Paul Heyman was out first to welcome the fans to the show. As he made his way to the ring, he was patted on the back by the fans surrounding the ring, and when he entered and received a microphone from ring announcer Vinnie Santiago, the fans were beating the apron with their hands and chanting ECW. Grinning slightly, Heyman quieted them down and told them not to chant ECW, but to chant HWS! These chants were a bit quieter, but they pleased Paul nonetheless. After they died down, Heyman ranted on for a good ten minutes. He got the fans in the palm of his hands right from the get go when he told them what they had in store for tonight and what his vision for the Heyman Wrestling Society was. “You people all came here tonight because my name was on the damn poster. But from this night forward, you will pack the arenas HWS goes to because of the boys and girls in that locker room. My name is just an endorsement---a seal of approval. Well I guarantee each and every one you that each and every week you will see the finest professional wrestling week in and week out!”
He continued for a few more moments and by the end of his speech, any of the doubters were no longer doubting and were instead joining in with the HWS chants. The music of the Notorious 187 Homicide hit and the crowd separated as Homicide entered the ring and got the crowd even more fired up with his mannerisms and catch phrases. He told Paul that it was an honor to serve under him and compete for his company. He said that he always felt like he had become a pro wrestler a decade too late, and that if he was in his prime during the ECW days, he would be alongside ECW legends such as the Sandman, Tommy Dreamer, and countless others. “But *bleep* that, holmes! Blaaaat! This is HWS and we're gonna be even better than ECW! And yo, Paul E, I wanna be the face of the Heyman Wrestling Society!”
And at that moment, he was interrupted by Randy Orton who came out to a very mixed response. VERY mixed response. His arrival was very controversial and when he entered the ring, the crowd went on for a good two minutes of cheering or booing him, then shouting chants like “You *bleep*ed Stephanie!” or “Welcome back!” or “TRIPLE H! TRIPLE H!” Orton then thanked them for finally shutting up before moving onto business. He gave a muffled thank you to Paul Heyman for giving him the opportunity to wrestle for his company, before getting right in Homicide's face. "Listen up, Notorious... I am going to be the face of the Heyman Wrestling Society, not you." Nothing more needed to be said as the grip around the microphones in Randy Orton and Homicide's hands became increasingly tighter and they came face-to-face. The two had a staredown before Paul got in the middle of the two and told them that there were several guys just like them back in the locker room that want to be the face of HWS, too. “But it doesn't matter how many face lifts HWS undergoes, because the heart and soul of this company will always be these fans and that only they can truly decide the fate of HWS!” He then says what these fans truly want is a wrestling match, so he asks Randy and Homicide to leave as a referee slides in. Paul has to stand in between Randy and Homicide as they stare daggers through one another all the way to the back through the crowd.
Out first was Wraith to a warm response. While his identity and background are a mystery, his mission is perfectly clear: Fame and glory. Johnny Evans, the next competitor to make his entrance, has the same intentions after being inspired by wrestlers like William Regal and Nigel McGuinness. He wants to inspire a whole new generation of British kids to become wrestlers when his time is done. And then Seamus Sinclair, an Irish ogre who despises stereotypes while living up to every single one of those stereotypes he's classified as. Seamus briefly shared beers and hugs with the fans before getting in the ring and getting focused on his opponents.

Triple Threat - First Match In HWS
Johnny Evans vs Wraith vs Seamus Sinclair
This was the perfect match to get the crowd settled in and excited, and gave them a quick taste of what was still to come for HWS. Seamus' size & strength served him well until Johnny Evans chopped him down to size with the help of Wraith. Evans utilized kicks and nearly became the company's first victor when he locked in the Kimura on Wraith, only to get yanked up by Seamus Sinclair for a Deadlift Powerbomb. Evans was taken out of the equation as Seamus went to work on the much smaller Wraith, but Wraith was able to utilize his quickness against an exhausted Seamus Sinclair, which proved to be the deciding factor in the match. Avoiding a charging Sinclair, Wraith skimmed the top rope like cat before nearly caving in Sinclair's skull with a kick for the Blazing Arrow. To put a stamp on the company's first match, Wraith pulled out the jaw-dropping, eye-opening Shura Bomb for the pinfall victory. Winner: Wraith
====================================
After the match, the three exchanged reluctant handshakes, with Seamus Sinclair making the first offering. Wraith was most reluctant, scared that Seamus might attack him, but he risked it. Seamus did not attack him however, nor did he attack Johnny Evans who was also reluctant in shaking hands. Together they held up their arms as the crowd chanted HWS and they headed to the back.
Backstage, we found ourselves in the office of HWS owner Paul Heyman. Paul's definition of an office was a corner in the dingy locker room, a wall for a writing surface, and a pen & a pad of paper. Paul was talking with a stunningly gorgeous woman, who introduced herself as Arissa Anderson. "And no, that's not just a moniker. I am a direct relative of the Anderson wrestling family." She demanded to know why there wasn't a women's match, and Paul sputtered, trying to say that there were more important things, which was the wrong answer. Offended, she said that she was trying to bring women's wrestling to the forefront, but how could she when she couldn't even get a match? Paul apologized and said that tomorrow in Reading she could wrestle Claire Campbell. Even though she was still fuming, her lip curled in satisfaction and she walked away, nodding thanks to her boss. However, now it was someone else's turn to bitch and whine and this time it was Lucio Silva Jr's.
Lucio was the prototype wrestler. Big and strong with good looks, and as far as Paul Heyman could tell after seeing him wrestle, a guy that could more than back it up in the ring. With two babes hanging off of each shoulder, Lucio demanded to know why he wasn't in the main event Fatal Four Way, or better yet, why he wasn't even booked on the entire show at all. "Do you know who I am, Mr. Heyman? I am Lucio Silva Jr., damn it! I'm the guy that turned down a deal with Real Madrid just so I could become a pro wrestler! I knocked out Lyoto Machida! I'm the reason Anderson Varejao cries in his sleep! I'm already more famous than my old man ever was, and he was captain on the national squad! You can't walk two feet in Rio de Janeiro and not find someone who doesn't know who Lucio Silva Jr. is! What's the deal?!"
Paul explained that there were so many wrestlers wanting an opportunity that he simply overlooked him. Once again, this was the wrong response as Lucio was offended. Before Lucio could lay into him, Paul cut him off and told him that just because he wasn't on the card, it didn't mean he couldn't do other things to impress his boss. "You don't always have to win a match to make an impact on a wrestling show, you know? I'm sure even a Brazilian like yourself would be familiar with the name Stone Cold Steve Austin, yes? I could probably count the number of matches Steve Austin had in ECW on one hand, yet he is one of the most memorable names in ECW history! So do you see what I'm getting at, Lucio?" Lucio paused for a moment, then cracked a devious smile before strutting away.
Paul sighed and wondered if coming out of retirement was a good idea after all.
The crowd booed as the next participant made his way to the ring: Chiba Yokosuka along with Delirious. The fans were familiar with the former Dragon Gate wrestler, who appeared at a DGUSA show in Philadelphia where he actually spat on a baby. Delirious had become Chiba's lackey after he lost to Chiba at a Dragon Gate Infinity, where if he lost he would have to become Chiba's slave in more or less words. Despite his status of slave, the fans still loved Delirious which only annoyed Chiba and forced him to dish out some abuse on Delirious for being popular. When Takeshi Morishima made his entrance however, Chiba instantly stopped the beatdown on Delirious and referring to him as Kermit, demanded that he protect his master.

Chiba Yokosuka vs Takeshi Morishima
Despite the help from Delirious, Takeshi Morishima was able to dominate. In 2009 and 2010, Takeshi's weight started to hurt him, instead of hurting others like before. But here on the first show in HWS history, Morishima looked lean and mean as he tossed Chiba all around the ring before finishing him off with the Back Drop Driver. Fans separated like the Red Sea as Morishima stormed to the back. In the ring, Chiba slapped around Delirious, blaming him for the loss before kicking him out of the ring, earning him boos from the crowd. Winner: Takeshi Morishima
====================================
The crowd nearly exploded when the music of Samoa Joe hit the sound systems and out came the baddest mother *bleep*er in the world, the Samoan Submission Machine Samoa Joe. There was no penis tattoo on his face in sight nor machete in hand, so the fans welcomed him with open arms. Joe had a smile stretched across his face as he got in the ring. Like Morishima, Joe's weight became a more of a nuisance than an advantage he could utilize in the ring, but he looked lean. But all in all, I think the fans were just happy to see Joe back to his normal self. Joe riled up the fans with a promo, praising HWS and thanking Paul Heyman for the opportunity not to only help create a new movement in pro wrestling, but also to restore his career. "I'm here to kick ass and chew bubble gum!" Joe then spat out his bubblegum and slapped it aside. "I am officially out of bubblegum! So to anyone in the back: Get your ass out here so Samoa Joe can kill you!"
It was Lucio Silva Jr. who came out, but he did not go to the ring. Instead, he remained on the stage as Joe paced back and forth in the ring. Silva threw every insult in the book at Joe, but he really got under Joe's skin when he just told the truth, or at least the truth that he believed. "Joe, you're pathetic. This is not 2005 anymore. You're merely a shadow of your former self and you don't do anything but hold guys like me back. And when you hold a guy like Lucio Silva Jr. back, you're holding an entire company back, Joe. So do us all a favor and get the *bleep* out of MY ring!" The crowd gaped at Lucio as the girls at his side hastily retreated to the back. Probably the wisest thing they've ever done in their lives. In the ring, Joe was actually laughing in disbelief, but he told Lucio that if he wanted Samoa Joe to get out of 'his' ring, then he'd have to make him. Lucio took a few steps forward as the crowd egged him on, wanting to see Joe massacre this Brazilian punk, but instead Lucio smirked and left, telling Joe he's not even worth it.
The crowd cheered as Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin made their entrance to the signature 311 Beautiful Disaster theme. However, the crowd was surprised as the match got set to begin before their opponents could get to the ring. It took the crowd a moment to realize that they were not going to be partners, but instead opponents. However, this was by no means disheartening to the crowd, as the crowd got excited for some Machine Gun on Machine Gun action.

Alex Shelley vs Chris Sabin
The two best friends and former Murder City Machine Gun tag team partners wrestled to a great match that had an awesome pace for a full fifteen minutes. The finish saw Alex Shelley kick out of a Cradle Shock, only for Chris Sabin to kick out of his Shell Shock! Enraged, Alex tried to finish his buddy off with the Air Raid Siren, but Sabin wriggled free and pinned Shelley with a school boy and a handful of tights. Shelley couldn't believe his own best friend would cheat to win, but then Sabin reminded him that Shelley would always cheat against him, so the two laughed and the crowd then felt it was okay to cheer both men after a wonderful match with no hard feelings between the competitors. Winner: Chris Sabin
====================================
Evan Bourne made his way to the ring during the Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin celebration. The crowd gave Bourne a warm response as he entered the ring and congratulated them on a nice match. He said that with a new territory, comes new sights to see. He explained that HWS did not yet have itself a tag team division, despite there being some potentially great tag teams out there. He said he wanted to build HWS's tag team from the ground up and make it the best in the industry and that he already had a tag partner lined up and ready. "All it will take for him to show up tomorrow in Reading is a phone call." He went onto say that there would be no point in forming a tag team if he and his partner didn't have any good tag teams to actually fight. He listed the WWE's tag division for example, naming John Morrison and The Miz as a great tag team in a practically non-existent tag team division. "So, I've wasted enough time, let's cut straight to the point. If you two reunite and become the Murder City Machine Guns once again and stop this pathetic attempt at solo careers, I will call up my buddy and we can make HWS the number one promotion for tag team wrestling. But if you don't, then I'd just continue my solo career like you two, except while you guys are like Chris Cornell, I'm like *bleep*ing Justin Timberlake. So what will it be, Motor Shitty Machine Guns? Do you want to make a difference and actually help this company out, or do you guys still want to be the selfish, egomaniac boys from Detroit like you've always been?"
Sabin and Shelley ignored his insults so they could get to the root of the problem. They glanced at one another as they considered it, then shook their heads. Sabin said that they disbanded the Machine Guns because they were now ready to step up to the plate and be great singles wrestlers. Bourne broke out laughing. "Guys, guys, guys! Pleeease! You guys are just embarrassing yourselves! Alex Shelley... you're not Chris Jericho. Chris Sabin... you're not Shawn Michaels. And neither one of you will ever be Evan Bourne! So give it up and reform the Machine Guns so we can give these fans what they want!" It was hard for the crowd to side with Bourne with this sort of attitude, but there were quite a few fans out there that were urging them on to reform the Machine Guns. In the end though, Sabin and Shelley left, shaking their heads while Evan Bourne sighed and continued to praise himself as security actually had to drag his ass out of the ring and to the back so they could continue the show.
The crowd got their first look at Ivan Sokolov, a stand out from Russia making his American debut. Unlike most of his Russian counterparts, Ivan was more of the handsome-type than the intimidating-type, but perhaps just because he was Russian was the reason the crowd hastily made way for him. Or it's because he's 6'5" and 260 pounds. You can pick which. Sokolov awaited his opponent, Elijah Burke, who had spent the last few years doing more boxing than wrestling. He was in great shape as always and he had a confident expression on his face, hopeful that HWS was the place that he could restore his pro wrestling career.

Ivan Sokolov vs Elijah Burke
Burke and Sokolov wrestled to a great match, but in the end it wasn't enough for Burke. After getting a head of steam with the knees to the back, Burke tried to utilize a move he must have learned during his hiatus, a Go 2 Sleep variation where he used his fist, but Ivan was able to block it, but him in the gut, hoist him up onto his shoulders, and nail the Burning Hammer for the win. Winner: Ivan Sokolov
====================================
The crowd gave a mixed response, as a lot of them had gotten behind Burke for the effort he had shown in the match. When Burke finally recovered, he was having a hissy fit as he kicked the ropes and seethed in anger. Burke had spent all that time getting prepared for the ring and once again he had failed. Maybe he just wasn't cut out for pro wrestling. Fans crowned their heads as a man with tattoos and adorned with stylish-punk (stylish-punk... does that even make sense?) clothing. His name was Shikari Kazimir, and he entered the ring, watching Burke's temper tantrum with a bit of amusement. Sokolov was still in the ring, laughing a bit at Burke. Kazimir got on the mic and calmed down Burke, then asked Sokolov to stay where he was as Ivan made a move to leave the ring now that the sideshow entertainment was over. "I admit that I am impressed! Impressed for the first time tonight! Finally I see two wrestlers that have the potential to be on my level. You see, I'm the face of this company right now. All these geezers and rejects can fight all they want, but at the end of the day it's going to be my face on the on programs that all you inbreeds sit on with your fat asses. So while these NYC Wanksters go and take a shit and get another hot dog during the mission, why don't you to take a walk with me to my private locker room before I have to compete in the main event?" At this, the crowd laughed at Shikari, who sighed and shook his head. "You wish that's what I'm talking about because that would be the best sex any of you chunky asses would ever have: Man, woman, or your hand! Burke, Sokolov, let's get out of here." As the crowd booed Kazimir, Sokolov remained, probably dumbfounded since he didn't speak a lick of English. Shikari walked up to him and said real slowly as he motioned with his hands: "Real... Russian... Vodka... In... Locker... Room..." Reluctantly, Burke and Sokolov followed Kazimir as It All Begins went to intermission.
When the intermission was over, fans returned to their seats and filed around the ring as Lonestar made his entrance. Security had to hold fans back as the IWGP Heavyweight Champion, Hiroshi Tanahashi made his entrance. Tanahashi entered the ring and had a brief staredown with Lonestar, before retreating to his corner for the official introductions which were filled with streamers and awesomeness. With this being an IWGP Heavyweight Championship match, the Japanese media was all over this match and fans had to make room for all the cameramen that wanted to get footage of this monumental event. Hiroshi Tanahashi is the biggest wrestler in all of Japan: bar none. The title around his waist is proof of that. Lonestar in his own right was a major player in Mexico and earned popularity in Japan when he had solid performances against the likes of Jushin Thunder Liger and Koji Kanemoto. Taking the IWGP Title away from Tanahashi and back to Mexico would do wonders for his countrymen and would change the entire landscape of the IWGP Heavyweight title contenders.

IWGP Heavyweight Championship Match
Hiroshi Tanahashi (c) vs Lonestar
This was just a flat-out awesome match. The two wrestlers had different backgrounds, styles, and nationalities, so there was a nice mix of Lucha Libre and Puroresu, making it a really fun match to watch. Tanahashi was uncomfortable with the style, so Lonestar dominated early on, amazing the crowd with athletic ability. The match changed when Tanahashi hit a Dragon Leg Screw on the apron with assistance from the ropes, which gave Tanahashi an opening and a weak point he could capitalize on. The two went to twenty five minutes, really battling to an amazing match with near-falls. Biggest moment of the night was when Tanahashi caught a Swan Diving Lonestar and slammed him down into a Powerbomb, avoiding the Rana attempt and locked in the Texas Cloverleaf. Somehow, Lonestar was able to get the ropes. But after nailing two Frog Splashes, Tanahashi locked in the Texas Cloverleaf for the last time as Lonestar reluctantly tapped out. Winner and still IWGP Heavyweight Champion: Hiroshi Tanahashi
====================================
The crowd went wild for this and chanted the names of both men. Tanahashi and Lonestar shook hands and posed for the Japanese press. Tanahashi made the champion's leave as Lonestar bowed in thanks for the crowd's support and appreciation of good wrestling. He too made his leave as we found the ring empty, ready for the main event of the evening.
Shikari Kazimir was first out, the crowd getting in his face and booing him for the way they treated him. He nonchalantly passed through the crowd, ignoring the fans in his face as he slid in and posed with the palms of his hands pressed together above his head. Brandon Banks received a warm reception from the crowd as he draped the Canadian flag across his back and put his mouth piece in, looking rapid and aggressive as he glared across the ring at Shikari. Jack Spradlin got less of a reaction from the crowd as fans were hesitant of his ability because of his appearance. When he flipped off Shikari Kazimir, however, the crowd gave him a nice pop. Kyle Korvo was out last and the crowd was impressed by his muscle toning and the way he effortlessly flipped into the ring. The four men stared one another down as the match got set to begin, determined to become the first winner in a main event in HWS history.

Fatal Four Way - Main Event
Brandon Banks vs Shikari Kazimir vs Jack Spradlin vs Kyle Korvo
Only in HWS could you find a match that could top a Tanahashi/Lonestar type match. Banks, Kazimir, Spradlin, and Korvo wrestled to a forty-five minute classic, and if this was the sort of wrestling the fans had to look forward to each week with these four, then they were in good luck. All four men tried to feel one another out, but when Kazimir began to annoy them with his arrogance, they took out their frustrations on him and sent him to the outside as Korvo had to contend with Spradlin and Banks. Since it was every man for himself, there were no true alliances, and any alliance that did spring up didn't last long. The performances each competitor put on was a testament to their will to win.
Just to name a few highlights...
One came when Brandon Banks dropkicked an incoming Kyle Korvo out of midair then locked in the Crippler Crossface. Recovering from a suicida, Spradlin pounced on Bank's open leg and locked an Ankle Lock which he quickly grapevined. And then Shikari Kazimir, still woozy after getting Spradlin landing in his lap, extracted some revenge when he locked in a Figure Four around his head, with every man but himself in a submission. Another came when Korvo jumped over Brandon Banks who was going for a plancha and nailed an insane dive out on Jack Spradlin. Probably the best though was when Shikari hit a Superkick on Spradlin while Banks was German Suplexing Jack, which resulted in Banks sending Spradlin all the way to the arena floor on the outside.
The finish came when Banks took him and Kazimir out of the equation with a German Suplex off the apron. Back in the ring, Kyle Korvo missed with a Diving Double Stomp, landing on the ankle that Spradlin had been wearing down all day. Spradlin then locked in the Ankle Lock, yanked Korvo away from the ropes, where Korvo was forced to tap or else have his ankle broken. Winner: Jack Spradlin
====================================
The crowd chanted HWS and at this point, it was amazing the crowd wasn't completely burned out. As all four men gathered in the ring, Jack Spradlin got on the microphone and praised HWS and the crowd and thanked Paul Heyman for giving them the opportunity to showcase their skills. "I promise, that I will never let you fans down and I will fight for honor and respect here in the Heyman Wrestling Society! This is what professional wrestling is all about!" After cheers and chants of HWS, Spradlin offered his hand to the other three. Banks smiled and brought Spradlin in for a hug, patting him on the back. Shikari stared at Jack's hand, then looked into his face where he spat on him. Ignoring the crowd's boos, Shikari left as Spradlin wiped the spit off his face and turned to Kyle Korvo, who had to be helped to his feet by a couple of stagehands as tears streamed down his face. The crowd chanted his name as Spradlin outstretched his hand. Korvo was a bit hesitant, but in the end he took his hand and shook it. Then all hell broke loose.
Shikari Kazimir returned, this time with Elijah Burke and Ivan Sokolov. This newly-formed alliance was able to dominate Spradlin and Banks as Korvo watched on, the stage hands dropping him in safety for their own-well being and leaving Korvo alone in the ring with a hurt ankle. Finally, Korvo managed to get the strength inside him to fight and he scared them away with a steel chair in hand. He tossed the chair up the stage at the fleeing trio before he checked on Spradlin and Banks. They staggered to their feet, mumbling their thanks to him as they held their respective aching body parts. They shook hands once again and raised their arms as the show ended with the crowd chanting HWS.

-Wraith defeats Seamus Sinclair and Johnny Evans with a Shura Bomb to become the first person to win a match in HWS.
-Chris Sabin defeats Alex Shelley with questionable methods, but no altercation between the two ensued. Evan Bourne cuts a promo, asking them to re-form the Murder City Machine Guns so that HWS can have a tag division that it deserves and that he and his unknown partner can have some competition. Machine Guns deny Bourne's request and leave.
-Ivan Sokolov defeated Elijah Burke. After the match, Shikari Kazimir asked them to take a walk with him and go back to his locker room.
-Hiroshi Tanahashi retains his IWGP Heavyweight Championship when he tapped out Lucha Libre stand-out Lonestar with the Texas Cloverleaf.
-Jack Spradlin defeated Kyle Korvo, Brandon Banks, and Shikari Kazimir in a Match of the Year Candidate Fatal Four Way in the main event. CHAOS AT THE PAGODA - Live from The Pagoda in Reading, Pennsylvania!
Shikari Kazimir, Elijah Burke, and Ivan Sokolov address the crowd... Last night in New York City we saw the beginning of a alliance that threatens the balance of power in Heyman Wrestling Society. It seems that Shikari Kazimir has aligned himself with Elijah Burke and Ivan Sokolov after being impressed with the duo during their match. What did Shikari have to offer them to join him at his side to attack Brandon Banks, Jack Spradlin, and Kyle Korvo after the epic Fatal Four Way main event? What is their mission? We hope to find answers when Kazimir, Burke, and Sokolov address the crowd to open the show. Will Kyle Korvo, Brandon Banks, and Jack Spradlin have anything to say about this?
Non-Title: Hiroshi Tanahashi vs Jack Spradlin... Jack Spradlin earned this non-title match against IWGP Heavyweight Champion Hiroshi Tanahashi by being the victor in the Fatal Four Way match at It All Begins. While some would say this match isn't important because it's not for Tanahashi's title, you'd have to be insane to believe that because a single match against the man holding perhaps the most prestigious world will do wonders for your career in an instant. If Spradlin can actually beat the champ, then he's certainly secured himself a future title match. A few weeks ago, Spradlin was wrestling in front of forty people in a gym in North East Ohio, now he's wrestling one of the biggest wrestlers in the entire world with a shot to take his very title if he wins. One has to wonder though, will Spradlin be star-struck in such a big match like this?
Randy Orton vs Chris Sabin... Chris Sabin will attempt to prove Evan Bourne wrong by defeating the former WWE Champion himself, Randy Orton. Orton is on a mission to be the face of HWS and it may become a distraction if he overlooks Chris Sabin. Sabin may have distractions of his own when he tries to overtake Alex Shelley in their singles career, or will Evan Bourne's words the night before have an effect on Sabin's performance?
Arissa Anderson vs Claire Campbell... Alleged member of the famous Anderson family, Arissa Anderson showed her frustration to HWS owner Paul Heyman about how women's wrestling does not get enough respect and why there wasn't a women's match on the card. Well Arissa has gotten her wish and at Chaos At The Pagoda she'll step into the ring with Claire Campbell, a standout wrestler from The Netherlands. It will be Double A vs Double C in the first women's match in HWS history, and with a partnership growing between HWS and women's wrestling promotion SHIMMER, these girls want to pick up a win to get into Shimmer Championship title contention.
Homicide vs Evan Bourne... After failing to get the Murder City Machine Guns to reunite, Bourne will resume his singles career when he faces The Notorious 187, Homicide. There's no questioning Bourne's talent, but recently his head has become a little big. However, with Homicide and Randy Orton having a confrontation at It All Begins, Homicide may have his mind on other things and Bourne may be able to steal a victory here.
Takeshi Morishima vs Elijah Burke... This match was requested by noneotherthan Elijah Burke himself. While impressing Shikari Kazimir in his match against Ivan Sokolov, Shikari has to wonder if Elijah has what it takes to pick up a win here in HWS. If Burke wants to prove to Kazimir that he can pick up a win for their little trio, then he picked a very interesting choice in the former GHC Heavyweight Champion, Takeshi Morishima. If he can defeat the monster from Japan, he may not only impress Kazimir, but he may also land himself in World Title contention.
Akira Raijin vs Lonestar... Lonestar was seconds away from capturing the IWGP Heavyweight Championship from Hiroshi Tanahashi, but in the end Tanahashi's lethal Cloverleaf was too much for the Lucha Libre phenom and he was forced to tap. Lonestar was put in the Cloverleaf twice for lengthy durations, so one has to wonder how his legs and back are holding up. Akira Raijin is completely healthy, having had the night off while he wrestled in Yokohama the previous night. These are two mysterious individuals, but everyone knows that they can deliver in the ring. Raijin wants to carry on the Great Muta legacy and Lonestar wants to create a legacy of his own. These two will pull out all the stops to gain a win here and take a step forward into World Title contention.
Samoa Joe vs Seamus Sinclair... Seamus Sinclair was also in the Triple Threat Match to open It All Begins, but it was in a losing effort after Wraith caved his face in with the Blazing Arrow and finished The Irish Curse off with the unbelievable Shura Bomb. If he hopes to gain retribution, then it will be very hard as he steps into the ring with the Samoan Submission Machine who is trying to breathe a breath of fresh air back into his career. If anyone can take down Samoa Joe, however, it's Seamus Sinclair, who is one of the few, if not the only man on the Heyman Wrestling Society roster that can match Samoa Joe in size, strength, and speed. This should be a hard-hitting match for sure.
Wraith and El Insano vs Johnny Evans and Chiba Yokosuka... Once again Wraith and Johnny Evans will open the show. After the wild Triple Threat Match that opened the show in New York, Johnny Evans seeks revenge when he teams with Chiba Yokosuka to battle the team of Wraith and El Insano. This will be our first look at El Insano, but based on his history, there's no telling what we can expect from him when he makes his debut in Reading. Chiba Yokosuka was annihilated by Takeshi Morishima, but he took out his aggression on poor old Delirious. One has to wonder when Delirious will finally snap from his mistreatment, but from what we've seen, Delirious remains firmly loyal to his master. Wraith hopes to take yet another step forward to earning his shot in the match that will crown the first HWS Zero Gravity Championship.

Good first show. Glad Tanahashi held onto the belt as I thought he would. I think the format is very good, I like the organization and the icons for who is in the match makes it even more organized although I think maybe using some different colors other than just the default/red would help a little bit. Favorite moment would be Tanahashi retaining the belt. I'm a big Tanahashi mark To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
Not too sure about the CAW question though. Have to wait to see more from them. But overall I'm really liking this, the format and everything is great overall. Good writing and it's very creative. Keep up the fantastic work man.

Fave moment was deffo the IWGP match was definitely the best thing about your show. I am not a fan of the Oriental constitute, but it seemed like the right thing to do. "Dream Match" so to speak.
I will definitely come back for more, as you have be lulled in.
CAWs weren't really inspiring, as without promos they are just name on the real people. SJK is still SJR in my mind, and some sort of breakway would be nice
Even though Chaos At The Pagoda has several matches, you're going to see a real development of the characters, I hope. I like to work through matches for angles (if that makes any sense), so first show was just trying to establish a bit of a balance and a few characters.

I like the shows they are fun to read and the matches are solid. I do have a concern in the promos. I feel, I don't know if anyone else does, but the set up in paragraph form is just to hard to read even with the added color. It makes it to long to read with all the added information and not just small papragraphs. Good job though and can't wait to read more.
