Tokyo; Japan - Jingu Baseball Stadium
**Backstage we see The Coach standing by Evolution to start the show. The Coach asks Evolution Leader, Triple H on how Evolution will pan out. Triple H answers by saying that Evolution is the future of the business. We have the World Heavyweight Champion, Triple H. Future World Tag Team Champions Batista and Ric Flair. And future Intercontinental Champion, Randy Orton. It won't take long until Evolution is full of gold and it won't take long until Evolution is a force to be reckon with in the WWE. Triple H walks away as all other members follow him. Ric Flair stops before giving The Coach a big WHOO as the cameras fade**

Shawn Michales vs Scott Steiner
**Shawn Michales gets on the mic saying that he was screwed out of the World Heavyweight Championship from Backlash and he demands a re-match. So this is an offer Shawn is making to Triple H, a re-match at Venegeance for the World Heavyweight Championship! And if he wants to prove himself, he will do it nicely when he beats the living hell out of Scott Steiner!**
-Steiner uses his power to control the match early as HBK struggles to gain control. Steiner then goes for a T-Bone Suplex but HBK takes Steiner to the outside and follows up with a flying crossbody. HBK brings in Steiner and goes for a Superkick which is dodged and reversed into a T-Bone Suplex. Steiner begins to work on the spine of HBK, using suplexes galore. Steiner applies a backbreaker-type of submission hold until HBK starts to fight back and turn the match around. A flying forearm followed by an elbow from the top rope is enough for HBK to tune up the band. HBK goes for the Superkick but Steiner dodges and goes for the Steiner Recliner which is again reversed into the Sweet Chin Music for the win- Your winner: "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michales
Shawn Michales gets up and points to the ramp then signals that it is almost time for Triple H.

**Back from commercial and we see Triple H backstage who is training for his match tonight. Triple H speaks saying that he has seen HBK moments ago and Triple H thinks that it is put-up or shut up. Triple H will get rid of HBK at Venegeance because Triple H accepts the challenge...in one condition. The condition specifies that if Shawn Michales loses, he will quit wrestling forever!**
WWE Tag Team Title Tournament - Qualifying Rounds
La Resistance vs Kane & The Hurricane
**La Resistance sing the Canadian National Anthem before the match to dis-please the crowd**
-Kane controls early on using his powers to quickly take down Rene Dupree. La Resistance use dirty tactics to gain back control as The Hurriacane ends up being the face in peril. Some nice and classic double team moves wear down the Superhero superstar until Kane is the one who breaks up the counts. The Hurricane reverses a DDT into a head scissors before tagging in Kane who cleans house. La Resistance tries to double team on Kane but The Hurricane comes in and gives Dupree the Shining Wizard. Kane gives Conway a Chokeslam for the quick win- Your winner & advances to the Tag Team Title Tournament: Kane & The Hurricane
Kane and The Hurricane celebrate their hard-fought win as backstage we see current European Champion, Rob Van Dam.
Rob Van Dam:I am the whole f'king show and tonight is now other. I raise this title but when I walk out, I will be proud when I hold two titles up and claim myself as the first ever Intercontiental Champion! Tonight marks the start of Mr. Monday Night!

**Backstage we see Kevin Nash who walks down the aile before saying that he wants challenge. He is undefeated at his run at the WWE so far and he wants challenge that can take him to the limit. We see Austin from behind who says that if Kevin Nash wants challenge, he gets challenge! Stone Cold Steve Austin accepts Nash's challenge and come Venegeance, Nash will feel a pain that he never felt before. And that is the Bottom Line Cause Stone Cold says so!**
Non-Title Match
Triple H(c) vs Mr. Perfect
**Eric Bishoff comes down to the ramp, smirking evily before annoncing that since Ric Flair dosen't have a match tonight. He will team up with World Heavyweight Champion Triple H to take on Mr. Perfect. And to twist things up, it will be a No Disqualification Match!**
-Squash match to be said really. Mr. Perfect was dominated early on as Ric Flair brings out the brass knucks and smashes it across the face of Perfect, busting him open. Triple H works on Perfect using some weapons while taunting the crowd saying that, that will be the outcome of Shawn Michales. Triple H finishes it off with a simple Pedigree on the steel chair for the win- Your winners: Ric Flair & World Heavyweight Champion Triple H
Both men of Evolution celebrate as HBK comes on the ramp, giving the dominant pair a cold glare as backstage we see Chris Jericho.
Chris Jericho:I, the Current Hardcore Champion will walk out as the first ever Intercontiental Champion. Tonight Chris Jericho will beat the ass clown known as RVD and this day shall be remembered as RAW IS JERICHO!

**Back from commercial break as we see Eric Bishoff on his front desk. He starts to speak saying that him and Stephanie have organized a Tag Team Title Tournament. 2 Teams from each brand will face off and in the finals, it will be an Interpromotional Match for the Tag-Team Championships at Venegeance**
Tag-Team Action
Batista & Randy Orton vs Booker T & Goldust
-Batista uses his power to dominate Goldust early on as Randy Orton quickly sneek attack's Booker T. Batista gives Goldust a Spinebuster and goes for a Powerbomb but Booker T comes in with a steel chair and smashes across the spine of Batista for a DQ win- Your winners by DQ: Batista & Randy Orton
Booker T and Goldust continue their assult before leaving both men in the ring. Eric Bishoff comes on the ramp saying that there will be a re-match next week and this time, it will be counted for the Tag Title Tournament.

European & Hardcore Championship Unification Match - Main Event
Rob Van Dam vs Chris Jericho
-RVD takes control early on by outwrestling Jericho and starts to use his kicks to wear him down. Jericho is taken to the outside as RVD gives him a corkscrew plancha over the top rope! RVD sends Jericho on the barricade and gives Jericho a spin kick to the neck. Jericho is sent in as RVD goes for a Frog Splash which is dodged by Jericho. Jericho takes control and starts to work on the ribs of RVD. 3 powerbombs later and Jericho gets a close fall before trying to go for a Lionsault but RVD dodges and follows up with a Rolling Thunder. RVD goes for a Frog Splash but Jericho catches him on the top rope and unleashes a top-rope superplex! Jericho goes for the Walls of Jericho which is rolled on by RVD for a near fall. Jericho hits the bulldog and connects with the Lionsault for another near fall! Jericho goes for the Walls of Jericho but RVD reverses into a drop toe hold and gives Jericho a mule kick to the back of the head. RVD finishes off the assult with a Frog Splash. The ref covers for the 3 count but Jericho kicked out at the exact 3 count which will NOT count- Your winner & New WWE Intercontinental Champion: Rob Van Dam
RVD raises the 2 Titles as Eric Bishoff comes down to the ring, holding a briefcase. Eric Bishoff then hands RVD the Intercontinental Championship who raises it up high. RVD ends the show by raising the IC Title up on the turnbuckle.
**Brock Lesnar is expected to be on an undefeated run before gaining the WWE Championship at latest by Survivor Series**
**Tag Team candidates to win the Tournament include: Kane & The Hurricane, The APA, The Dudley Boys and many others**
**Chris Jericho is said to be fuming heat backstage on his loss against RVD last Monday Night. He is said to knock out 5 officials after the match but superstars were there to break it all up. Right now, The WWE Board of Directors have suspended Chris Jericho for 2 weeks**

-Rikishi outpowers Holly early on then followed by some first class comedy by Rikishi. Some fight back from Holly followed up by a Spinebuster and goes for the Alabama Slammer which is reversed into a clothesline then a Banzai Drop by Rikishi for the win- Your winner: Rikishi

**The show begins with Stephanie Mcmahon on her desk before announcing that tonight, it will be Champion vs Champion when WWE Champion The Rock takes on WWE United States Champion, Edge! To spice things up, the winner will choose their stipulation for their next title defense**
WWE Tag Team Title Tournament - Qualifying Round
The Filthy Animals vs The Worlds Greatest Tag Team
-Rey and Billy Kidman take control early on as their fast pace action outwrestle Shelton. Nice double team from the Cruiserweight Duo followed up by an incredible double dropkick to Shelton. A double crossbody to both men of the WGTT take them out as The Filthy Animals are in total control. Rey goes for the 619 early on but Shelton catches him with a Superkick. WGTT work on Rey with classic double team work followed up by The Worlds Greatest Move for a near fall. Charlie keeps Rey grounded with his technical skills before applying a painful looking STF. Rey reaches the ropes and eventually rights back before tagging in Kidman who cleans house. Kidman gives Shelton a thunderous DDT then a DDT Suplex to Charlie before climbing the top rope. Kidman goes for the Shooting Star Press but Haas dodges the move. Rey comes in and gives Shelton the 619 followed up by the West Coast Pop but turns and meets a German Suplex from Charlie Haas. Kidman goes for a Tornado DDT but Haas reverses and clinches in a roll-up, holding the tights for the suprising win- Your winners & advances to the Tag Team Title Tournament: The Worlds Greatest Tag Team
WGTT celebrate on the ramp while Rey and Kidman look on with sadness and disappointment on their faces. Kidman questions Rey about him not being there before pushing him down and walking out to chorus of boos from the crowd.

**The commentators welcome back the people before hyping the big Main Event which will happen later on. They then talk about how personal the rivalry of Benoit and Rhyno is. Starting when Rhyno costed Benoit a shot at the WWE Championship followed up when Benoit costed Rhyno a shot at the United States Championship. Brawls almost every week and this week will finally hope to culminate the luxurious feud between the two**
WWE Cruiserweight Championship Match
Matt Hardy(c) vs Funaki
-Funaki puts up a fight early on, kicking despiratly on Matt Hardy to gain control. A quick inside cradle gets a close fall but Hardy steps up his game once he gives Funaki a Side-Effect followed up by a Twist of Fate for the quick win- Your winner & Still Cruiserweight Champion: Matt Hardy
Matt Hardy recieves the belt before celebrating his win. Matt Hardy finally gets on the mic, holding his belt before beginning to speak.
Matt Hardy:Week after week! I beat every opposing challenge that SMD! has to offer. From Rey Mysterio to Billy Kidman. There is no one that can beat me because I am the most dominant Cruiserweight Champion! This time, I will move over to Monday Night RAW and make an open challenge to anyone backstage. So to whoever wants this baby here, then you will have to beat me!
Matt Hardy smashes the mic down before leaving the ring in fashion.
**Backstage we see The Rock who says that he has faced countless of opponents and has defeated them all one by one. The Rock has faced the Giants to the small ones and still, The Rock walks out still WWE Champion. So to anyone who challenges him will have to stick up his underwear and prepare for the fight of his life because The Rock is going to whoop his candy ass! If Ya Smell! What the Rock is Cooking!**

**Backstage we see Los Guererros. Chavo says that Eddie should only focus on one thing and that is the Tag Team Championships. Nothing else. Forget about the United States Championship and focus on what is really important, The Tag Team Championships. Chavo tells Eddie to back-down the match and focus on only one thing. Eddie laughs before saying that he can handle anything and when Eddie wants something. Eddie gets, Viva La Raza!**
Number One Contender's Match - United States Championship
Eddie Guererro vs The Big Show
-The Big Show dominates Eddie Guererro early on, using his dominant power to wear the Latino Heat down. Chavo Guererro comes down to the apron and supports his uncle who is starting to get a beat down by the monster known as The Big Show. The Big Show however, makes a big mistake as he attemps a top rope Chokeslam but it is reversed into a Tornado DDT by Eddie for a 1 count. Eddie attempts a Frog Splash but it caught by The Big Show who goes for a Chokeslam but Chavo comes on the apron and distracts the ref while Eddie gives Show a poke to the eye followed up by a low-blow. Eddie takes down Show and climbs the top rope before connecting with the Frog Splash for the shocking win- Your winner & Number One Contender for the United States Championship: Eddie Guererro
Eddie Guererro quickly makes an exit of the ring and celebrates with his nephew Chavo. Los Guererros walk to the back as The Big Show quickly follows them with anger.
**We see Edge training backstage as the United States Championship is alongside with him**
**We see a big shadow figure walking down the aile with Paul Heyman. They both stop before Heyman announces that this big man is dangerous and the entire Roster of Smackdown should fear him. He will make his debut next week against anyone who is brave enough to even step toe to toe with the monster! The Next Big Thing!....**

**Video Package featuring the feud between Chris Benoit & Rhyno**
Grudge Match
Chris Benoit vs Rhyno
-While Chris Benoit is walking down the ramp, Rhyno comes from behind and assults him with a bat. Rhyno soon sends Benoit to the steel steps following up with a Spinebuster on the steps! Rhyno whips Benoit to the barricade before giving him a GORE! through the barricade and into the crowd!- No Contest
The crowd boo and jeer as Rhyno stands over the beaten and fallen Rabid Wolverine. Rhyno gets on him before screaming 'Who's tapping now Benoit'!
**Stephanie Mcmahon looks at her TV screen before nodding her head. Stephanie announces that next-week it will be a Special Battle Royal featuring the whole of Smackdown! The winner will later on face the WWE Champion, The Rock in the Main Event of the night for the WWE Championship!**

**'Medal' hits through the P.A. System as Kurt Angle comes down to the ring with a mic in hand. A huge chorus of 'You Suck' chants hit through the crowd along with the tune of the theme song before Kurt Angle comes into the ring with a mic and begins to speak. Kurt says that he has come out to issue anyone with 'Ruthless Aggression' backstage to come out into the ring and accept Kurt Angle's challenge. Kurt Angle says that this is a moment that OVW or anyother jobber promotions superstars can take as a ride and challenge Kurt Angle on their debut match. Kurt Angle waits until an awkward theme music hits through the speakers. A guy comes down to the ring and the commentators introduce him as John Cena. John Cena comes into the ring as Kurt Angle laughs his ass off. Kurt asks what does Cena have that Kurt needs? Cena answers with a simple 'Ruthless Aggression' before smacking Kurt with a mic, beginning the match**
Impromptu Match
Kurt Angle vs New Comer John Cena
-John Cena begins the match with straight hard punches to the face of Kurt Angle who seems to be having a hard time, taking control. John Cena quickly sends Kurt down with a Fisherman Hook Suplex and quickly covers for a 2 count. Cena takes all oppertunities and gives Kurt Angle a DDT as Kurt rolls to the outside, trying to gain his breath. John Cena dosen't waste time and follows him on the outside and sends Kurt Angle to the steel steps and smashes his head on it before bringing him in. John Cena climbs the turnbuckle and perfectly executes a flying crossbody for a near fall on Olympic Gold Medalist, Kurt Angle. The fans seem kinda suprised and is behind with Cena the whole time. Cena goes for a powerbomb but Kurt Angle reverses with a German Suplex! Kurt Angle gives another German Suplex before walking around John Cena with a cocky look on his face. Kurt Angle taunts the crowd and John Cena who plays possum and quickly rolls up Kurt Angle for a very near fall! John Cena thought he had won and questions the ref before Kurt Angle quickly comes from behind and locks in the Ankle Lock on John Cena! Kurt locks in the grapevine as John has no where to go! John screams in pure agony and uses every of his power to crawl and reach the ropes to break the hold. The commentators mark out and tell that no one has ever escaped the grapevine. Cena uses the ropes to pull himself up as Kurt comes charging but Cena gives him a powerslam and emotionally covers but Kurt throws a shoulder up at 2.9999!! John again questions the ref and goes for a powerbomb but Kurt Angle slips off and quickly rolls up John Cena, holding the tights for the win- Your winner: Kurt Angle
Kurt Angle gets on the turnbuckle celebrating as John Cena looks shocked and shakes his head. Kurt celebrates while John Cena approaches him and offers a hand shake which Kurt obviously declines and walks out of the ring. Cena shouts to Kurt that he was this close to winning. Kurt ignores him as we go to commercial break.

**We see both Champions walking on different slides to the ring as we see The RAW Rebound**
**The commentators hype their sponsors which include, Crunch and Butterfingers. The commentators the talk about how Edge won the United States Title from Test at a Smackdown after Backlash. We then talk about how The Rock won the WWE Championship from Wrestlemania 18 from Kurt Angle in a spectacular Main Event**
Champion vs Champion - Main Event
The Rock(c) vs Edge(c)
-Edge and The Rock chain wrestle early on, trying to outwit each other as Edge takes control with a Russian Leg Sweep. The Rock takes control by taking Edge to the outside for a huge pop before following him. Edge reverses and sends The Rock to the steel steps before bringing him in. Edge works on the spine of The Rock for a few moments, using some backbreakers and submission holds. Edge goes for a Spear but The Rock reverses and goes for The Rock Bottom but Edge counters with a DDT for a near fall. Edge applies a submission hold but The Rock fights back and mounts a comeback. The Rock goes for The Rock Bottom but it all ends up with both men giving each other a double clothesline. The Rock gains momentum with punches followed up by a Spinebuster before going for the People's Elbow which is dodged by Edge who gives The Rock a vicious Spear for a near fall! Edge picks up The Rock and goes for an Edgecator but The Rock reverses and gives Edge a thunderous Rock Bottom. Hulk Hogan comes on the stage and stares down The Rock who seems distracted. Edge takes advantage and gives The Rock the Edgecator for the 3 count and the win- Your winner: United States Champion Edge
Edge quickly steps out, celebrating while Hulk Hogan comes in the ring and picks up The Rock. Hulk Hogan passes him the WWE Championship, giving it a look before putting it on The Rock's shoulder. Hogan pats his back before leaving The Rock who gives him a wicked look. The show ends with Hulk Hogan and The Rock staring down on the ramp as the commentators close the night.

**Backstage we see Shawn Michales preparing for his match, training and punching a punchbag before the opening credits roll**
**Triple H comes down to the ring to open the show. A couple of 'You Suck' chants begin as Triple H adjusts his title before beginning to speak, saying that Venegeance, Shawn Michales will feel pain. People think that Shawn Michales will beat him for the World Title but there is one advantage: And that is Triple H is the World Champion. Which is why both men want each other so badly that Triple H wants Shawn Michaels in a Match he created. Triple H wants to beat Shawn Michales in his match creation, where his career was made and where he made his name and Triple H wants Shawn Michales to end his career the way he started it. Triple H wants Shawn Michales in a Ladder Match! Shawn Michales comes down to the ramp, looking seriously before saying that Triple H can act cocky and he can do all he wants but come Venegeance, Shawn Michales is damn sure climb the Ladder and he will retrive something that he has been craving for since 4 years ago. Venegeance, Triple H makes the biggest mistake of his life! Triple H chuckles before saying if Shawn Michales reaches Venegeance because tonight, he faces.....The Nature Boy, Ric Flair!**

**Backstage we see Kane and The Hurricane. Kane tells The Hurricane that he will step out for a moment. Kane comes out and meets a furious Jericho who pushes through the officials before pushing past Kane who picks him up and slams him to the wall. Jericho gives Kane a low-blow before beating him up and sending him through the railings. Jericho screams out that no one beats him! Jericho runs past through the other officials, looking for the GM as Kane sits up**

La Resistance vs The Dudley Boys

Triple H vs Stone Cold Steve Austin
-The match begins with both men brawling to the canvas as they take it to the barricades. Triple H whips Austin to the steel steps before bringing him in the ring. Triple h goes for an early Spinebuster but it is reversed into a clothesline by Austin. Back and forth action continue as Austin goes for the Stunner but Triple H reverses the move and gives Austin a Spinebuster. Triple H begins to work on the spine of Austin, using some backbreakers. Triple H applies a submission hold which Austin escapes from and mounts his comeback. Austin takes Triple H by the legs and quickly applies the Texas Sharpshooter. Triple H is about to tap but then Kevin Nash comes from behind and gives Austin a low-blow. The ref rings the bell for a DQ win- Your winner: Stone Cold Steve Austin
Kevin Nash and Triple H both stomp away on Austin but Shawn Michales runs down to the ring as the crowd erupts him cheers. HBK cleans house sending both men out and signals to Triple H that the title will be his.

Goldust fights back by saying that he is sick and tired of Booker T looking by his back and Goldust thinks he can take care of himself. Tonight, Goldust will prove himself and he will pin Evolution by himself**
**The commentators talk about Booker T and Goldust. They talk about how Booker T thinks he is the better of the two in many occasions before saying that Goldust has been having singles glory until Booker T cost him the European Championship versus Jericho not long ago**
WWE Tag Team Title Tournament - Qualifying Round
Batista & Randy Orton vs Booker T & Goldust
-Goldust shoves Booker T and begins the match. Goldust takes Orton to the turnbuckle and starts to pound away before giving Orton a powerslam for an early near fall. Orton turns and shifts the momentum with a dropkick before tagging in Batista who quickly takes down Goldust with a huge Spear. Batista and Orton begins to work on Goldust, using some cheap tactics until Goldust fights back and starts to kick Batista. Booker T blind tags himself in and starts to continue cleaning house. Booker T gives Randy Orton a Book End before calling for the Scissors Kick but Batista gives him a Spinebuster. Goldust comes in and takes Batista to the outside but ends up meeting the steel post. Orton stalks Booker T before giving him a picture perfect RKO for the win- Your winners & advances to the Tournament: Batista & Randy Orton
Evolution quickly celebrates and head to the back while Goldust comes in Booker T. Goldust picks him up and tries to attend to his fallen partner until Goldust gives Booker T a low-blow followed up by a Shattered Dreams. Goldust raises his arm as the fans boo and jeer. Goldust walks away, leaving Booker T down and out.

Intercontinental Championship Match - Hardcore Match
Jeff Hardy vs Rob Van Dam(c)
-RVD begins the match by bringing in a steel chair and smashing it across the skull of Jeff Hardy. RVD brings out a tall Ladder before bringing it in and smashing it across the skull of Jeff Hardy. RVD brings him to the outside and drags him until the stage where he smashes his face on the titantron. RVD takes Jeff Hardy backstage and goes to whip him to the glass but Jeff reverses and sends Jeff Hardy through the glass, shattering it in the process! Jeff Hardy covers but RVD kicks out. Jeff Hardy brings RVD to a bathroom and smashes his head on the sink before going through the crowd and sending him back to the ring. Jeff Hardy brings in a table and places RVD on it. Jeff Hardy sets-up the Ladder and climbs it before going for a Swanton from the top of the Ladder but RVD moves away as Jeff comes crashing down to the table! RVD climbs the turnbuckle and finishes it off with a Frog Splash for the win- Your winner & Still Intercontinental Champion: Rob Van Dam
RVD celebrates his win and raises his Intercontinental Championship up high. Chris Jericho comes from behind and smashes RVD with a steel chair before looking evily at the IC Title. Eric Bishoff is shown at the titantron before saying that before Jericho injures another superstar. It Venegeance, it will be RVD vs Chris Jericho for the Intercontinental Championship! Jericho nods in approval before placing the belt across the chest of RVD and saying that he will get it come Venegeance.

**Backstage we see Bill Goldberg walking past the officials who try to avoid him. He then bumps into Scott Steiner who steps up to him. Goldberg tries to shove him aside but Scott Steiner will not let him. Steiner says that Goldberg may think that he is tough but Big Poppa Pump will beat his ass in the ring, One..Two..Three. Bill Goldberg starts to speak by saying "Venegeance..Scott..YOU'RE NEXT!**
**Matt Hardy comes down to the ring, carrying the Cruiserweight Championship Belt before saying that he has faced countless of challenges week after week but he is here to make a challenge to anyone backstage for Venegeance. A long pause is heard before Lance Storm comes down to the ring. Storm steps up and says that he would love to take on the challenge because come Venegeance, Hardy will just be another victim! Hardy gives Lance Storm a cheap shot before giving him a Twist of Fate. Matt Hardy gets on the mic before saying "I'll see ya later Chump". Matt Hardy leaves the ring with the belt as we go to commercial break**

-Shawn Michales and Ric Flair begin the match by locking up before they start to chain wrestle to excite the crowd. Ric Flair smirks before giving HBK a low-blow to give him a DQ win- Your winner: "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michales
Ric Flair beats him up as Triple H comes down to the ring with the Belt in his shoulder. Ric Flair lifts up HBK as Triple H raises the World Heavyweight Championship Belt before smacking it across the face of Shawn Michales. Triple H then gives Shawn Michales a Pedigree while Ric Flair lets out WHOO's. The show ends with Triple H and Ric Flair standing tall over the fallen bloody and battered Shawn Michales.
