After watching pay per view the year I think could have done better was 2005. The fact was that Triple H was given a tenth reign as World Champion and him losing his ninth was a complete waste of time. I have decided to do my own version of 2005. This will start at New Year’s Revolution 2005. Also superstars that debuted in mid-2005 will still debut. People like Lashley, Kennedy, Mickie, Ashley will still come in the WWE. Also there will be no ECW One Night Stand. But I will bring in some of the ECW guys like CM Punk etc.

The music of Christian hits and he comes out alongside his Problem Solver and tag team partner, Tyson Tomko. They come out to a mixed reaction from the crowd. Then the music of Eugene hits and the crowd pops as the World Tag Team Champions Eugene & William Regal come out. They enter the ring as Christian & Tomko stares at the champions.

Christian & Regal start things off with Regal using his wrestling tactics on Christian. Christian tries to counter Regal but he is one step ahead of him and manages to recounter and get the advantage on Christian. Christian gets frustrated and slaps Regal. This only makes Regal smile who then turns from wrestling to brawling. Christian is easily taken care off as Regal brawls him. Christian finally is able to flee from Regal and tags in the more powerful Tomko. Tomko shows off his strength by easily picking Regal up. Tomko then throws him down and then throwing him around like a rag doll. Regal then tags in Eugene who tries a test of strength on Tomko but Tomko punchs Eugene down. Tomko and Christian then take advantage and double teams Eugene for several minutes. After sometime Eugene starts to ‘hulk up’. Eugene then shows off his shocking strength when he is able to out power Tomko. He then tags in Regal who uses some stiff forearms and knee strikes on his opponents. Christian is the legal man when Regal once again tags in Eugene. Regal goes after Tomko but Tomko counters with a torture rack neck breaker on the outside taking Regal out of the match. He renters the ring as Eugene goes for a stunner on Christian. Christian tough pushes Eugene off with allows Tomko to hit a big boot on Eugene. Eugene is taken out is then hit by an Unprettier by Christian and then gets the three count. Christian & Tomko are the new World Tag Team Champions. Christian then gets the mic and tells everyone that they best get used with him and Tomko being champions as it is the begging of an era the Era of the Christian Coalition.

Meanwhile backstage Muhammad Hassan & Daivari are in the office of Raw General manager Eric Bischoff. They are talking to him and Bischoff asks if he is sure. He then says ok and says that there is now a stipulation added to the match between Hassan & Lawler in which the Loser is Fired. Hassan & Daivari laugh and says that after tonight no one will have to hear Lawler saying puppies over and over again.

The music of Gene Snitsky hits and he comes out to a chorus of boos. He is on his way to the ring when a promo for the match between him and Kane is shown which focus on Snitsky causing the death of Kane & Lita’s baby and almost crippling Kane at Taboo Tuesday. After the promo ends Snitsky is in the ring when the pyro hits and Kane comes out. He enters the ring and gives Snitsky and evil look.

Kane and Snitsky try to overpower each other but both men are evenly matched. Kane though takes advantage with a right hand. Kane then keeps knocking down Snitsky and overpowering him. Kane then sets for a chokeslam but Snitsky gets a throat thrust in which makes Kane hold his throat. Snitsky then takes down Kane and starts working on the throat of Kane which doesn’t seem to be totally healed up. Snitsky then goes for a clothesline but Kane ducks. Kane then goes for a chokeslam but Snitsky once again counters attacking Kane’s throat. He then boots Kane down but only gets a two count. Snitsky goes for another boot but Kane ducks and Snitsky hits the referee. Snitsky turns around and gets a boot from Kane. Kane follows him and sends him into the steel steps. Kane then throws him back in the ring and grabs a steel chair. He enters the ring and then hits Snitsky with the chair. The referee though gets up and sees this and calls the bell. Kane though doesn’t care and starts hitting him with the chair constantly. Snitsky is busted open with this. Kane then gets the chair and puts it around his neck and climbs the turnbuckle. He then jumps and he crushes Snitsky’s throat. Kane then looks on at Snitsky as he is choking with blood. Kane goes to leave but stops. He goes under the ring and takes out a long chain. He then wraps it around Snitsky’s neck and pulls him to the ropes. He has Snitsky remains in the ring as Kane leaves the referee Kane then wraps the chain on Snitsky’s legs and then pulls choking Snitsky out. The referee and security comes out and try to stop Kane. Kane then finally let’s go and Snitsky falls down as the EMT’s come out to check on Snitsky as Kane watches on laughing.

Backstage WWE Women’s Champion Lita is watching backstage with a huge smile. She turns round but then runs into Gail Kim. Gail tells Lita that she has recently been rehired back and that her first mission is to become Women’s Champion again. Lita then tells Gail that she is going to finish her personal business when she takes out Trish Stratus for good and then she is going to take out any other diva that plans on taking her Women’s Championship. Lita leaves as Gail watches on.

The Music of Muhammad Hassan hits and he comes out with his associate Daivari as they walk down they stop midway and stare at JR who stares back not saying a word while Coach is telling JR not to try anything or he’ll get his ass kicked. Hassan enters the ring and gets a mic. He tells everyone that tonight will be the last night they see The King as Hassan will beat him and kick him out of RAW and then no one will no longer have to hear him rave about puppies which gets a lot of heat. The music of Jerry Lawler’s hits and he comes out. He enters the ring and is determined to win.

The two lock up and Hassan pushes King to the corner. He pushes King but King retaliates with a right hand which makes Hassan fall back. King then takes down Hassan numerous times with his old school wrestling but Hassan is able to get the advantage due to some distractions from Daivari & some underhanded tactics. During the match Hassan launches King into the metal post which busts open King. Hassan then decides to go after the open wound which puts him in extreme pain when the referee isn’t looking Daivari gets involved. Hassan then locks in the Camel Clutch but King finally reaches the rope. Hassan then starts stomping on King which makes the referee hold him off. During this Daivari enters the ring and loads his hand up with brass knuckles. He gets set to hit him but King ducks and hits Daivari with a Piledriver. The ref sees Daivari on the floor and decides to take him out of the ring. Hassan checks on Daivari but as this is happing King gets the brass knuckles and loads his fist up. When Hassan turns round King hits a massive shot knocking out Hassan. He then puts the knuckles in his trucks and pins Hassan 123. King wins and celebrates as both Daivari & Hassan are knocked out in the ring.

Backstage Christian & Tomko are celebrating as new Tag team Champions when Edge comes in. He tells Christian that it must feel great winning Tag Team Gold once again but he will do something that Christian has yet to do and that is become World Heavyweight Champion. Christian then tells Edge that the chances of Edge winning the World Title were the chances of Snitsky coming back on Raw tomorrow night.

The music of Maven’s hits and he comes out to some heat. He enters the ring when it is followed by the music of Shelton Benjamin. Shelton comes out with a huge pop. He enters the ring and the referee gets a hold of the title belt and raises it up.

The match starts with a technical match up with Benjamin outwrestling Maven at every turn. Maven then decides to start to brawl which gets him the edge. Maven uses every move that he has used before but Benjamin is able to stay alive. Maven then decides to use some submission holds but a mistake by maven allows Benjamin to take advantage. Benjamin starts using his high risk manoeuvres to get the advantage but Maven catches Benjamin off guard hitting him with a dropkick which causes Benjamin to fall to the outside making him hurt himself. Maven starts working on Benjamin’s shoulder and in the end Benjamin is almost about to submit but he is able to get the rope. Maven attempts to finish Benjamin off but Benjamin is able to counter with a Dragon Whip. Maven tries to use a crossbody but Benjamin counters with a backbreaker closely followed by a T-Bone Suplex. A three count happens. Benjamin celebrates with the championship in hand as Maven struggles to get up.

Backstage Edge is in the locker room of Shawn Michaels. He tells Shawn that he better not screw him out of the World Heavyweight Championship. Shawn then tells Edge that he will not screw him out of the title and he hopes that Edge wins so that when he comes back to wrestle he will beat Edge for the title. The segment ends with Shawn & Edge staring at each other.

Trish Stratus’s music hits and she comes out with a huge smile. She enters the ring but gets a mic. She tells everyone that tonight history will be made as she will become a six time women’s champion. Lita’s music hits and she comes out with the title on her waist. She enters the ring and the two go into a face off. The ref gets the title and raises it up.

The match starts with Lita overpowering the smaller Trish but Trish eventually gains the advantage by using her dirty tactics. Trish attempts a Chick Kick but Lita counters and hits a Twist of Fate but Trish kicks out. Lita starts taking advantage by trying to make Trish submit with several submission manoeuvres. Lita has a sharpshooter locked in when Molly Holly comes down. She distracts the ref while Trish is tapping out. Lita lets go and brings Molly in. She then hits an Implant DDT to knock Molly out. Trish though has got the title and goes for Lita but Lita ducks and the title ends up in the refs face. Trish turns and is hit by a DDT but the ref is out. She tries to wake the ref but unknown to her Gail Kim enters the ring from behind and grabs the title. She is preparing to hit Lita with the title belt but when Lita turns round, Gail cracks the title in Trish’s skull. Lita then pins Trish for the three count. Gail walks up the ramp but turns and signals the title around the waist as Lita watches on.

Muhammad Hassan & Daivari are arguing backstage about losing their jobs when Eric Bischoff comes in. He tells the pair of them that he has been hearing them argue all night since Hassan’s match so he is given the pair of them a chance to get a new WWE Contract. He tells them that the pair of them will face each other in a one on one match and the winner will get a contract while the loser will be fired.

Jerry Lawler finally comes out and sits with JR & Coach. He says that he is proud that he shut up Hassan until JR tells him about what just happened a few minutes ago. King says that it doesn’t matter because at least there will be one less whiner in the WWE.

A promo for the Elimination Chamber hits. After the promo, Shawn Michaels comes in with the World Heavyweight Championship. He shows off the title. Batista comes out first and enters his chamber followed by Edge then Triple H & finally ending with Randy Orton. All the pods are filled. Chris Jericho & Chris Benoit come out next and the match begins.

The match starts with both men using technical wrestling. Both men are close in applying their main submission finisher but they counter each other constantly. Jericho starts to brawl but Benoit brawls back. After the Countdown, Triple H comes in. He starts to brawl with the duo but Benoit manages to catch Triple H of guard by hitting a germen suplex. Jericho and Benoit double-team on Triple H but they eventually double-cross each other. Benoit locks in a Crossface on Triple H but Jericho lionsaults the back of Benoit. The second countdown comes down and Edge is next out. Things heat up with Edge taking everyone out until he is hit by a spinebuster by Triple H. Triple H starts to out power everyone else. He starts getting cocky which haunts him when Jericho hits the Walls of Jericho. Triple H almost taps but he gets the rope. Triple H low blows Benoit and goes for a Pedigree but the countdown ends and Orton is out. This gets Triple H’s attention and then Edge spears Triple H and gets the three count. Triple H is eliminated. Orton goes for an RKO on Edge but he counters. Edge starts to spear everyone but he can’t get the three count. Edge gets frustrated but Batista is finally out. He overpowers everyone using his big strength. Triple H has finally recovered and has taken out a sledgehammer and enters the ring. He goes for Benoit but Benoit ducks and Batista is hit by the sledgehammer. Jericho dropkicks Triple H out and pins Batista. The other four men start brawling with each other while Batista recovers. He then spinebusters everyone abut then turns to look at Triple H. He goes after Triple H who runs off. Edge then counters a Walls of Jericho by Jericho into a Edgeucator. Benoit then puts in the Crossface on Jericho as well. Jericho taps out. Edge tries to attack Benoit but Benoit counters and locks in a Crossface. Unknown to them Randy Orton takes advantage and punts Benoit in the head. He then gets a pin on Benoit. The final men are Orton & Edge. Orton prepares for an RKOP but Edge pushes him off and goes for a Spear but Orton moves and Edge spears Michaels. Edge turns and gets hit by an RKO. Orton has the match won but Michaels is out. He tries to wake Shawn up but he isn’t awake. Orton is frustrated but then gets hit by a Spear. Edge though can’t get the pin as Shawn is out. He picks Shawn up and tries to snap him out of daze. Shawn pushes Edge off and goes for Sweet Chin Music but Edge ducks and Shawn kicks Orton in the face. Edge then pins Orton and Shawn has to count the three. Edge celebrates like mad as he has won his first World Heavyweight Championship. He is handed the title by Shawn. Edge then smiles and decides to knock Michaels out with the title. Edge then celebrates with the World Championship as the show goes off the air.
