The claps echoed heavily even echoing into the locker room. It had not been something Chris was expecting coming out of the locker room. The usual was what he had been expecting, a slap on the backfrom Waldo and a "See You Tomorow" from the other guys in the gym. Chris had just finished a match with the best in his academy known as James El Curtis. He had managed to defeat him for the first time and they had even decided upon it being a Two out of three falls. It had occured like a match in WWE sort of. Both of them were suppose to sell one fall to each other and based on that the referee, Waldo Von Erich also head of the academy would decide who would finish the match and surprisingly he had chosen Chris to come up with the victory. The plan was that the winner of the match could use the tape for the match as a resume type of thing. Chris had pumped that he had won the match and was discussing it with James as they slowly walked out of the locker room discussing the match up though Chris was taken by even more surprises when the claps had begun and was stopped in mid sppech. He had not been paying attention with what was in front of him but he was paying attention to what was beside him and the moment he turned around he was caught with the members from the academy all clapping and Waldo proudly leading the sudden celebration. James even went on to give him a pat on the back and joined the gang in clapping for Chris. Chris looked around still taken aback and then came back to his senses and immediately questioned the act.

Well me, James and some of the rest higher ups had decided that we would have that match as a graduate match, we had not told you because we wanted to know if you would wrestle your best even if their wasn't a huge prize to be won. I can confirm that you made me proud son'. We've decided that it's time you pursue your career, we've even gotten you an open contract for BSE Pro, tours in Ontario. Though of course you must find ya' own place but lets not look at the negative parts of this. Indeed you can join other promotions at the same time but this is just a start up! JAMES, we would also like to add that you will be graduating too. You out grown this academy for long time ago which is why we've gotten you a open contract on BSE Pro too. Life can be pretty rough in the world of Pro Wrestling so I hope you guys look after each other down their.
He handed over both papers to both men and James happened to have an even more shocked face as he looked at Chris and they both exchanged a confused look.

Still shocked both men were pushed outside of the academy as Waldo continued his Jim esque laugh and both men just continued walking down the street without really knowing where they were going. For a minute or two their was some permanent silence till Chris broke it.

Honestly, the only canadian promotion I am familiar with is Extreme Canadian Championship Wrestling. Though we have to start somewhere right, I guess a local canadian promotion is something.

Well from this paper I guess we're schedueld to wrestle on the 29th of September, in a the Charles Fournier Auditorium, heh, it's an all-french event, lucky you'll have me their.
