Monday Night Wars II
Back Story
Wrestle Mania was very successful it got a lot of media coverage, the ppb buys was one of the best of all time for wrestle mania and it was really entertaining. But there was one thing that was controversial about the night , Jeff Jarrett, Christian Cage. Kurt Angle and Samoa Joe of Total Nonstop Action fame along with head writer Vince Russo and Jim Cornette all made a brief but impactful appearance during the Edge v Undertaker match, A loud TNA chant was heard as the wrestler tried to jump the rail and destroy the show. The security stopped this and the wrestlers where escorted out of the arena not receiving any legal action. The next day the wrestling world was talking and also was TNA the made a brief announcement on there web sit saying that the night before was just the start and that from now on TNA would be given a live 2 hour show on Mondays to go up against Raw, this was the start of what would become the Monday Night Wars 2

After lockdown TNA made a huge announcement that involved ROH wrestling, The announcement Stated that from now one there will be an exchange of wrestlers and that ROH will now be part of TNA wrestling on Spike TV. This came when Jeff Jarrett bought shares in ROH wrestling. This announcement along with there new time slot and live show really shows TNA growing and something the WWE should be worried about.

Lockdown Results.
Kurt Angle retained he’s gold with help from CM Punk by making Joe tap out. CM Punjk hit Joe with a steel chair in he’s shocking debut.
Team Tomko beat Team Cage with Tomko pinning Cage to become number 1 contender.
Booker T and his wife beat Robert Roode and Payton Banks.
Alex Shelly and Chris Sabin won the triple team tag match to become new number 1 contenders for the tag titles.
The debuting Teddy Hart won the Xscape match to become New X division Champion.
Kip James beat BG James to retire BG.
