Cole: Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to Monday Night RAW. Micheal Cole and my partner Jerry "The King" Lawler here at ringside to call the action.
King: And what a show we have for you tonight.
Cole: That's right, Undertaker will square off with Randy Orton and Batista will face Y2J Chris Jericho.
King: Yeah, and Jericho has The Great Khali as his guest on the Highlight Reel.
Cole: Your kidding, right?
Mike Adamle's music hits as he makes his way to the ring. As he begins to speak, the fans start their "Adamle sucks" chants.
Adamle: With all of the talent we have on the RAW roster, there is one Superstar that stands out from the rest of them and that is the World Heavyweight Champion, The Undertaker. He is the one greatest Superstars in WWE history and I would like him to come down to my ring right now.
The lights go dim and the Undertaker's music hits and he makes his way down to the ring.
Adamle: Now, Undertaker. The reason why I called you down to the ring is because I want to ask a question. Who do you want to put that World Title up against at Backlash?
Taker: I don't care!
Adamle: Ok, I'll ask again. Who do you want to put the Title up against at Backlash?
Taker: Didn't you hear me the first time? I said I don't care.
Adamle: I don't think you quite under.......
Taker grabs Adamle by the throat.
Cole: Oh god, don't do this.
Just as Undertaker is about to Chokeslam Adamle, Chris Jericho and Randy Orton ambush the Undertaker.
Cole: Someone's got to come out here and stop this.
King: Why would anyone want to do that? This is great.
Batista then storms into the ring and he hits the Spinebuster on Randy Orton and then he clotheslines Jericho out of the ring.
King: Wow, Batista's cleaning house.
After Batista disposed of Jericho and Orton, the Undertaker and him had a stare-down until they were interrupted by Adamle.
Adamle: Undertaker, that was really unnecessary. Security escort the Undertaker out of my ring.
**Commercial Break**
Cole: Welcome back to Monday Night RAW, and what an explosive start to RAW it's been.
A replay of Taker choking Adamle airs and then Jericho/Orton ambush to Batista getting involved.
King: If you thought that was explosive you should have seen what happened during the commercial
The replay showed a bunch of security guards pushing and carrying the Undertaker out of the arena.
King: And...I've gotten word from our GM Mike Adamle that Batista will be in a handicap match against Randy Orton and Chris Jericho.
Cole: What do you think the reasoning is behind Jericho's alliance with Orton?
King: Don't know. But we will see when Jericho hosts the Highlight Reel.
Cole: And..according to you his guest is the Great Khali.
Match 1: Kofi Kingston vs. William Regal
Kofi strikes Regal with a pair of lefts and rights. Kofi then throws down a left, but Regal counters and gets Kofi in a wristlock. Kofi slips out, then kicks Regal. With Regal down, Kofi goes for his patented leg drop and connects. Kofi goes for a cover and gets a near fall. Then Kofi hits a moonsault and goes for a cover. Another near fall. Kofi picks Regal up, Regal then nails Kofi with a hard left hand. Which knocks Kofi down. Regal then puts Kofi in a chinlock. Regal applies the pressure, but Kofi is able to throw up kicks at Regal's face, which causes the hold to break. Regal is a little dazed and when he turns around he gets nailed by The Trouble In Paradise which gives Kofi the win. Winner: Kofi Kingston
Cole: Nice match from Kofi Kingston, he will go far here on Raw.
**Commercial Break**
Hardcore Holly is shown backstage as he is approached by Snitsky.
Snitsky: Hey, I am surprised you still have job here on RAW. Holly: What? Snitsky: I mean, your not exactly hardcore anymore. Holly: Not hardcore? You got some kind of problem with me Snitsky? Snitsky: Yes, I do. Holly: I'll show you hardcore, how about you meet me in a Hardcore match here tonight? Snitsky: Ok, I've got no problem with that.
Match 2: Maria & Cherry vs. Beth Phoenix & Melina
Cherry and Melina begin the match, Cherry hits Melina with fierce forearms as she backs her into the corner, Cherry the hits Melina with a few chops. Then Melina kicks her face and pulls her by the hair and forcefully slams her down to the mat. Melina drags Cherry over to her corner and tags in Beth Phoenix. Beth then puts Cherry into a sleeperhold. With the constant pressure that Beth is applying, Cherry starts to fade. After 2 arm raises, Cherry begins to fight back and elbows her way out of the hold. Beth then scoopslams Cherry and applies another sleephold. This time Cherry gets to the ropes. Beth starts to argue with the referee. While Beth wasn't paying attention, Cherry made the hot tag to Maria. Maria storms in, clothelines Beth. Then she takes out Melina. She backs Beth into the corner. Beth counters her and throws out of the ring.
**Commercial Break**
Beth goes for a powerbomb, but Maria counters. Maria hits a quick DDT on Beth, then turns around to dropkick Melina. Maria goes for a bulldog but Beth counters it into a fisherman suplex for the win.
Winner: Beth Phoenix & Melina
Josh Matthews is standing by with Batista.
Josh: This is Josh Matthews standing by with The Animal Batista. Now Batista, tonight your in a handicap match against Chris Jericho and Randy Orton. Your thoughts? Batista: Well, Adamle is putting me in this match because I helped out the Undertaker. It doesn't matter how many guys you put against me because I'll go through all of 'em. And Jericho & Orton, you guys are no different and you 2 better be ready for pain 'cause it's coming.
Match 3: Snitsky vs. Hardcore Holly (Hardcore Match)
Holly brought basically a grocery cart full of weapons to the ring as he went after Snitsky. Holly was hammering away at Snitsky. Then after getting Snitsky down. Hardcore grabbed a sign from the the cart and bashed it over Snitsky's head, then Holly choked Snitsky with a wire. Then choked Snitsky with the the ring rope. Then Holly hit Snitsky in the head with a steel chair. Which busted Snitsky wide open. Then Hardcore grabbed Jerry "The King" Lawler's bottle of water. Took a drink of it and spitted it out into Snitsky's face. Holly setted up a table in the ring and drove Snitsky through it with the Alabama Slam followed up by a pinfall. Winner: Hardcore Holly
**Commercial Break**
King: I tell you what, that was a brutal hardcore match but I wished I had that water back.
Chris Jericho's music hits and him and Orton make their way to the ring.
Y2J: Welcome to the Highlight Reel and my guest tonight is the Great Khali. But, before we get to the Punjab nightmare, lets talk about me and Orton. Why would the greatest party host ever team with RKO. Well, me and Randy are out to dominate the WWE. Orton: That's right, we are sick and tired of the Triple H's, the John Cena's, and the Undertaker's. It's about time, that me and Chris make a name for ourselves. And it starts tonight! When we kick Batista's ass and humiliate him in front of you, you will know that we are for real. Y2J: With that being said, here is the Great Khali.
Great Khali's music hits as he has Ranjin Singh at his side as they get in the ring.
Y2J: Orton, take care of Ranjin. Orton RKO's the hell out of Ranjin Singh. Khali doesn't even care. Y2J: Hey, do you even care about what we did to your translator? Khali ignores Jericho as he picks up Ranjin and leaves. Y2J: Where in the hell are you gong? Get your giant Punjabi ass back here right now. Batista's music hits and he runs down to ring. Jericho and Orton get out as Batista destroys equipment. Jericho gets back into the ring to reason with him.
Y2J: Hey, that's expensive equipment! Batista rips the mic out of Jericho's hands and shoves him down. Batista: SHUT THE HELL UP AND START THE DAMN MATCH!!!
**Commercial Break**
Match 4: Batista vs. Chris Jericho & Randy Orton (Handicap Match)
Batista is all fired up as he slams Jericho. Batista spears Orton. Batista throws Jericho into a corner and throws some shoulders into his mid-section. Orton hits a modified backbreaker on Batista. Referee tells Orton to get back his corner. Jericho applies the Walls Of Jericho on Batista. After several minutes, Batista gets to the rope. Jericho tags Orton in. Orton stomps the legs and arms of Batista. Orton hits Batista's chest repeatedly with his forearm. Orton picks him up but Batista hits him with a Spinebuter out of nowhere. Orton crawls and makes his way to tag Jericho. Jericho runs over to attack but is speared by Batista. The Animal shakes the ring ropes. Signaling the end of the match. Batista has Jericho up for the Batista Bomb, but Orton hits in the back with a steel chair.
Winner: Batista by DQ
After the match, Orton RKO's Batista onto the chair. Orton and Jericho are booed loudly as the leave the ring
Todd: Welcome to ECW live from Tucson. Todd Grisham and Tazz here at ringside.
Tazz: It's great to be here in Tucson baby. We are here for live ECW action!
MVP's music hits and makes his way to the ring. When he gets in the ring he is heavily booed.
MVP: Tonight is the night when MVP is going to the top. 'Cause tonight is the night when I win the ECW Championship.
Fans continue to boo.
MVP: You know what? You people have no class for a Superstar like me. I'm a winner and I wear the most world class athletic apparel. I'm am clearly the most gifted and most talented Superstar in the WWE and I am going to......
Paul Heyman and Teddy Long come out to the stage.
Heyman: Are you done running your mouth? Your not challenging for the ECW Title tonight.
MVP: Why the hell not?
Heyman: Turn around!
MVP turns around and gets nailed by a chair from Tommy Dreamer.
Heyman: That man is getting the Title shot!!
Long: That's right, the ECW Title will be defended every week and it will be contested under Extreme Rules!
MVP is unconscious and the fans go wild at Long's announcement.
**Commercial Break**
Match 1: Jesse & Festus vs. Chavo Guerrero & Bam Neely
Festus and Bam start it off, as Festus goes nuts at the sound of the bell. Festus hammers away at Bam and throws into a corner and chokes him. Bam counters Festus and Bam elbows Festus. Festus shoves the big man down. When Bam gets up, Festus and Bam clothesline each other at the same time. Both men are crawling to their corners as they make tags to Jesse and Chavo. Jesse dropkicks Chavo and dropkicks Bam too. Jesse goes in to work on Chavo but Chavo trips him and delivers blows to the head. Chavo then picks Jesse up and delivers the Three Amigos suplexs to Jesse. Festus runs into the ring and throws down a shoulder block on Chavo and then clotheslines Bam out of the ring taking himself with him. Chavo goes on top of the turnbuckle but Jesse fly's up there and tries to superplex Chavo but is countered and Jesse crashes down and Chavo connects with the Frog Splash for the win.
Winner: Chavo Guerrero and Bam Neely.
Lena Yada is backstage with R-Truth.
Lena: R-Truth, your debut match is up next with James Curtis. Are you prepared?
R-Truth: I'm always ready. I'm ready to be the new face of ECW and your gonna find that out when I beat James Curtis and make him look like a punk.
**Commercial Break**
Match 2: R-Truth vs. James Curtis
Squash match. Truth beat down Curtis with his quickness and speed and ended the match with the Truth Conviction.
Winner: R-Truth
Beulah McGillicutty is shown getting prepared for her match which is next.
**Commercial Break**
Match 3: Beulah vs. Jillian
Tazz: My god it is a relief to us that Jillian has given up on that singing career.
Todd: Got that right Tazz, and look. An ECW Original is making her return in this match.
Tazz: It's great to see Beulah again in the ring as she had a part in the original ECW days.
Fans are relieved that Jillian is not singing anymore. But, Jillian gets on the mic before the match.
Jillian: I know I gave up on my singing career but I going to sing one more time for you guys here right now.
Before she gets a chance to sing. Beulah clotheslines her. The match is officially under way as Beulah is on the ground and pound as she delivers forearm blows to the face. Then Beulah starts slamming Jillian's head into the mat.
Tazz: Catfight! Catfight! A good friend of mine said that once but he would say it much louder in a situation like this.
Beulah throws Jillian into the ropes looking to do something big but Jillian spears her and goes for a cover and gets a 2 count. Jillian then picks up Beulah and whips her into the ropes. Jillian goes for a crossbody but misses. When Jillian turns around, Beulah hits her with the Dreamer DDT. Beulah goes to the top turnbuckle then connects with the Beulahsault followed by a pinfall.
Winner: Beulah
Todd: It will be main event time next. As Mark Henry puts the ECW Championship on the line against Tommy Dreamer in a Extreme Rules match next.
**Commercial Break**
Match 4: Tommy Dreamer vs. Mark Henry(c) (Extreme Rules Match)
ECW Championship
Dreamer starts punching and striking Henry but Henry uses his overwhelming strength to power out of Dreamer strikes and takes him down. Dreamer rakes Henry in the eyes and Dreamer goes outside the ring to look for a weapon. Dreamer brings in a Singnapore cane and he canes the hell out of Mark Henry. Henry the grabs the cane and breaks it over his knee then slams Dreamer. Henry kicks Dreamer out of the ring. Henry taunts in the ring, then Dreamer comes back in with 2 Singnapore canes and once again he canes the hell out of Mark Henry. Henry blocks both canes and headbutts Dreamer. As Henry comes close to Dreamer he takes a cane shot to the go-nads. While Henry's down, Dreamer goes under the ring to find a barbed wire baseball bat. Henry is on one knee, Dreamer then hits Henry in the side with the bat and then a shot to the arm. Dreamer then shouts "ECW" then hits Henry in the chest with the bat. Henry's arm is bleeding. As Dreamer's about to go in for the kill, MVP interferes and Dreamer takes a boot to the face. MVP leaves the ring and Mark picks Tommy up and delivers the World's Strongest Slam for the win.

JR and Mick Foley open the show as usual as Stephanie McMahon makes her way down to the ring.
Stephanie is welcomed with cheers as she gets into the ring.
Steph: It is great to be here as SmackDown!'s General Manager. I plan on making this show the flagship brand of all of the WWE. I already have plans for Backlash. Which is in 4 weeks. But, tonight we are having a #1 contender's battle between Shawn Michaels and Edge. Winner faces Triple H at Backlash for the WWE Title.
John Cena's music hits and makes his way down to the ring. As he grabs the mic he gets that often mixed reaction.
Cena: Whoa, hold on a minute. Just hold on a minute. Now did I just hear you make a #1 contender match without me included?
Steph: Now John. I know what your feeling, but I have already scheduled you to face JBL at Backlash.
Cena: So if I beat JBL, I'll get a Title match.
Steph: It'll put you in consideration.
Cena is not to pleased. Triple H's music hits and he is on the entrance ramp with mic in hand.
HHH: Cena...Cena...Cena are you butt hurt 'cause your not competing for the WWE Championship? Well, that's too damn bad. Even if you were competing for the WWE Title I would kick your ass anyway.
Cena: How about I kick your ass here tonight!!!
HHH: Cena, don't make come down there and Pedigree you in front of these people.
Steph: Will you two stop all ready! Now since you two have issues. I am going to schedule a match for tonight. Triple H vs. John Cena in a non-title match.
Cena: Good enough for me.
JR: Wow, what a match we got for tonight.
Mick: For sure, this a Wrestle Mania quality match and can't wait to see it.
**Commercial Break**
Match 1: The Brian Kendrick vs. Ricky Ortiz
Decent match. Kendrick dominated early but could not over come the power of the Latin Assassian. As Ricky caught Kendrick in a tricky pin for the win.
Winner: Ricky Ortiz
Eve is backstage with Edge.
Eve: Edge tonight you face the Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels and the winner will face Triple H at Backlash for the WWE Title.
Edge: Yeah, my #1 goal is to take back what is mine and what is mine is the WWE Championship and I will do what it takes to get back there. And HBK, when I beat you tonight...your fans WILL be heartbroken courtesy of yours truly.
**Commercial Break**
John Morrison hosts The Dirt Sheet.
John: I''m John Morrison, and I was offered the cover of Muscle & Fitness but I turned them down because these abs are too good for them. Before I bring out my guest, I just like to make a comment about our General Manager. Now Stephanie, I know what you like. You like men who have class, success, greatness, and looks. Now, I know what you are thinking. I am comparing myself to Brett Favre. But, I am better looking than Mr. Favre. But Stephanie you blush when you look at me and I don't blame you. Maybe we should go out. Now on to my guest, CM Punk.
CM Punk makes his way to the ring and takes a seat next to Morrison.
Punk: Morrison, why would you want me a guest on your show? We both hate each other, we can't stand each other.
John: You see Punk, we had many classic battles on ECW and I want to do the same here on SmackDown!
Punk: I don't got the time to waste my energy on you, I am going after the WWE Championship.
John: I am too. But I want to face you in the ring one last time. One-on-one, no interruptions. Next week on SmackDown!
Punk: Next week? OK....you're on!
JR: Punk and Morrison next week!
Mick: This match could be an instant classic.
**Commercial Break**
Match 2: Mickie James, Trish Stratus & Maria vs. Katie Lea, Maryse & Natalya
Trish got a huge pop from the crowd in her return match. The heel trio made frequent tags throughout the match and keeping their opponents grounded. Trish was the standout in the match. The match ended with Maria tapping out to the Sharpshooter from Natalya.
Winner: Maria vs. Katie Lea, Maryse & Natalya via Submission
Shelton Benjamin is shown getting ready for his U.S. Title defense against Evan Bourne which is next.
**Commercial Break**
Match 3: Shelton Benjamin (c) vs. Evan Bourne (U.S. Championship Match)
Shelton was surprised by the quickness of Evan early in the match. Bourne hit a couple of high flying maneuvers on Benjamin. In the middle, Evan kept building momentum and could have won the Title on several pin attempts. In the end, Bourne missed on a clothesline attempt and Shelton capitalized and hit hit the Reverse Bulldog for the win.
Winner and Still Champion: Shelton Benjamin
Eve is backstage with Triple H.
Eve: Triple H, you are moments away from taking on John Cena. Your thoughts?
HHH: I just want to beat his ass and make Steph realize that Cena's not WWE Championship material. Cena thinks he's a damn icon or something and he thinks a Title shot should be handed to him. Well, tonight Cena is going to get a beating of his life and it happens right about.............now.
Match 4: John Cena vs. Triple H
Start: Triple H was making good on his word by beating down Cena and got in a couple of shots in some places while the ref wasn't looking.
Middle: Cena started to fight back and build momentum and several impact moves.
End: Both men are tired and don't have have much left in the tank. Cena goes for the FU but Triple H counters and goes for the Pedigree. Then JBL interfere's and clotheslines Triple H giving him the DQ win. Then when Cena gets up, JBL gives him the Clothesline From Hell. JBL looks over Cena as he stands tall.
Winner: Triple H via DQ
**Commercial Break**
Match 5: Edge vs. HBK (#1 Contender Match)
Edge brings Hawkins & Ryder with him as they are Edge's corner. HBK warns the ref about those two but the ref says calm down. But before the match starts, Cryme Tyme comes out to be in HBK's corner.
Start: HBK has the momentum as he works over Edge, Edge seems to not be on his game and tries to go outside of the ring to regroup. But, Shawn doesn't let him do it.
Middle: Edge starts to do something but Shawn is still in control of the match. Both men go for a crossbody and just hit each other in mid-air and their both down.
End: Shawn sets up for the Sweet Chin Music, Hawkins & Ryder try to interfere but Cryme Tyme takes care of them. Shawn goes for the kick but Edge moves out of the way causing Shawn to fall out of the ring on his neck. The crowd is fearing that Shawn could have injured his neck. The ref starts the 10-count. Shawn tries to get back into the ring at 5 but it is no use. Edge gets the count out win and goes to Backlash.
Winner: Edge via Count out
The EMT's attend to Shawn Michaels as SmackDown! goes off the air.
