Actually, I don't want to be a prick, but Triple H was the former WWE Champion and not John Cena. Remember, Orton was handed the belt, lost to H, and then won it back from hin in the same night.

Triple H [sulking]: “I still think it should have been best of five.”

Triple H [eyeing Heyman]: “Great! Yeah, I really thought he did a good job last night.”
Heyman: “Ah, glad to hear it. I think it was one of the best moments of the night personally. I’ll make sure to pass on the good news to him.”
Vince: “Wait, what? You thought that Hunter?”
Triple H: “Hold it! What are you doing here anyways Heyman? Aren’t you meant to be only sitting in on ECW office meetings?”
Vince: “He has a point Paul…”
Heyman: “Well I really only came for one thing and that was this Umaga character. If I’m to run ECW…”
[Vince stares at Heyman.]
Heyman: “Shit! I mean If I’m to help with the running of ECW I want him.”
Vince: “Done, now get out of my office.”
[Heyman leaves with a rather smug look on his face.]
Triple H: “Whoa, who the hell is going to job for all of the RAW main eventers now? Man this week just gets worse!”
Vince [looking worried]: “Oh c’mon Hunter, don’t be mad at me!...Please don’t be mad at me? I’ve got an idea that you’re just going to love for tonight’s RAW.”
Triple H [still sulking]: “Yeah, well we can talk later cause I’ve got to go and polish my nose for tonight’s show.”
[Hunter storms out of the office.]
Vince: “Huh? The show isn’t for another 10 hours you know Hunter?”
Steph: “He’s getting worse and worse with that nose polish.”
Vince: “Alright, so any more thoughts on last night’s show before we get down to tonight’s RAW?”
Gerwitz: “Well there’s the obvious question…What was Hogan doing there?”
Vince: “Don’t worry, I’ve talked to him and we’ve both agreed that he needs to be utilised more.”
Gerwitz: “What? Vince, the man can’t even make it to the ring anymore, never mind wrestle.”
Vince: “But I’ve got a great idea for him to feud with Cena for the title.”
Gerwitz: “It’s not the 80’s anymore Vince! Stop bringing Hogan back for God sake!”
Steph: “I think he might be right Dad. It’s probably time we pushed some talent below 50.”
Vince: “Alright, alright. Well, we’ll need a new idea for tonight’s main event on RAW then. I’m thinking I should probably rape someone?”
[Gerwitz and Steph just stare at Vince]
Vince: “Hrmm, you guys are right, not shocking enough. How about I rape Steph?”
[Gerwitz and Steph continue to stare at Vince.]
Gerwitz: “Well, moving quickly on, I was thinking we should have Orton vs Triple H for the #1 Contender spot tonight but then throw some little surprise in at the end.”
Vince: “What have you got in mind Gerwitz?”
The three continue to finish booking tonight’s RAW!

The show starts by showing last night’s Wrestlemania highlights, culminating with the finish of the Triple Threat match when Cena becomes the new WWE Champion.
Segment 2
Pyros go off and JR and King welcome us to tonight’s post-Wrestlemania RAW. They tell us about tonight’s main event and also about the forthcoming Intercontinental Title match-up.
Segment 3
The Time Is Now hits out over the speakers and the new WWE Champion makes his way down to the ring to a pretty overwhelming amount of boos! There’s a few younger kids still cheering the Champ but that’s about it.
Cena: “Yo! Cut the music! Cut the music!
Cena’s music goes off.
All you people wanna boo me?
Well, go right ahead,
Cause the Doctor of Thuganomics is back!
And the Chain Gang is…Dead!
Cena drops the mic and poses with his belt.
The crowd look confused and unsure as to how they should react. Suddenly one little kid in the front row bursts into tears. This is then followed by the majority of the rest of the crowd bursting into cheers! Probably the loudest pop of the year!
JR: “Bah Gawd King! Did I just see that correctly? Cena has just turned his back on all his loyal fans!”
King: “Since when did Cena have loyal fans?”
Segment 4
Backstage, off-camera, Vince McMahon is sitting in his office, staring at the television screen.
Vince: “Somebody! Anybody! Get in here now!”
Steph comes rushing into the room.
Steph:“What’s happened Daddy?”
Vince: “Did you not just see what Cena did!?”
Steph: “Yeah! Brilliant idea, huh?”
Vince: “What!? You knew about this? No it’s not a brilliant idea! [Something suddenly clicks with Vince and he breaks down into tears] My merchandise sales! What am I going to do now? I might have to worry about what we actually book now!”
Steph: “Oh…Well, I eh…I tried to stop Shane booking that but he was just so insistent!”
Steph runs out of the room, leaving her father sobbing under his desk, whilst rocking back and forth.
King: “Here comes this dumbass Jeff Hardy, he made a mess of two Mania matches last night! Two!”
JR: “You aren’t allowed to say that on air you know King?”
King: “Oh shut up JR! You don’t even know who’s who anymore!”
Good match, both men of course botched a few manoeuvres but that is but to be expected of these two fine athletes. Jeff dominates the early proceedings but Carlito uses a few dirty heel tactics, including a low blow behind the referee’s back to early to take control of the match.
Carlito hits Jeff with the Back Cracker!
JR: “Gawd! Carlos with the Tombstone! This one’s over!”
King: “Point proven.”
Jeff kicks out! Carlito cannot believe it and is irate with the referee, claiming a slow count!
Jeff takes advantage of this opening and comes back into the match; he hits Carlito with Whisper in the Wind. With Carlito laid out he climbs back to the top rope but as he is about to hit the Swanton Bomb…
Mr Kennedy’s music hits and out he comes! Jeff looks at the ramp in confusion at Kennedy. Carlito has recovered by this stage and pulls Jeff down from the top rope and into a schoolboy. Carlito’s got a hold of Hardy’s jeans! Carlito wins, new Intercontinental Champion!
Kennedy laughs at Hardy from the top of the ramp.
King: “A little revenge for Kennedy for Hardy’s actions last night perhaps?”
Segment 6
Triple H is backstage with Todd Grisham.
Todd: “So Triple H, what are your thoughts on tonight’s match?”
Triple H: “You want to know my thoughts? I am The Game, I am The King of Kings, I am The Cerebal Assassin, and any other nickname which I may have used in the past which shows that I am…That Damn Good! And I’m going to show it tonight, starting now!”
Todd: “Eh, ok?”
Triple H: “And if you aren’t down with that, I got two words for ya…”
Triple H listens to the crowd…
Crowd: “…”
Triple H: “Yeah, that’s right!”
Triple H storms off, looking like he means business.
Segment 7
Tag Match: Londrick vs Cade and Murdoch
London and Kendrick use their speed to take their early advantage but Cade and Murdoch finally manage to use their strength to take control. They then begin to tag each other in and out at regular intervals.
Suddenly Triple H’s music hits and out comes The Game!

King: “No JR! It’s Triple H! Triple H is here! He promised he was going to show just how damn good he is tonight and he must be about to start now!”
Triple H comes down to the ring. London, Kendrick, Cade and Murdoch all look confused as to what Triple H wants with them. Triple H poses in the ring, for a while before telling the 4 competitors to “Suck It!”
Cade runs at Triple H firstly. Triple H kicks him in the stomach and PEDIGREE!
Murdoch runs at Triple H in an attempt to avenge Cade but he suffers the same fate…PEDIGREE!
King: “Yes JR! Triple H is on fire here! He is absolutely cleaning house right now!”
The referee finally calls for the bell and announces Cade and Murdoch the winners via disqualification.
This angers London firstly and he runs at Triple H. A right hand later and here it comes…PEDIGREE!
Kendrick then follows suit and he too receives a kick to the gut and its followed up with a, yes that’s right, PEDIGREE!
King: “What’s this? Oh no! Triple H look out! Here comes the rest of the RAW tag division for some bizarre reason!”
The Highlanders are the first to the ring!
JR: “Wait a second, isn’t one of those guys meant to be injured?”
King: “Yes but he’s here tonight for one night only to face off against Triple H! Unbelievable!”
Triple H nails Rory with the kick to the gut first and follows that up with a huge left hand to Robbie! He then stacks both men on top of each other. DOUBLE PEDIGREE to The Highlanders!
King: “I never get tired of seeing this finisher!”
Holly now runs at Triple H angrily. But what’s this? Kick to the gut…PEDIGREE!
Cody now runs at Triple H, right into his foot. Triple H puts him in place for it, looks around…PEDIGREE!!!
Triple H then gets up and taunts to the crowd who are going nuts!
JR: “This is what the people came to see!”
King: “Fantastic! Triple H has certainly shown here tonight that he will lie down for nobody!”
Segment 8
John Cena is backstage with Vince McMahon.
Vince [still crying]: “John! Why did you let them do that to you! We need to turn you back face as soon as possible! Maybe if we just don’t mention it again everyone’ll just forget?”
Cena: “Vince, I think this is for the best in the long run. It’s what I need to freshen my act up.”
Vince: “No John! More money is what you need! I’ll double your pay if you turn face again before the night is through!”
Cena: “No, I just can’t do tha…Wait! What? You’ll double my pay? Do you even know what you’re paying me?”
Vince: “Clearly not enough John!”
The screen cuts quickly to JR and King.
JR: “Something tells me, we weren’t meant to see that.”
King: “See what? I didn’t see nothing! Come on JR, play along!”
JR: “Everyone at home…SKITTLES! Taste the Rainbow!”
Segment 9
Beth Phoenix vs Ashley
Ashley comes to the ring to no reaction but of course she pretends that she’s really, really over! Anyways, Beth dominates the match from first to last and picks up the win after hitting that move she always hits to finish matches that we all know the name of.
After the match Big Daddy V makes his way down to the ring with Matt Striker telling him what to do. V runs at Beth and squashes her in the corner!
King: “Really? Viscera in the Women’s Division? And there was me thinking that was a light-hearted joke last night.”
JR: “Is Mabel finally the person to stop Beth on her run of dominance in the Women’s Division?”
Real American hits out over the speakers! The crowd gives the Hulkster absolutely no reaction as he comes out in his red and yellow!
Tazz: “What! This wasn’t who was scheduled at all!”
Styles: “Oh my God! What the hell is Hogan doing here tonight?”
Hogan makes his way into the ring, but trips over a rope as he enters the ring and falls over clutching his knee.
Tazz: “This cannot be the only match we’re getting to commentate on tonight. Not only are neither part of the ECW brand, one of the men can’t even stand.”
Chavo looks unsure as to what to do. Then in a moment of genius Chavo climbs up top and hits his Frogsplash on the injured Hogan to pick up the victory. The crowd give little to no reaction!
And that was your Wrestlemania XXIV Rebound
King: “Another magical Hogan moment, huh JR?”
JR: “That man always puts the business first, a true inspiration.”
Segment 11
Hogan: “I demand a million for everytime my name was just said!”
King: “What the? Where’d you come from?”
Hogan [looking hopeful]: “I heard my name and WWE in the same sentence and I thought guys you might need me?”
King: “No, just the Rebound I’m afraid.”
Hogan [looking dejected]: “Ohh…You know I’m in great shape again?”
King: “That’s great Hogan…Just great.”
Segment 12
Mr. Kennedy vs Chris Jericho
The match starts off with a lot of brawling from both men. Kennedy takes control and botches basically all of his moves. Kennedy attempts to hit the Green Bay Plunge only for Jericho to counter it into a schoolboy. Jericho gets a near fall and takes the momentum of the match.
Suddenly Jericho hits a bulldog and follows it up with the Lionsault! Jericho gets the victory!
After the match Jeff Hardy makes his way down to the ring carrying his trusty ladder by his side. Hardy drags Kennedy up onto the ramp where tables have magically appeared. Hardy sets his ladder up on top of the Titantron and jumps! Hardy has hits his Swanton from over 50 feet in the air!
JR: “Bah Gawd! Matt Hardy with the Frog Splash!”
King: “This feud just got a whole lot more personal!”
Segment 13
Jericho is now backstage with Todd Grisham.
Jericho: “Did everyone see that? Y2J Chris Jericho is back baby! The third coming is upon us!”
Todd: “Impressive Chris. Do you feel that performance warrants a place in tonight’s main event?”
Jericho: “Of course it does Grish! Soon enough the Ayatollah of Rock n Rolla will be back on top!”
Todd:“Since when were you ever on top?”
Jericho punches Todd in the face before locking in the Walls of Jericho!
Segment 14
Time for the SmackDown! Rebound!
Edge and Vickie Guerrero are having intercourse!
That was your SmackDown! Rebound!
Segment 15
#1 Contender Match for WWE Title: Randy Orton vs Triple H (Steel Cage)
King: “Orton must be shaking in his boots right now! We’ve already watched Triple H destroy eight men tonight! Yes, you heard me correctly, eight men!”
The steel cage is lowered and Triple H instantly pounces onto the attack! He takes Orton down and lays into him with hard rights and lefts. Trips continues to wear Orton down and then he begins to make use of the steel cage. He slams Orton’s head against the cage twice and grinds his forehead into the steel! Orton is cut wide open!
Triple H is setting up for the…PEDIG…Wait Orton counters! The tired, bleeding, Orton flips Triple H over onto his back!
Orton then locks Triple H into a sleeper hold in an attempt to wear Trips down. Trips breaks free but Orton suddenly strikes with the RKO! A tired Orton begins to crawl to the cage door.
CM Punk’s music hits out through the arena and out he comes, briefcase and all. He taunts to the crowd a bit who are cheering but a little confused. Then he slowly begins to make his way down to the ring.
Orton’s made it to the door but Triple H has grabbed his foot! Trips is not letting Orton exit the cage! Orton kicks Triple H’s head with his other foot and Triple H momentarily lets go of Orton. Orton is about to exit the cage when…Punk slams it against his head!
JR: “Bah Gawd King! Punk! It’s CM Punk!”
The referee has no option but to call for the bell. Orton wins by disqualification.
Punk climbs into the ring and picks Triple H up first and hits him the GTS! He follows this up by hitting Orton with the GTS also! With both men down and out, Punk calls for a microphone.
Punk: “There is no need for this Number One Contender’s match tonight! And there is definitely no need for there to be a winner to this match…”
JR: “What’s he talking about King? What can he possibly mean?”
King: “Maybe if you shut up, we’ll find out!”
Punk: “Why I hear you ask? Cause I, CM Punk will be cashing in my Money In The Bank contract at Backlash!”
[Crowd pop!]
Punk: “And I of course, will be walking out as the new WWE Champion, for I am drug-free, alcohol-free, and better than you John Cena!”
Punk’s music hits again and he celebrates with his briefcase in hand as RAW goes off air!

The following is the pre-ECW meeting between Vince McMahon, Paul Heyman and Triple H.
Vince: “I don’t want to hang around today folks, mainly cause this is the ECW meeting and nobody actually gives a crap.”
Triple H: “Haha, true that!”
Vince: “So anybody going to throw me an idea?”
Triple H: “I’m thinking Kelly Kelly should probably take up half the show dancing. Then throw a couple of “monsters” into two different matches and we’re all set. And that even leaves ten minutes to replay me destroying the tag division last night.”
Vince: “I’m liking it. Anybody object?”
Heyman: “You’re both joking right? This is my ECW damn it!”
Vince: “Your ECW?”
Heyman [now laughing]: “Oh right, your ECW, I keep forgetting that.”
Vince: “Better. So what ideas have you got Heyman?”
Heyman: “Well, Dusty and I have been speaking and we think it’s best to give Shelton his chance to shine now against RVD.”
Triple H [chuckling]:“That feud’ll be gold on the mic anyways.”
[RVD and Shelton angrily come storming into the room. Both men stare at Triple H but both lack the charisma to reply.]
Heyman: “Alright you two, there’s enough voices in here without two more.”
Triple H: “Hahaha! Ahh, good one Heyman!”
[RVD and Shelton silently leave the room.]
Vince: “Alright, so stick those two up against a pair of “monsters” and we’re all set, right?”
Heyman: “Well, I’m thinking we make Umaga a genuine threat again, you know make him look unstoppable again?”
Triple H: “Ah! Nice plan. Then we ship him back to RAW, and job him to me!”
Heyman:“Well, I eh…Haven’t thought that far in advance.”
Vince: “What about this Punk thing?”
Heyman: “Keep him on ECW!”
Triple H: “Keep him on ECW!”
Vince: “Why’s that?”
Heyman: “Him and RVD can bring ECW back to greatness.”
Triple H: “He’s not ready for the big leagues. Guy gets almost as small a reaction as RVD.”
Vince: “You know, he gets pops as loud as…well, yours?”
Triple H: “I don’t care! I don’t want him on RAW taking up my show time damn it!”
[The discussion continues]
