback that was worthy enough to earn Punk a near fall. Kane goes for a Chokeslam in the end as the lights suddenly flicker on and off as we hear a voice saying "He's Alive Kane". Kane goes crazy as CM Punk gives him the GTS for the cover. 1..2..3
Your winner - CM Punk(Still Champion)
CM Punk celebrates his win as Kane rolls out of the ring and slowly walks backstage. All the other 4 participants of the Championship Scramble coming up comes down to the ramp as they stare down CM Punk to close out the show

WWE News & Notes Regarding ECW & Smackdown
**It has been announced that The ECW Championship will be up for grabs when Mark Henry excercises his rematch clause over new ECW Champion, Matt Hardy. Who will walk out with the ECW Championship?**
**Talks are being held for another draft since each roster have their own weak spots and gaps which is why the WWE Creative is looking to fill those gaps with yet-another draft. But no furthur information has been said as nothing has been set on stone**
**On Smackdown, WWE Creative have booked a 5 Man, Contender's Championship Scramble with the winner of the 20 minutes gaining a shot at the WWE Championship come No Mercy. These superstars are the announced participants: MVP, Shelton Benjamin, The Undertaker, Mr. Kennedy and The Great Khali. Who will walk out with a WWE Championship Shot?**
**Also announced is the undefeated Vlademir Kozlov facing Jeff Hardy for the Undispited TV Championship. Can Jeff Hardy be the first to take down Kozlov, or will this be Kozlov's first reign as Champion?**
I agree with God, Shawn was definitely out of character. But, I don't like the fact that you have all the Divas on RAW. I would put 4 on ECW and 5 on SmackDown!
