"Fight for Champions"

Welcome to WWE Monday Night Raw, live from the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado. "We have a great main-event for you....welcome to WRESTLEMANIA....Austing 3:16...". A video package of last weeks Raw plays, the WWE Supershow as the camera scans the crowd and then the pyro goes off.

Jim Ross: Welcome to WWE Monday Night Raw, we have an amazing show for you tonight. i am Jim Ross along-side my broadcast partner, Mr. Matt Stryker.

Matt Stryker: Jim tonight the Tournaments of Champions begins and we are looking forward on who might be the first #1 contender for the WWE Universal Champion.

As Matt Stryke is finishing up, Finlay's music plays and he walks out to the ring with his ECW Championship belt. He looks very happy and ready for whatever WWE had for him. He enters the ring and grabs the microphone.

ECW Champion, Finlay: I am Finlay, your current ECW Champion. Last friday night, We all heard the announcement of the Champion of Champions match. People come up to me and ask me, am I ready for this match? Well let me tell you this, I am here, and i will go. Randy orton, Undertaker, you have no idea what i can and will do.

As he says that we here Kurt Angles(TNA) theme song. Angle comes out to the stage.

Jim Ross: Stryker, what's this?

Kurt Angle stands on the stage and begins to speak.

Kurt Angle: Shane Mcmahon called me on Friday Night as Smackdown! was coming to an end, and he said to me in a very stern voice, "Kurt, I need a Raw General Manager...can you make it to Denver?" And by the looks of things, I am the new Raw General Manager.

Finlay looks shocked as the crowd begins to cheer and scream.

ECW Champion, Finlay: Is there a reason you came out here?

Kurt Angle: I am glad you asked. Because next week, i thought you'd like to know that, you are going to be facing Randy Orton. But i also have another announcement to make about ECW Stars. Shane McMahon, Theodore Long, and myself have all come to a conclusion about the contract situation. Tonight on Raw, and this friday on Smackdown, there will be a Contract On and Pole Match and then at Night of Champion a final contract match for a WWE Contract. if you dont win, well then your fired.

Angle's song plays as Raw goes to a break.

Match One:
Contract On a Pole Match
Jack Swagger v. Zach Ryder
Jack Swagger was able to throw Ryder outside of the ring and climb the pole for the contract.
Winner: Jack Swagger

Backstage Jack Swagger and Kurt Angle sign the contract and then Shane McMahon walks into Kurt's office.

Shane McMahon: Well General Manager Angle, how do you like your new job?

Kurt Angle: So far so good. I think Finlay is a little mad, however thats why you called me in, right?

Shane McMahon: Yes, and I wanted to talk to you about Night of Champions. I need you to pull out a great finish for Raw as general manager. i got to make sure you will do the greatest job in the world, or I will have to let you go as GM.

Kurt Angle: Shane, you have my word, Night of Champions will be the best Raw Show ever.

Match Two
Cody Rhodes v. Chavo Guererro
Cody was able to get the victory over Chavo. Rhodes seemed happy until he got the microphone.
Winner: Cody Rhodes

Cody Rhodes: I went on WWE.com earlier today and saw the Tournament of Champions, and i saw that Shane didnt put me in it. Now, I was people to know that I am going to be a champion by the time Night of Champions roles around, and there is nothing Management can do about it.

Match Three
Tournament of Champions Round 1
WWE United States Champion, MVP v. Matt Hardy

The match was going in MVP's way, and he was about to hit the Playmaker as Cody Rhodes comes out and hits MVP in the head with the US Championship belt, Hardy hits the Twist of Fate and get the three.
Winner and Advancer: Matt Hardy

After the match, Cody Rhodes holds the US Title above his head and then lets the world know that MVP is out of the picture.

Break
As Raw comeback from break, Josh Matthews is standing next to MVP.

Josh Matthews: MVP, after what we just saw, can you comment on what we saw?

MVP: I dont think that i need to comment. Cody just better watch where he steps.

MVP walks off camera as General Manager Kurt Angle comes onto camera.

Kurt Anlge: Next week on Monday Night Raw, Cody Rhodes v. MVP. This is going to make an interesting match.

Match Four:
Tournament of Champions Round 1
Carlito v. Batista
Batista had alot of momentum until a comercial break. He ran into the turn buckle before. Carlito hits Backstabber and wins.
Winner: Carlito

We see Randy Orton walking to the ring right before Raw goes to BREAK!

Main Event:

Randy Orton v. The Undertaker
Randy Orton tried to get the RKO on the Undertaker, but Finlay came in and hit Orton with his ECW Belt, and for the first time all three Champions were in the same ring at the same time. Undertaker hit the Tombstone Piledriver.
Winner: The Undertaker

After the match, Finlay hits the Undertaker with the ECW Championship belt. Finlay is standing over both champions.

Matt Stryker: Finlay is looking like the man that could win it all. Yet, he is also making both men his enemies.

Jim Ross: never ever count any of these men out. Things could change in a heartbeat.

Finlay leave the ring as the Undertaker sits up and just give Finlay the coldest stare possible as Raw goes off the air.

I think that you should write out all your promos and make them a little longer. They don't seem very realistic when they are just one question and an answer. Although I did like your opening promo.

I didn't like how the show just ended after the match with no stare downs or wrestler trying to get an advantage. Also I would like to see the matches written in a bit longer review format. It would give more information not just the final couple moves. Other then that the storylines are looking solid and I can't wait till the next PPV event it sounds like it's going ot be good.

Chris Jericho v. The Undertaker
During this mainevent, the Undertaker and Jericho has a killer match. Jericho hit the code breaker and tried to go for the win but undertaker was able to get out of the pin. Finlay tried to cost Taker the match, but ended up getting Tombstoned. Undertaker gave Jericho the last ride as another referee came out and made the count. Orton comes out from the crowd and RKO's the Undertaker then punts him in the head. Orton looks down on both of them then holding the WWE Championship and WH Championship over his head as Smackdown fades away and the 10pm news comes on.

WWE.com: After a shocking turn of events, it seems that Shane McMahon is stepping out of the public eye. he has assigned a new General Manager to Raw, and his name is Kurt Angle. Mr. Angle has already started to change the Universe of WWE, and we will see what more is to come as Night of Champions nears.

Speaking of Night of Champions, the main event contenders are still at each others nerves. Last week it seemed like Finlay had the upper hand until Undertaker told him its still his game. Then on Smackdown, Randy Orton punted the Undertaker in the head.

The Tournament of Champions is still going down, and is going to be taking a huge turn. Who will be the Number 1 Contender for the WWE Universe Championship?

I really don't understand any of the storylines or situations because no matches or promos are being written. Unwind them abit. Take the time to develop b uild up between these matches, and demonstrate it with long segments and TV lenght based matches.

Welcome to Monday Night Raw, live from the Stabler Arena on the USA Network. "We have a great main-event...welcome to wrestlemania...Austin 3:16 say..." as video package from last week played showing Kurt Angle making the match Finlay v. the WWE Champion Randy Orton!

Jim Ross: Welcome to WWE Monday Night Raw, i am Jim Ross along with my Partner Matt Stryker and we are coming to you live from the Stabler Arena in Bethlehem, PA!

Matt Stryker: I join you at this table for the last time this week, and what a great main event we have for you tonight. The Tournament of Champions Round One match featuring Kofi Kingston and Triple H with the winner faving Matt Hardy in round two.

Jim Ross: Speaking of the Tournament of Champions, we also have Kennedy taking on Christian with the winner facing Carlito in round two, what a great show.

As Jim Ross finishes, you hear the words "I Hear Voices in My Head, they Console me they understand" and the WWE Champion, Randy Orton, comes out onto the stage.

As I am sure all of you pathetic pieces of crap know by now, on Smackdown this past week, I was the one left standing. After I kicked the Undertaker in the head, i think its safe to say that only I, Randy Orton will be the Champion of Champions.

Randy Orton:
You people seem to never face the FACTS! The Undertaker is broken down, hes taking month off at a time for Surgery. Finlay, he is in the same boat, and then there is me....the YOUNGEST WORLD CHAMPION IN HISTORY! Who can possibly hold the WWE Universal Championship for the very first time? None other than Randy Orton.

As Orton says that, the lights go out dim...all you hear is the crowds cheer and then a small light is on Orton. Orton is waiting for the Undertaker, but instead you hear "My Name Is Finlay" play in the background. Finlay walks onto the stage with his ECW Championship.

Finlay:
Randy, can you please tell me who in the hell cares about what you think? The facts are this, you just made two verterans really angry, and I garentee this: You wont be walking out of night of champions as WWE Universal Champion. I will.

Orton begins to laugh.

Randy Orton:
What makes you think that? The fact that you became ECW Champion...a title for a brand that no longer exists? In all reality, Finlay, you and Undertaker are dead to the WWE People. NO ON CARES ABOUT YOU GUYS!

Finlay:
Thats where you are wrong Orton, and tonight I am going to shove your foot down your mouth! Realize this, I am Finlay, and I love to fig...

Raw General manager, Kurt Angle's music plays as he walks out asking them both to leave the ring because he has a few words to say after the break.

Kurt Angle:
Welcome to WWE Monday Night Raw. I am your General Manager, Kurt Angle. Many of you are wondering what in the hell am i doing back in WWE? Well, i am here to manage the roster.

Next week here on Raw is the last week before Night Of Champions. I have asked Theodore Long to have a "Pick Your Poision" match up on Raw, which all the NOC Mainevers can pick their opponents opponents. Meaning, Finlay can chose JR as Undertakers opponent! Teddy has agreed. So next week will be Pick Your Poison.

JR:
I cant wait until next week.

Styker:
Nither can i!

Raw goes to a break and returns to the first match.

Tournament of Champions Match:
Kennedy v. Christian (Winner faces Carlito)
The match starts out with Kennedy and Christian trying to see who can entertain the crowd more. Christian in in control of the most match but at one point tries to hit the Killswitch but missed. Kennedy was able to get the Ken-ton Bomb and get the pin.
Winner: Kennedy

Jim Ross:
Kennedy will be facing Carlito next week live on Raw!

Stryker:
That is sure to make a great match-up. We will be right back.

Raw returns from break.

Match Two
US Championship Match
MVP(C) v. Cody RHodes
The match starts out with MVP Holding the US Title over Rhodes head. Rhode slaps him and takes him off his game. Rhodes starts to pumble MVP with punches and kicks but MVP was able to turn it around. MVP hits the Playmaker and retains the title.
Winner: MVP

Stryker: MVP had to fight for that one.

Back in Kurt's Office, we See kurt on the phone as Joey Matthews walks into the office.

Kurt Angle:
My Newest Raw talent, how are you? Welcome back to WWE.

Joey Matthews:
Well, Kurt i could be better. But is is good to be back.

Kurt Angle:
Joey, I see you in a match next week...against...someone by the name of....BATISTA! And if you win, i will give you a shot at the US title...sometime down the line.

Match Three:
Batista v. Booker T
In his first night back with WWE, Booker T was able to hit the scissor's kick on batista and win the match.
Winner: Booker T

Backstage, Randy orton is seen getting prepared for his match which is next!

Match Four:
Randy Orton v. Finlay
Finlay starts out by taking Orton down and holding him in a head lock. Orton finally breaks the hold and starts to fight back. the rule book was thrown out of the match early on.

Orton begins to throw a bunch of close fist punches. Finlay throws his thumb in Ortons eys, blinding him as he goes in and take control of the match.

Orton ends up hitting the RKO and pinning Finlay.
Winner: Randy Orton

Main Event
Tournament of Champions match
Triple H v. Kofi Kingston (Winner faces Matt Hardy)
Quick and easy match for Triple H...not. Kofi was all over the place and it was hard for Hunter to get ahold of the guy. in the end, he hits the Petagree and wins the match.
Winner: Triple H

Kurt Angle comes out on the stage again, and he grabs a microphone.

Kurt Angle:
Congradulations! You have advanced into the second round of the tournament...As General Manager i decided to change things up in the Tournament of Champions, instead of two indiviual matches next week...we are going to have a Four Man Pin-Fall Battle Royal for the Finalist in the Tournamnet of Champion!

jim Ross:
NO WAY! Four Man battle royal for the Tournament of Champions second round!

Matt Stryker:
That just made it alot harder for the winner, because now he has to beat three people instead of once to advance.

jim Ross:
We will see you next week, GOOD NIGHT!
