off: This is set after Slamiversary 2009
Backstory:
Mick Foley after losing his TNA World Title belt contriversialy at Slammiversary leaves the company and decides to start his own company and get some indy wrestlers to start with. He searches around and only gets a few to start with however, the ones he does sign are mostly well known also he hires some talent scouts to help with the hiring of some superstars. Finally he announced that the first show would be on Wednesday July 1st however the arena has not been disclosed.
