Backstory:
Now I could write a boring Eric Bischoff doesn't like pro wrestling today. But I Won't. Now here it is.
The Wrestling buisness is again under a monopoly, The WWE has control of TNA after buying it out and ROH going out of buisness following the WWE taking their best stars from them.
However, there is one man who wants to destroy all that Vince McMahon has worked for, who wants to destroy Vince at his own game. And That man is Donald Trump.
Donald works out an inside deal with Shane McMahon to the rights to the WCW name, video library and Titles. Donald thanked Shane and offered him a slot as a part of management with the reincarnation. Shane Repectfully declined, but he wished Trump Luck.
With this Donald started the long journey to signing talent and finding Management for himself. With no help, this will be a long journey to the top.

United States Cruiserweight Tag Team and Television
Also, along with Cage, Trump has signed both Montel Vontavoius Porter and Frankie "Kaz" Kazarian.
Lemme' just ask you this, is Scott Steiner your favorite wrestler? Anyways I'm going to go with Scott winning for some reason I have a feeling you want him to have another run with it. Aries is not known internationally so he shouldn't really be main eventing your first show over guys like MVP or Abyss who have way more credit then him think about it. If the only promotion I knew was WWE or TNA. Then I go switch to the comeback WCW. I see some random guy that needs a better hair cut in the main event I'll be like what is this, and this is suppose to be competing with WWE? Anyways just take that in cause I didn't even know Austin till just before this summer. Anyways other then that nice titles and nice everything good luck and I'll be following! By the way I prefer Christian then Steiner but I just have a feeling you'll go with him
To Answer JTD's question, I'm finishing up reading an old BTB where Steiner was used differently. And I feel that he is a better Wrestler than most think. I intend to have a little push at first but then he will be used for pushing the younger guys to the top of the Roster. However I feel that your comments about Austin are a little strange as he is a Wrestler who could be elevated to the next level if he we're to gain national exposure. Personally I really don't enjoy using a lot of the WWE guys so that's why it seems like it's just a smaller version of TNA. Thanks again for the comments.

Austin is a good wrestler I can't deny that but the thing is you need to build him up not put him in a main event straight off the bat, it'd be like shoving him down or throat like WWE did with HHH it's like your forcing us to know who he is, build him up have him have a run with the Television title at least once so we know him better or have him have a nice lengthy feud with MVP or Abyss to establish him but dont go putting him straight in a title match!

That is a very good point, however I have something planned for Austin that should launch him into a main event role. I might demote him to Upper Midcard just for now but I do have plans for him.
