Jim Ross Welcome to the Hardrock Cafe in New York City, we are here for a specail evening, the place is jammed to the rafters and we are looking forward to ther launch of a new WWE, lets go over to Mr. McMahon

Mr. McMahonWelcome to the new WWE, after many weeks of though I have decided to relaunch the WWE, we will have two brands Raw and Smackdown. I have decided to let go of ECW, I brought back the company and tried to bring back the days of extreme, but it didnt work out. I have also decided to strip every champion of their championship belt, the new ggeneral manager''s will decide how the belts will find a new owner. Now to decide which wrestlers are on each brand we will do a draft right here tonight.
