At 4 pm today multi billion dollar McLeod & Son Enterprises announced they would be trying a new business venture in to the world of professional wrestling. “It’s always been a passion of mine” said CEO Shaun McLeod at the opening press conference “Now with a couple billion dollars in our pocket I would like to proudly announce the opening of Pro Wrestling X.” A company that will give young stars a spot to shin says David McLeod.
“Professional wrestling has always had a great sense of pride and traditions, with all due respect to its tradition…were going to try to do something different and give people truly a different choice.” Of course referring to its new shoot division where there are no pins and wrestlers win by KO and Submission. “It’s something I’ve always been interested in seeing, with MMA on the rise right now I think this is the perfect time to test the idea.” says Shaun McLeod “It’s a fairly simplistic division to, no closed fist strikes, no top rope moves and by doing that you break down people in to the foundation of wrestling where its not story telling, its just skill. I think it should be interesting to see how fans react.”
Of course PWX will also include standard wrestling with a women’s division to “By far this is the part of PWX that is going to be getting the most focus in my mind” Said David as he brought up Independent stand outs Jack Evans and Dazie Haze to the stage during the press conference. When asked about the chance of possible crossover matches between people in the shoot division and the pro division both Shaun and David replied “Never say never” Shaun McLeod expended on the comment for us.
“Well tons of professional wrestlers with training in other disciplines, take Samoa Joe for instance before getting in to wrestling trained in Judo briefly. Rob Van Dam is also a very skilled kick boxer. Having someone like them do a match or two in the shoot division isn’t out of the question, but for the most part the division will be separate rosters.”
At this time no date is set for PWX’s first show.

for those wondering the Shows will be on a monthly format and be around 3-4 matches per show.
prowrestling.com just annouced that the shoot divsion has been shut down by the OAC, however PWX will be expanding its roster shortly to make up for the loss.
PWX owner Shaun McLeod also released the first main event ever for PWX's debut show in March during an interview earlier today. "In wake of the loss of the Shoot Divsion, I'm happy to annouce that the first main event for PWX's first show will be a four way elimination match for the PWX Heavyweight title!" Just who are these four men? "Teddy Hart, Colt Cabana, American Dragon and Samoa Joe" what was looking like a bad break for Upstart PWX may have just turned around. "I honestly was heart broken about the shoot divsion being lost" said McLeod "I was almost ready to shut down but we got together and in my opinion made something that the fans should be interested in seeing unfold."
One person who was not happy about this move was Steve Corino. "Wheres my name being tossed around in the mix huh? All four of those guys havn't done anything in the wrestling world to deserve a shot Yet I, Steve Corino get ignored in press releases, hype videos...Hell I had to wait on hold for 30 mintues before I even got to to talk to you ass holes for this interview!...its an outrage"

The Shoot Idea was pretty much dead after I started writing it and noticed that it added nothing to the show, PWX is pretty much dead now, I lost the show when my computer got fixed which was 3/4th done, now I just lack the motivation to rewrite it
