This is a discussion on Ring of Honor: Saving the Honor within the Be The Booker forums, part of the Wrestling Forums category; I like the idea of a post-Dragon/Nigel BTB, so I'll try to keep giving this a look. Good luck....

The first tag match that will take place will be a fast paced, and a exhilarating contest! It will be the Young Bucks against The Osirian Portal! The Portal will do whatever it takes to get a permanent spot in Ring of Honor, like their opponents - The Young Bucks! The Bucks recently got a win over the Briscoes and have been on a roll. Can the Portal halt it?
The Second Tag match will feature The Briscoe Brothers up against The Super Smash Brothers! Originally, it was going to be Jay Briscoe vs Player Dos but but all four competitors want action!

The night before KENTA receives a shot against Austin Aries for the Ring of Honor world title he will team up with Kevin Steen and El Generico against Claudio Castagnoli, "That Young Knockout Kid" Chris Hero, and Kenny King!
Everyone has something to prove in this match. This will be the first time ever that KENTA has ever tagged with Steen and Generico. Claudio and Hero have a past together, but have moved on. Will that change on November 6th? Kenny King will be representing Austin Aries to "test the waters"

Sept 30th: Chris Hero has been more confident than ever since his win over Eddie Kingston in New York. Both Hero and Kingston put on a fantastic bout, with the pure intention of destroying each other. Next week we will venture into Indiana, as Hero will have the task of introducing himself once more to Kenny Omega. Hero and Omega have fought each other on HDNet, and Omega needs to regain momentum after his lost to Claudio. Hero, still confident said this about Omega: So the powers that be have booked me in a match against Kenny Omega. Kenny Omega, the young hot shot out of Canada, making waves in Ring Of Honor. You know what Kenny? I'd be lying if I said that you're not good, kid. You've got talent..but it's negated by your jumping around like some cartoon character. I eat, breath, and sleep this business. I study, I train every single day, and then someone like you comes along, thinking your out of a video game, disrespecting MY sport? People say you're the next big thing on the independent scene, but you see Kenny..it's not going to go that way. You're disrespecting my sport, my passion, and in Indianapolis, I'm going to knock some sense into you, when that young knockout kid knocks..you..OUT."
Sept 30th: October 10th has been finalized! The Briscoes want to avenge their lost to The Young Bucks, and they will. Their opponents are looking for anyway to get a permanent spot on the roster - both Sami Callihan and Rasche Brown will have their chance to impress!
Sept 30th: Davey Richards has hinted who Eddie Edward's replace might be. He told us that this man was a "former Ring of Honor champion". But whom exactly does he mean?

1. Claudio Castagnoli defeats Silas Young, Ace Steel, and Rasche Brown - Fun opener. Claudio pinned Young with 'Swiss Death'. Claudio stated after the match that he's VERY European.
2. Petey Williams defeated Kenny King with a Canadian Destroyer. Both men looked good. King is going to be huge in the future hopefully. Good pop for Petey.
3. Briscoes defeat House of Truth. Your usual from the Briscoes who I'm getting tired of. House of Truth defiantly deserves more bookings. Looked very impressive.
4. Mschif defeated Nicole Matthews. What'd you expect from SHIMMER.
- Intermission. Decent sized crowd. Williams/King is the MOTN of so far. -
5. Kevin Steen vs Roderick Strong goes to a 15 minute draw. Excellent match! Much better than their PPV match they had quite awhile ago.
- Arena goes dark. Green and Orange lights flicker. No clue what the fuck this is. Lights turn on and both Steen and Strong are knocked down. Lights go back out. A moment later they return on. Steen and Strong are gone. Interesting? -
6. Kenny Omega and Colt "Boom Boom Cabana" defeat Austin Aries and Titus. Aries continues to be fantastic as champion and heel. Colt and Titus did their usual. There was a great pop for both Omega and Cabana. Omega pinned Aries further building up their feud.
7. Chris Hero defeats Tyler Black with a rolling elbow. It's a tie between this and Strong/Steen as your match of the night. Hero is absolutely on fire, and Black's hunt for the title seems to be put on a hault. He just doesn't have that "it" factor as much anymore. The finish was fantastic as Black went for a superkick - Hero reversed and nailed him with a rolling elbow. After the match, Black looked very disappointed. Hero saw this and mocked him.
8. Before I give you the result, Davey Richards is the fucking man. The Bucks come out to a HUGE ovation. Richards come out, kicking some of the crew around the ring. He gets in the ring, and asked the crowd if they wanted to meet Eddie's replacement. He draws time out. Eventually, NIGEL'S MUSIC Hits! and Davey says one of the best things ever - "I guess he didn't last long". Unfortunately, Nigel never came out. Davey has no partner. Davey beat Nick Jackson with the Kimura choke. Some great nearfalls in this one. Some great moments of Davey going to tag - but no one was there, which got him hot headed. The Bucks got some nice offense in, and the crowd was fully behind them. Davey assaulted Matt on the side near the end - forgetting about Nick. Nick went for a 450 but Davey got up, and nailed him with a vicious kick to the gut. He did so again and locked in the Kimura. Bucks looked strong, and Davey didn't look Superhuman. Bucks got a nice ovation afterwards, and Davey cut a promo about tomorrow night hyping his match against Aries.
