BACKSTORY:
It all started in the end of September no one had expected it to happen but thier was no denying the truth. Total Nonstop Action had received a new champion in A.J Styles not too long ago. Though no one had truly known the reason behind why A.J Styles won the championship. Dixie Carter was running out of money and nothing she did was gaining it, so for months they had been planning this, to reward the title to the person who has wanted it the most in his career, to give the title to A.J Styles who had bled, sweat and teared for Total Nonstop Action and Dixie decided that two things could happen if AJ won the title. Either they'd gain enormous money for having A.J win and gain a lot of Ratings or TNA would have to fold and have A.J as the last champion. Unfortunately the latter happened, Vince McMahon too eager to see that he was in the same predicament bought Total Nonstop Action to add more libraries to his already large one. It is not known rather Dixie Carter had known this or not but she decided that she was going to sell the company for the better of TNA. Vince had lied that he would continue the show and instead had just kept the company to simply show it off as a trophy. That proved to be a bad choice!
After Hell In A Cell Vince had ended the show with him standing on top of the Hell In A Cell cage over a Total Nonstop Action Banner and the titles of the promotion showing that he was a true conqueror but it simply showed the last time he would go over a company. Hell In A Cell had even worst ratings then the previous one, nothing had happened that was any knew, the Hell In A Cell matches eventually got boring and nothing new happened while many expected a remake of the Mick Foley fall from back in the Nineties though Vince had been to scared to ruin the Parents Guide gimmick. It cost him dearly and Vince had lost much money for the cost of the cages and the arena. Just a day later on Raw, Vince had revealed that their would no longer be any ECW, Smackdown or any show they were currently airing and left the ring in a sad look. At the end of the show he revealed that this had also been the last ever show of Monday Night Raw and that World Wrestling Entertainment was finally closing it's doors on the world. Proffesional Wrestling was truly going into a dark era their only hope being Ring Of Honor.
Up to the end of October, Ring of Honor were not showing any thing impressive with the dissapearance of Nigel and Bryan and unfortuantely all the other wrestlers had felt they were above the promotion and it suddenly seemed like they would stay a Cult promotion for all these years. Meanwhile Vince had never sold his library and still kept it though eventually life caught up to him and he realized he needed money bad. Though he would not sell what he had created, Raw, Smackdown nor Superstars or any of his own personal creations would be sold. Instead he would sell two out of his three trophies, WCW and ECW. No one had expected it but Eric Bischoff had been the first one to make his move. Though Eric wasn't as rich as he use to be, he needed somebody else to help him run his promotion and so he turned to two wrestlers that had truly made World Championship Wrestling the phenomenon that it had been till 2001. He turned to Sting and Booker T. Booker sold his Wrestling Academy in order to gain more money and Stin with all the money he had garnered over his days had enough. Both Sting and Booker T agreed to aid Bischoff in his quest to revive not only WCW but Pro Wrestling. Vince galdly sold the company though this was simply because they weren't going in competition with him and he did not want to see Pro Wrestling die. Heyman realized what Bischoff had been planning and was not going to let him get off that easy. Heyman quickly turned too those two who had made ECW what it was today, the ECW faithful who had stayed with ECW even under the control of Vince, Tommy Dreamer and the man who had always demonstrated ECW faith, Rob Van Dam. Both them agreed hands down and Vince happy to see that Bischoff was not truly going to end up winning sold the company to Heyman and the others. Once Bischoff heard of this he jumped on a contract with TNT every Monday Nights on Prime Time and keeping the usual Nitro. Heyman had a trick or two up his sleeves and revealed that ECW still had a contract with Sci Fi on Tuesday Nights and despite not having the Sci Fi part in their show title they were still keeping the ECW one. Wrestling was finally coming back to order.
While this was happening Shane McMahon and Stephanie McMahon-Levesque saw dissapear what the McMahon family had worked for all these years. They would not let this happened they would regain control of the Pro Wrestling World. Immediately Stephanie did not want her husband to go to WCW or anything of the sort and so she decided to get Paul(Triple H) in on what they had been planning. They both realized that WWE began going downhill once Cena had arrived and did not want this to reoccur they also realized that if they were to reagain the name WWF then the fans would not think of this as the same old PG material, they would think of this as the Attitude Era returning. So they went to court to fight against World Wildlife Funds. Eventually they managed to convince that the World Wildlife Donations would be more practical and successfully they regained the name WWF while the others took WWD. Again they saw that WWF was more Raw Is War and if they wanted to take on WCW then they had to go one on one against them, this time it would not be Bischoff engaging the war, it would be the McMahon's. They convinced their father to let them have the contract on the US Network still in play and have the name of Monday Night Raw which Vince relunctintly accepted. War Finally Broke Again In the Pro Wrestling World, Were We Going Into A Cycle?
All tese promotions were returning to what they had once been while guys like A.J Styles and Kurt Angle who had worked approximately seven years to build Total Nonstop Action and suddenly it all went to dust. Angle realized that he had better things then stalking woman and Styles realized that he was not going to truly let die what he help built. A.J and Kurt turned to Mick Foley the man who was possibly truly going to be able to convince Vince to get the WWF named. Foley decided that he had not left WWE for no reason and that he wanted TNA back as muich as the next guy and he was damn sure as hell going to get it back. Angle and Styles had been right and Vince sold the TNA library back to the trio and along with it the several gimmicks Mick had created along the years such as Mankind. TNA had no problem recuperating as they had already their Thursday Night Impact show on Spike TV. Though Foley, Styles and Angle decided that if they wanted to compete with the others that they needed new wrestlers for a change and maybe less gimmicks. Was this the same thing as back in 2001 or was this truly a different era, a completely new era.
Jeff Jarrett had truly been enraged with the fact that Styles, Angle and Foley had ignored the fact that Jarrett wanted the promotion back as bad as he wanted it. Jarrett knew that their had to be some way or another he could get back in the running some way or another that he could teach that Trio not to mess with Jarrett. Jarrett then saw that right in front of his eyes the opportunity was coming, through November, NWA independant promotions were going under one by one and eventually NWA was forced to fold. Though no worries Jarrett to the rescue alongside... RIC? Flair had apparently secretly bought the promotion too and now both him and Jarrett were promotion owners. For some reason this had been the only promotion not bought from Vince thus far but still it made no difference and NWA were going to get their revenge. But Vince still contributed in the promotion. Falir went alone to confront Vince and ask if he could sell his contract with MyNetworkTV and if this had been anyone else he would have denied but since this was Ric he accepted in giving MyNetworkTV to Flair and Jarrett though the name of the show is not known yet it is sure to be a tremendous one. Wrestling was truly being molded... at the hands of Vince?
Bret had been rumored to be joining WWE before they had folded but since that happened Bret was left out of it and he had actually truly intended to rejoin the company at Survivor Series. Then again thheir was WCW who was revived but Eric did not come to him for help and he did not ask Bret to come give his all for the promotion he had been screwed for. In the beginning of December Bret received a call from SHAWN MICHAELS. Shawn explained first off that the past was the past, but what happened in the past was for one cost, Pro Wrestling, now Shawn felt screwed by not being involved in the revival of World Wrestling Federation. Which is why he wanted to get in the mix too which is why he wanted the help of the man he screwed. Shawn before letting Bret deny him declared that if Bret were to ever screw him in a match or if he wanted to defeat Shawn for a title at Montreal he could do it and Shawn would not hold it against him. Bret thought about it and eventually accepted it. Bret and Shawn were the only ones that truly did not want to get involve with Vince and did not. Instead they convince WGN America to cancel their deal with WWE Superstars and instead give them a contract with WGN America accepted. Now what was left was the promotion and again they did not go to Vince they went to ROH, they put ROH out of its miseries and bought it. Now what do the two Rivals plan to do with the company, what do the two rivals want to do with Ring of Honor.
Now all of this was going and all these promotions were getting back in the running at Cult level, ROH feuding with TNA and WWF feuding with WCW. ECW and NWA were the only ones without a rival. Vince finally decided wrestling wasn't wrestling without Vincent Kennedy McMahon. Though he himself did not have enough money but he decided to call one man he trusted the most in the world of pro wrestling. Mark Callaway, The Undertaker. Mark in fact had nothing going for him either, sure he had been offered a spot in all of these promotion but he didn't want in without Vince. Both man decided to revive WWE but not without the complete set of Brothers of Destruction and so they also got Glen Jacobs involved, Kane. Though all they were left with was the WWE library and Friday Night Smackdown, no Superstars, no RAW, no ECW he had all sold it. Vince succesfully managed to convince US Network a spot on Friday Nights Prime Time to bring back Smackdown. This meant that WWE were now going head on with NWA. ECW being the only one left without a rival, what was going to happen in this new age of wrestling. Now all that needed to be settled were all the stars and where they were going too. The newest bookers of these promotions will be looking to top it off in the wrestling world.

OOC MESSAGE:
Do not post just yet, I am simply going to update this till the whole draft on "Anyone Interested Is Complete" also this is the backstory I came up with, you can go in detail on your backstory on what occured. Also you guys can make alliances between each other and I would suggest that for those who are going in competition if you guys don't want each other taking shots at each other lol. Anyways hopefully this is a success. I think we're going to post the roster stuffs in order of who draft 1st so JTD being first once the draft is over. PM me for anything you want edited or mentioned in this large backstory. The championships put on the other page were just start ups if you want to change them or switch them with other promotions(agreement between both) then be my guest, add some if you want take some off if you do. JTD and Veritas will have to discuss who keeps what pay-per-view but still I suggest you guys do something like WWF's Wrestlemania and WWE's Wrestlemania.
