Re: My WWE

WWE Wrestlemania 25
Houston, Texas

-Opening video package highlighting the Randy Orton/HHH feud, the World Title feud, the Hardy brothers feud and finally the HBK/Taker feud, will the streak end tonight?

-Huge opening pyro as we are welcomed by JR to the granddaddy of them all, Wrestlemania. He and Matt Striker run through the Smackdown card, highlighting the World Title Triple Threat, who will Vickie side with?. They then discuss the Extreme Rules match between Jeff & Matt and the 25-diva battle royal, and they also plug the Tag Title Unification bout between Morrison/Miz and The Colons. Then Michael Cole & Jerry Lawler plug the Orton/HHH bout, the HBK/Taker match, the MITB match, the Y2J Legends match, but first we have the Intercontinental Championship on the line. We head up to Lillian Garcia.

Match 1: Intercontinental Championship-John Bradshaw Layfield© v Rey Mysterio.

JBL enters first in his limo with a black jacket and a towel wrapped round his neck, followed by Rey, who wore blue, red and white attire. Cole reminds us that JBL promised us that he would make history tonight.

After JBL dominated the bout, Rey fought back in the usual face manner hitting all his moves before going up top for a Frog Splash, but JBL caught him with a boot as Rey came down. JBL then set up Rey for a Clothesline from Hell but Rey tripped him and he fell on the ropes. Rey set up the 619, hit it, but as he went for his seated seanton, JBL smashed him with a Clothesline from Hell, covered, and got the pin.

Winner and STILL Intercontinental Champion-JBL.

After the match JBL picks up the mic. He reminds us of how he has had a great career, he has been World Champion, Tag Team Champion, United States Champion and now the Intercontinental Champion. He says he has done it all, and then pauses in thought. He says this is why he has made this decision, he has done it all, and he has just won on the grandest stage of them all in his home state of Texas. He says he couldn’t have ended it on a better note, so therefore has decided to retire!. He drops the mic and leaves with the belt.

Cole says that JBL sure made history tonight, as he leaves with his title and a grin on his face. Rey looks on hurt and disappointed, and Lawler comments on how unlucky Rey was tonight.

Backstage we see HHH taping up. HBK enters, and says he’s concerned for The Game tonight, as he’s facing an evil, demented animal in Randy Orton. HHH halts HBK, and tells him that he’s beaten Orton before, and tonight he will destroy Randy, break him in half, and he says HBK should be more concerned with The Undertaker. HBK reminds HHH that he is “Mr Wrestlemania”, and tonight he will do what HHH never managed, and end The Undertaker’s streak. They stare at each other for a brief moment, before HBK leaves, a strained relationship between two close friends.

We get a promotional package highlighting some of the greatest moments of the 2 tag team titles, and a brief package on the Colons before Miz & Morrison storm in on it and their rivalry is played out in it.

Jim Ross & Matt Striker will commentate on this match-up.

Out first are Miz & Morrison followed by the Colons, all in navy blue. Miz & Morrison in usual attire.

Match 2: Tag Title Unification Match-World Tag Team Champions John Morrison & The Miz v WWE Tag Team Champions Primo Colon & Carlito.

After a steady back and forth bout, Primo gets the hot tag to Carlito, who comes in and cleans house. He sets up John Morrison for the backstabber, but Morrison rolls through, rolls up Carlito...

1...
2...
Primo breaks up the pin!

In comes The Miz to tackle Primo, they brawl outside, and unbeknownst to the ref Primo smashes The Miz with one of the WWE Tag Team Titles!
On the inside Morrison is lining up Carlito, but as Carlito turns he ducks under Morrison, turns and hits a Backstabber! He covers for the pin.

Winners and NEW Undisputed Tag Team Champions-The Colons.

After the match The Colons celebrate as John Morrison berates The Miz before leaving clutching the back of his head. Animosity between the 2?

We now hit a video package showing the Y2J/Legends feud, starting with highlights of each legend being inducted into the HoF, before Jericho flashes into it, and it shows the feud, highlighting the beatdowns by Jericho upon Flair, Piper, Steamboat and Snuka. The promo ends with Flair saying “You will show us some respect Jericho, we will not let this lie”, “Flair and your friends, come Wrestlemania 25, your time stealing the spotlight will be over.”

Back live they show Mickey Rourke live in the front row, smiling away with the fans.

Out first is Chris Jericho, to massive heel heat, and he stares down Mickey Rourke before entering the ring. The 3 legends all come to the edge of the ramp before Flair’s music hits and they all walk down to the ring, hug and shake Rourke’s hand before we get to start the match.

Match 3: 3 on 1 Handicap Match-Chris Jericho v Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat, Jimmy “The Superfly” Snuka & “Rowdy” Roddy Piper (with “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair).

Jericho dominated for the majority of the match, apart from one spell where all 3 legends teamed up and took him to the outside, they couldn’t cope with his athleticism. He took Steamboat out by smashing him into the ring post on the outside, counting him out, he then threw Snuka into the ringpost causing him to be called KO’d by the ref, leaving it down to Y2J and Piper. Piper was trying to keep up, but Jericho hit a Codebreaker, locked in the Walls Of Jericho and had Piper yelling in pain before...

....The Glass Shattered!

Out came Stone Cold!, he got in the ring, and Jericho threw the ref at him, and Stone Cold accidentally knocked the ref down, Jericho tried to escape round the ring, but Flair and Steamboat blocked the outside, and Austin covered the ring, before Jericho came face to face with Rourke, hurled abuse at him, before Rourke slapped him!, Steamboat and Flair hurled Y2J in the ring, Piper distracted the ref as Austin hit a stunner!, he jumped out the ring, Piper covered Jericho, and got the win!.

Winners-The Legends(Steamboat, Snuka and Piper).

After the match Austin hit Jericho with another stunner, before telling Mickey Rourke to hit him, and he did with a big right hand! Rourke also kicked Y2J back down to the mat before The Legends threw him out the ring. They then celebrated as Jericho struggled to the back furious and embarrassed.

We now get a thank you to AC/DC for supplying the official theme tune, and a reminder that RAW’s live tomorrow night.

We then go backstage to Edge warming up, Vickie comes in and Edge asks what she wants. Vickie says she’s terribly sorry for what’s happened and that she hopes Edge can do the business tonight and bring the World Title home. Edge responds by saying he can do the business in more ways than one, and they end up embracing.

A history of MITB package is aired, and we get Lillian Garcia explaining the rules.

Out first is CM Punk, followed by Mark Henry, then Kane, Shelton Benjamin, MVP, Finlay, Kofi Kingston and finally Christian.

Match 4: Money In the Bank Ladder Match-CM Punk v Mark Henry v Kane v Shelton Benjamin v United States Champion MVP v Finlay v Kofi Kingston v Christian.

Action-packed high-spot fest. Shelton Benjamin ran up a ladder , jumped onto another and clotheslined Christian off. Kane and Mark Henry climbed a ladder but Kane choke slammed Henry off, before reaching for the briefcase, but suddenly the lights flashed red, and a video aired showin a mask before asking Kane “Do you remember me, Kane?, you do now, I am your worst nightmare!”

We cut back and Kane is in a fit of rage and off the ladder, he goes round and choke slams everybody before storming up the ramp.

At the end CM Punk looks like he’s about to win, but Christian bashes him with a chair and he falls off in agony. Christian climbs the ladder but MVP sets one up next to him, they begin trading blows and both get their hands on the briefcase. Mark Henry pushes MVP’s ladder down and he falls onto Shelton and Kofi, but Finlay attacks Henry with the Shillelagh, he tries to get to Christian but he’s already got the briefcase and has won the match!

Winner-Christian.

Christian takes the briefcase back up the ramp ASAP as Finlay and Henry argue back in the ring.

Wrestlemania 26 host is announced. It is (insert WM26 host).

We now get the HoF class of 2009 presentation with Gene Okerlund as host. We run through all the inductees, before we cut backstage to an indignant Y2J with an ice pack to the side of his head, before Mickie James music hits and we kick off the 25-Diva Battle Royal(Aka toilet break).

Backstage Vickie is with Big Show. She tells him that she’s sorry for dragging him into all this, and that feelings aside, she hopes he can go out and capture the gold tonight. Big Show tells her not to be sorry, as it’s a blessing for him to have found such a wonderful woman to fall in love with, and that he’d do her proud tonight and they can have some fun afterwards. They kiss before Big Show leaves.

Match 5: 25-Diva Battle Royal

We come down to a final 5 of Michelle McCool, Mickie James, Beth Phoenix, Melina and Maryse. Maryse eliminated Michelle with a head scissors as Michelle was trying to eliminate her, but is then immediately knocked off the ring apron by Mickie James.
Melina and Mickie go after Beth, they force her to the apron, but Beth tosses Melina over and then sends Mickie flying on top of her! Beth wins!

Winner-Beth Phoenix.

We see replays of the match before we head to a Hardy vs. Hardy promo.

After the Hardy v Hardy feud promo Jeff’s music hits, he comes down looking very focused and determined. Out comes Matt, no gestures from him, and Jeff charges back up the ramp and tackles him. They brawl on the stage, before Jeff dropkicks Matt over the side!, SWANTON BOMB by Jeff Hardy!.

Both men remain motionless on the floor...but Jeff gets up!, he drags Matt back onto the stage, goes backstage, brings back a table, and sets Matt onto it. He climbs the stage, and ANOTHER SWANTON BOMB! Referees and EMTs come out and tend to both Matt and Jeff, and both are stretchered out of the arena.

Winner-No Contest.

Cole and Lawler replay the amazing events that just occurred, before we head to a highlights package of the night so far.

We then hit a Package for the Triple Threat Match highlighting the essential role Vickie has played in all this, and that secretly none of the guys want her, just the World Heavyweight Championship.

Vickie is backstage with John Cena. She tells he was right, they’re just using her and that she wants him to go out and take the gold and teach them a lesson. Cena tells her to shut up, he’s seen what she’s being doing tonight, the politics, and that he doesn’t care. Tonight is about him, walking out the champ. He slaps Vickie on the but before saying “Cheer up chump”, and leaving, with Vickie trying to bottle her emotions up, but eventually breaking down.

Cena’s music hits, and he comes down to a huge ovation. Then Big Show comes out to boos and finally Edge, in his black and red attire, to all his pyro.

Match 7: World Heavyweight Championship-Triple Threat-Edge© v Big Show v John Cena

Big Show dominated the early going, with neither Cena nor Edge able to overcome him. However Edge brought in a chair, and smashed Show with it, and hit him repeatedly with it, before he was being supported by the ropes. Cena and Edge eventually got him over the ropes before they had a stare down.

After a multitude of back and forth typical Cena/Edge stuff, Cena took control, and locked in the STF, but Show leant the ropes towards Edge so he could grab them, and he hit Cena over the head from the outside. Edge then set Cena up for the Spear, but Cena countered into the Attitude Adjuster, hit it, but then was almost immediately caught by a Chokeslam. But before Show could hit it, Vickie came into the ring and pleaded with Show to stop, saying she was so sorry, Show dropped Cena, turned, dodged a Spear by Edge, WHO SPEARED VICKIE!!, Edge looked in horror, before realising his fate, turning into a Chokeslam by Big Show, but as soon as he hit it Cena picked him up for the Attitude Adjuster, hit it, and covered for the pin!.

Winner and NEW World Heavyweight Champion-John Cena.

John Cena walked up the ramp smiling and celebrating as Vickie sobbed her eyes out in the corner, before she berated Big Show who was lying on the mat, screaming at him for attacking her husband. Show then grabbed her by the throat, saying it was all her fault, and as he was about to Chokeslam her Edge speared him!
Vickie then went to hug Edge who pushed her away, before Spearing her AGAIN!, and leaving.

The attendance is announced as a sellout..

We get a draft preview for Raw a week tomorrow.

We get a lengthy McMahon/Orton package, highlighting how vile Orton really is, ending with the line from his theme “I hear voices” playing over and over again.

First out is Randy Orton, to a mass of boos, on his own, in his usual attire.
Out came HHH, on his own, in his usual attire.

Match 8: WWE Championship-HHH© v Randy Orton

This was a hectic brawl, they went to the outside early, Orton getting bashed around like crazy by HHH, who was in complete control.

However, later on, DiBiase and Rhodes came out and distracted the ref, and Orton low blowed HHH, and locked him in a Figure 4! HHH refused to tap, but Rhodes and DiBiase were pulling the ropes away from him, but Shane & Vince came down and smashed them with a Sledgehammer & a chair respectively, and HHH got to the ropes.

Orton set him up for the RKO, but HHH countered into a Spinebuster. HHH then set Orton up for the Pedigree, and hit it!

1...
2...
Kick Out!

Somehow Orton kicked out.

HHH set him up for another Pedigree, but was distracted by the presence of
Stephanie, he let go off Orton, who turned him back around, and hit an RKO!

1...
2...
Kick Out!

Meanwhile Shane and Vince were trying to keep DiBiase and Rhodes under control.

Orton was lining up the punt to the head when...

Batista’s music hits!

He comes down, stares down Orton, who looks shocked. Tista gets on the ropes, distracting the ref, and Steph passes HHH a Sledgehammer and he low blows Orton
with it!.

He chucks it out the ring, sets Orton up for the Pedigree, hits it!. But Steph and Batista urge him to do it again...He lines it up, but Rhodes escapes the McMahons grasps and gets in the ring, and Batista comes across and takes him out...

...HHH goes for the Pedigree, but Orton reverses into an RKO!, and as Tista desperately tries to get in the ring, the referee counts the pin!

Winner and NEW WWE Champion-Randy Orton.

Orton escapes into the crowd with the belt as the McMahons look on dismayed. Batista enraged Batista Bombs Rhodes & DiBiase, and HHH pedigrees them to boot.

JR reminds us of the final match of the evening, The Undertaker v HBK.

We get a lengthy video package of the history of this rivalry.

Back in the arena Taker gets his customary WM entrance, with his druids and their torches, as he proceeds to the ring.

Not to be outdone, just like @ WM12, HBK comes down from the rafters in all white to the stage, and then sets off his pyro and goes to the ring in his normal fashion.

Main Event: The Undertaker v “HBK” Shawn Michaels.

After an absolute classic(so good I couldn’t type it), it came down to HBK lining up Sweet Chin Music for the 3rd time(he failed on his 1st 2 attempts), but he managed it this time!

1...

Taker got his shoulder up.

HBK lined up another dose of SCM, but Taker countered into a Last Ride, and hit it!

Taker struggled for 2/3 mins before reaching the Bottom rope. He elbowed HBK of him, grabbed him, tried to hit a Tombstone, but HBK rolled out of it into a Crossface!

More agonising moments at Taker struggled, but AGAIN he got to the ropes!
HBK lined up more SCM, but this time Taker caught him, but him in the Tombstone position, and hit the Piledriver!

Kick out!

HBK grabs the ref and pleads with him to give him the 3-count.

He goes to pull Taker up, but Taker catches him by the throat, goes for a Chokeslam, HBK tries to counter, falls, Taker grabs him into the Tombstone position, and hits ANOTHER piledriver.

Re: My WWE

RAW 06/04/09
Houston, Texas

Yes sir, we promised you...

A huge video recap of last night’s Wrestlemania, including Christian’s MITB win, Jericho’s defeat by the legends, Taker defeating HBK, Cena winning the World Title and Orton winning the WWE title.

No opening pyro as the NEW WWE Champion Randy Orton comes out in his legacy t-shirt to a huge mixed ovation, obviously some people are pleased he beat HHH last night. He samples the crowd before introducing himself:

“My name is Randy Orton....and I am the NEW WWE Champion!”

He runs through last night, telling us how he outsmarted HHH, and that no matter what he nor any of the McMahons could do, he still defied them, he still beat them and became champion. He says he has fulfilled his destiny, he has got revenge for what HHH did to him, and he is the most powerful entity in the WWE. He says nobody can stop the Age of Orton, and last night proved it. He says he is the best, better than HHH in every...

...HHH’s music hits to a huge pop. He also comes out in his own t-shirt. He gets on the mic from the top of the ramp. He says he’s not here to play games, he’s not here to congratulate Orton, because Orton didn’t deserve it, he was lucky. HHH said Orton knew he got lucky because he ran scared, away through the crowd, because he’s a coward. HHH starts walking down the ramp to the ring. HHH tells Orton he means business, that Orton has taken another piece of what he is, and HHH wants it back.

HHH tells Orton that he will get revenge, because he is using his rematch clause, and this time Orton won’t escape. He tells Orton that he offered Vince a proposal last night, that was that Orton would defend his WWE Championship at Backlash, against HHH, in a rematch, inside a Steel Cage. Orton looks down and shakes his head. HHH says that’s not all, because he also suggested that to make it a “fair” bout, that there be a Special Guest Referee. He points back up to the stage...

...Batista’s music hits!

Orton looks stunned. Batista asks Orton how his lackeys are. Orton, enraged, tells him they are in a hospital bed after what they did to them last night, an unprovoked, brutal assault for no reason. HHH retorts “what comes around, goes around”. HHH goes to leave, but says that there’s 1 more thing, tonight seeing as Orton is facing him in a few weeks, he needs to keep nice and fresh for their match so he has no excuses when HHH destroys him. So tonight, Orton will have a match, It will be him versus Batista, HHH and...Shane McMahon, in an No Holds Barred 3 on 1 Handicap match. HHH leaves and walks up the ramp to Batista, and Steph comes out and they all hug as Orton looks on in the ring completely shocked at what’s happening.

We get confirmation of that match plus an address by HBK.

*Commercial*

Beth Phoenix is making her way to the ring to face Kelly Kelly. Cole tells us that as Beth won the 25-Diva Battle Royal last night, she has been made as a reward the number 1 contender to the Women’s Championship, and she will face Melina 1-on-1 at Backlash.

Match 1: “Miss Wrestlemania” Beth Phoenix v Kelly Kelly.

A short match with Beth dominated, showing of a variety of moves including a missile dropkick, a spine buster and a gut wrench suplex. However as she set Kelly up for the Glam Slam, Melina’s music hit, and Beth loosened the hold, and Kelly managed to roll her up for the 3 count.

Winner-Kelly Kelly.

After the match Beth was furious as Melina appeared at the top of the stage, hugged Kelly and showed off her Women’s Championship to the crowd.

Backstage HBK is shown coming to the ring.

*Commercial*

We’re back and HBK’s music hits, he walks down to the ring with an expressionless face. He gets on the mic and congratulates Taker for beating him last night, in what will go down as one of the greatest main events in Wrestlemania history. However he tells us that although Taker won, he was fortunate, and that wasn’t a conclusive victory. HBK says he knows he can beat The Undertaker, so he’s challenging Taker to a rematch at Backlash. He asks if Taker is scared, because he knew he got lucky last night. HBK says the streak may go on, but that Taker still has a lot to prove to everyone.

The gong hits. Taker’s voice comes over the tannoy. He says that the jealousy in HBK is clouding his judgement. HBK is so obsessed with trying to beat The Undertaker that he doesn’t realise that he’s getting further and further away from doing it. Taker says he will teach HBK a lesson in respect, starting at Backlash, because if Wrestlemania wasn’t enough, then he will make sure HBK is punished, sent to the fiery depths of hell, to rest in peace.

The Undertaker’s music hits as HBK stands in the ring, in thought, as we go to commercial.

Draft Special promo-next week LIVE on RAW!

*commercial*

We’re back with CM Punk ready in the ring for a match.
Christian’s music hits, he comes down to a great ovation with his MITB briefcase, we get still pictures of how he won last night.

Match 2: MITB Winner Christian v CM Punk

After a decent back and forth match, of about 10 minute length, CM Punk picked up Christian for a GTS, but Christian rolled it through into an Unprettier, but Punk pushed him away in the turnbuckle. Then Shelton Benjamin comes down and jumps CM Punk, before MVP enters from the crowd and attacks Shelton, and the four of them brawl in the ring before Kane’s pyro hits, then the weird “I am your worst nightmare” promo plays, before the lights go out, and Kane appears in the ring, and choke slams all 4 of them, and leaves, seemingly tormented by what’s going on. Cole wonders what’s happening with Kane, Lawler says he doesn’t know, but he’s worried.

Winner-CM Punk via DQ.

Backstage Todd Grisham is with Chris Jericho, who’s in a suit with a few plasters and bruises on his face. Todd asks how Chris is feeling after last night. Chris snatches the mic, and asks Todd how does he think he feels. He says he was humiliated by a bunch of has-beens who cheated their way to a fraudulent victory, and that in hindsight it proved his point, he let them have their pathetic, little moment in the limelight with all these parasitic hypocrites cheering them because it proved to him that he was better than all of them, and it proved to the world that he is. Y2J walks away.

*Commercial*

We’re back with HHH taping up for tonight, Batista comes in. HHH says thanks for distracting him last night and costing him the belt. Batista gets angry and says he helped HHH by stopping Rhodes, it wasn’t his fault HHH can’t hit a pedigree. They stare at each other momentarily, before HHH says that tonight they can get revenge, beat Orton to a pulp, then go to Backlash, win HHH the title, and end Orton. He asks Batista for re-assurance that that’s what he wants. Batista cuts back after seemingly day-dreaming, and says “yeah....yeah we’ll do it”, before walking off, HHH looking on worried.

Back in the arena we get Rey and Evan Bourne coming down for a match. 8-man tag next!

12 Rounds promo.

Match 3: 8-Man Tag-Undisputed Tag Team Champions The Colons© & Evan Bourne & Rey Mysterio v John Morrison & The Miz & Mike Knox & Vladimir Kozlov

A back and forth match with Knox & Kozlov dominating Rey. However Rey got a hurricanrana and got the tag to Carlito, who took down Miz who tagged in, then Morrison over the top rope, before Knox attacked him, but Primo jumped on him and sent them both over the ropes!. Kozlov tried to attack Carlito, but Rey plancha’d him out of the ring. It came down to Miz and Carlito, Miz irish whipped Carlito into his corner, Evan got the blind tag. Miz went to suplex Carlito, but got caught with one himself. Evan climbed up top, hit a Shooting Star Press, and covered for the win.

Winners-The Colons & Rey Mysterio & Evan Bourne.

Backlash promo-”Revenge is destiny.”

We’re with John Cena, who has the World Heavyweight Championship, and is chatting away backstage with Mickie James. Edge comes on camera. He “congratulates” Cena on winning last night, but that he’s delivering a warning to him. He’s invoked his rematch clause, for next week on RAW, Cena v Edge for the World Heavyweight Championship, and the winner also gets 2 draft picks for his brand. Edge leaves and Cena sighs.

Voices echo’s throughout the arena as Randy Orton comes out alone for the main event.

He’s followed by Batista, Shane O’Mac and finally HHH.

Main Event: No Holds Barred 3 on 1 Handicap Match-WWE Champion Randy Orton© v HHH & Batista & Shane McMahon

Orton just got disected for the whole match, he kept trying to fight back, but was destroyed by Batista and HHH. Shane McMahon then hit the West Coast Pop, Batista hit a Batista Bomb through a table, Orton by this point was a bloody mess, before HHH pedigreed him onto a chair. He covered for the win in a 1-sided domination. Deja vu?

Winners-HHH, Batista & Shane McMahon.

After the match HHH took the title and posed over Orton, whilst Batista stared at it, and they caught each other’s glance. Batista then mouths “that will be mine”, before leaving, and Stephanie comes down to meet HHH on the ramp and they embrace as Orton is left battered and blooded in the corner as the show goes off the air.

*Commercial*

We're back as Tommy Dreamer comes down to the ring.

A back and forth match though towards the end Burchill's stamina shone through. Burchill went for a backbreaker, but Dreamer rolled him up for the inside cradle and the pinfall.

Winner-Tommy Dreamer.

After the match Burchill gets on the mic and tells Dreamer that that's inexcusable, a complete fluke and that he will get payback. He challenges Dreamer to an Xtreme Rules match next week on ECW. Dreamer nods his head in approval to signal his agreement to the match.

We're back with the Undisputed Tag champs in the ring as Miz & Morrison come out.

Match 3: The Miz(w/John Morrison) v Primo Colon(w/Carlito).

Grisham informs us that the Miz & Morrison have invoked their rematch clause for the Undisputed Tag Team Champions as they lost their titles at Mania, and at Backlash The Colons will defend the titles in a Ladder Match.

Slow 10-min match, almost a gap-fill, the ending came when Miz tried to roll up Primo, but he rolled through and took out Morrison, Miz went to attack him, but Primo took him down with a kick. Primo took Miz to the ropes, but Morrison was stationed the other side of the turnbuckle ready to jump in, however Carlito came round, pulled Morrison off, causing Morrison to smack head first into the ring steps, and pummelled away at him. Primo irish whipped Miz, who slid under Primo, tried to roll him up, but Primo rolled through, and caught him with a Shining Wizard right in the temple, and covered for the pin.

Winner-Primo Colon.

After the match The Colons celebrated as EMTs attended to Miz.

*Commercial*

Matt Striker informs us that Miz has been taken to a local medical facility as a precaution, as Christian's music hits.

Main Event: No1 Contendership to ECW Championship-MITB Winner Christian v Finlay

Long ground-based match. Finlay went for a Celtic Cross, but Christian somehow countered into an Unprettier attempt, but was pushed into the ropes, he grabbed them, Finlay went for a roll-up, but Christian held on and Finlay fell to the mat. Christian rested on the ropes, but Hornswoggle came along and hit Christian square in the face with a shillelagh while the ref was tending to Finlay. Christian clutching his face turned round into a Celtic Cross by Finlay, who got the pin.

Winner and Number 1 Contender for the ECW Championship-Finlay.

Grisham & Striker remind us of the draft next monday LIVE on Raw, plus next week on ECW the ECW Championship match between Jack Swagger & Finlay and the Xtreme Rules match between Tommy Dreamer & Paul Burchill as ECW goes off the air.

Looking good for Backlash. The inclusion of Batista makes things interesting, especially as we are unsure where his allegience really lies.

Re: My WWE

Smackdown 12/04/09
Austin, Texas

We get a video package replaying the highlights of Wrestlemania 25-Cena winning the World Title, Orton defeating HHH and Undertaker defeating HBK.

Opening pyro as JR welcomes us to the show, and alongside him for tonight is Jerry "The King" Lawler. Tonight we get NEW World Heavyweight Champion John Cena & HHH v Edge & WWE Champion Randy Orton.

Jeff Hardy's music hits. He comes down to the ring, limping slightly, as we get stills of the no contest at Wrestlemania as both men knocked each other out. Hardy gets on the mic and said he got revenge at Wrestlemania. He beat up his brother so bad that neither could get up, he did it his way, and is happy he got that out of his system and move on...

...Matt's music hits. He comes out and looks incredulously at Jeff. He asks on what basis did Jeff win anything at Mania?. He was never pinned or gave up, he was never beaten, and he never quit. He tells Jeff that he can be that coward he was at Mania, and take a cheap shot, and try and move on, or he can put Matt out of his life forever. He challenges Jeff to an "I Quit" Match at Backlash, telling Jeff that he wants to get his hands on Jeff for one more time, but if he loses, he will leave Jeff alone. Jeff ponders this, and listens to the crowd who chant "Go on Jeff", before Jeff screams down the mic "YOU'RE ON!!!!", to a huge ovation. Matt smirks at the top of the ramp as Jeff glares at him from the ring.

Draft Promo-"Anything is Possible", next monday LIVE on a 3-hr RAW Special, including John Cena defending the World Heavyweight Championship against Edge, next week LIVE on Monday Night RAW.

Back live we have MVP coming down to the ring. Followed by Evan Bourne & R-Truth. Then Shelton's music hits, and he's followed out by Chavo Guerrero & then Vladimir Kozlov.

Match 1: 6-Man Tag-US Champion MVP & Evan Bourne & R-Truth v Shelton Benjamin & Chavo Guerrero & Vladimir Kozlov.

JR reminds us Evan Bourne is here through the ECW Talent Exchange program. After a long match with every man getting in some decent offense, Kozlov had ended up dominating R-Truth. However Kozlov irish whipped him onto the ropes, but R-Truth hit his spinning elbow to knock Kozlov down. R-Truth crawled to the ropes as Kozlov tagged in Shelton. R-Truth tagged in MVP, MVP hit some quick clotheslines, knocked Chavo off the ring, pummelled Shelton with punches and kicks, and hit a Swinging neckbreaker. He covered but Kozlov broke up the pin, and started attacking MVP, but Evan Bourne hit a missile dropkick off the top rope to kick Kozlov out the way, Shelton went for his T-Bone suplex, but MVP got out of it, kicked Shelton in the gut, hit his Playmaker, and covered for the pin.

Winners-MVP, Evan Bourne & R-Truth.

JR wonders if any of these men will be drafted come monday. Lawler says he wouldn't mind if they came to RAW, but JR reminds Jerry that he could be drafted to Smackdown.

WWE Superstars-Debuts next thursday on WGN.

Backstage Teddy Long is talking on the phone. Edge comes in. He says that he knows Long is replacing Vickie as interim GM of Smackdown after what happened at Wrestlemania, but that he's making a mistake. Edge got hurt at Mania, he's banged up and he needs to rest for his World Title match on RAW next week, not team with a psychopath in Randy Orton. Long buts in, he says if Edge is ok to compete on monday, he's ok to compete tonight, and besides, maybe Edge can learn from Orton how to win a title match at Wrestlemania. Long walks off with Edge spitting mad.

Eve is in the ring as Divas Champion Maryse comes to the ring.

Match 2: Diva's Champion Maryse v Eve Torres.

Short match with Eve getting in limited offense, this match really to put Maryse over as dominant ahead of the draft. Maryse picked up the win with a French TKO.

Winner-Maryse.

Highlights of major draft moments-HHH being drafted to Smackdown, John Cena being drafted to RAW and Batista to Smackdown.

*Commercial*

We're back with Kung Fu Naki in the ring as Umaga's music hits.

Match 3: Umaga v Kung Fu Naki.

Total squash. Umaga smashed Funaki into the corner, superkicked him and hit 2 Samoan Spikes before pinning him.

Winner-Umaga.

We get a Backlash promo-"Revenge in more ways than one."

Undertaker's music hits. The druids bring out a casket. A lightning bolt hits the casket and it bursts into flames. Then a light shines in the ring, and HBK is standing there, dressed in all white. He says that is symbolic of the fact that no matter how hard death and darkness try, they will never succeed. They may triumph on Earth, but goodness lasts forever beyond that, in Heaven. He tells us that Jesus rose from the dead, to prove that the darkness can never win, it can only triumph for a short time. He says that Undertaker won at Wrestlemania, but that that triumph will not last, as come Backlash, HBK will return the light to its glory and bury the darkness, like a casket, deep underground. Suddenly in the glare of the shining light you can see Undertaker behind HBK, who turns around, and Taker grasps him by the throat, but HBk squirms and kicks and gets away again, and runs up the ramp, before hitting DX Crotch chops towards Taker, and doing his arms raised to Heaven pose with the lights coming on and his pyro going off, but Taker does his kneeling pose, HBK's pyro stops, and the lights go out again, just blue light shining on Taker, before HBK tries to raise the lights again, and we get a scenario of half the arena where HBK is in light, and the other half where Taker is in darkness. They stare down as we go to commercial.

*Commercial*

We come back from commercial as Edge's music hits, he comes out to his full pyro. Then Orton's hits, but he doesn't come out, they try again, but still he doesn't, and we cut backstage and HHH is chasing Orton around the back again with a Sledgehammer like on RAW. HHH gets lead into a dark room, the door closes, and we just yells and thuds and as the light is finally switched on, Randy Orton and Legacy are standing over a broken and battered HHH, we see Steph somewhere backstage sobbing her eyes out.

Meanwhile Edge looks on bemused, then with a grin on his face. But unbeknowngst to him Cena has appeared in the ring behind him. Finally Edge sees this on the big screen, he turns round, FU!. Edge rolls out the ring as Cena poses with the World Heavyweight Championship as Smackdown goes off the air.

Re: My WWE

RAW 14/04/09
Atlanta, Georgia

Huge opening pyro as Michael Cole welcomes us to the annual WWE Draft. Everyone is eligible to be drafted tonight. Also tonight, the World Heavyweight Championship will be defended as John Cena faces Edge. We are thrown over to both the Smackdown and ECW announce tables, with JR on his own, and Grisham & Striker back together.

We kick off with Randy Orton coming to the ring. He says he is seething after last week, furious that he, the WWE Champion, was persecuted like this. He shows us a video package of the beatdown, and compares it to the beatdown he suffered in Evolution. He tells us that it is jealousy. He says HHH once again cannot accept that he is better than him, and he's trying to take him out on his rules, and claim he's dominant, when he's not. Orton says he was naive the first time round but that this time it will not happen, as he got his revenge on Smackdown to prove his point. We see footage of the assault on HHH on SD. Orton tells us that was a message to HHH, a message that the Age of Orton has begun again, and this time, it will not be stopped.

We cut backstage to HHH getting worked up in front of a tv, he smashes it. Steph comes up behind him and pleads with him to calm down, not to be stupid, we're safe here. HHH shrugs her off and marches out into the corridor, as he walks towards the curtain he gets smashed in the back of the head by sledgehammers by Rhodes & DiBiase, who beat him down as he crawls towards the ring. He gets to the ring, tries to fight them off, but Cody smacks him in the ribs with a sledgehammer. He is forced into the ring, and Orton lines him up. But Batista and Vince come down, and they have a sledgehammer and a chair, they brawl with Rhodes & DiBiase, and Shane appears through the crowd behind Orton, and he jumps him, and pummels him, Orton tries to fight him off, but Shane keeps attacking him, but Orton eventually hits a low blow, jumps out the ring and stumbles through the crowd. HHH picks up Rhodes, and Batista sets up DiBiase for the Batista Bomb, and they hit simultaneous Pedigree's and Batista Bomb's, before HHH picks up the WWE title, and Batista raises HHH's hand, but clutches the belt at the same time, they stare at each other before Vince & Shane come in and they all hug and shake hands as we go to commercial.

*Commercial*

We're back as Rey Mysterio's music hits, he comes in green, red and gold, and his opponent is ECW's Evan Bourne.

Match 1: 1 Draft Pick-RAW's Rey Mysterio v ECW's Evan Bourne.

High-flying match, no man was really able to take control until Bourne missile dropkicked Rey off the ring apron from the top turnbuckle, and then hit a Suicide Dive onto Rey on the outside. Bourne then dominated, pushing Rey inside, hitting a flying crossbody off the top rope. He went for the pin.

1...
2...
Kick Out!

Rey tried to fight back with some kicks & punches, but Evan pushed him away and hit an Enzuguri. He went up top, went for the Shooting Star Press, but Rey rolled out the way, and climbed up top, hit the Frog Splash, and got the pin.

Winner-Rey Mysterio.

And the first draft pick is....

Draft Pick #1-Evan Bourne is drafted to RAW.

Rey turns around and stares down Evan, before Rey poses and Evan nods his head in approval.

*Commercial*

We're back as Kofi Kingston heads to the ring. His opponent is SD's Matt Hardy.

Match 2: 1 Draft Pick-RAW's Kofi Kingston v SD's Matt Hardy.

After a back and forth match, Matt took control, he hit a bulldog, and was about to set up a Twist of Fate, when Jeff came down and jumped on the ring apron, and he and Matt had a slanging match. Jeff jumped down, Matt turned around and walked straight into the Trouble in Paradise. Kofi got the pin.

Winner-Kofi Kingston.

and the next draft pick is...

Draft Pick #2-Jeff Hardy is drafted to RAW.

Jeff laughs his head off and waves Matt goodbye as Matt looks on seething. JR however reminds us that the brothers will face off in an "I Quit" Match at Backlash.

Backstage Steph is looking in the mirror, talking to herself, before Randy Orton creeps up behind her. She's about to scream before he tells her to hush. He says he won't hurt her, he's here to help. He tells her that HHH is a fraud, that HHH isn't interested in saving her, Vince or Shane, all he wants is the WWE Title, and Randy himself. He says HHH is consumed by it, he has to destroy Orton at every opportunity, and he has to be Champion. Orton says HHH doesn't care about Steph, but that he used Steph to get to Vince so he could get all his title shots, and choose his opponents, bypassing the GM as Vince is the boss, Orton knew what HHH was about, and that any normal husband wouldn't have put the title on the line, but HHH needed to get to Orton, and because HHH thought he was invicible and had everything, he could get away with it. He says HHH used the support of the McMahons to get to Orton, and get his rematch, acting like the good son-in-law and husband to get sympathy and what he needed to launch his personal campaign against Orton. Remember he lowered the cage on Cody Rhodes? he was using you. Yeah he cried when I RKO'd, DDT'd you and kissed you, (Steph is in fits of tears by this point), but that was just playing to the camera, and that HHH couldn't handle Orton beating him, so it made him more determined to destroy Orton, because he's scared of Orton, because Orton can challenge him. Remember the Evolution days? When HHH went out partying with the ladies? He asks how did Steph feel? How did she feel when HHH re-joined DX and beat her daddy to a pulp with a Sledgehammer in Hell in A Cell? Orton tells Steph she needs to be careful, not of Orton, Orton only attacked her to prove his point, that HHH doesn't really care, he just acts like he does, but really, all he wants is the WWE Championship, and everything else comes as an afterthought. Steph, trying to convince herself, pushes Orton away and shouts "You're wrong, You're wrong" before running off sobbing. Orton looks on dissappointed, but sinister.

Can't you resist the temptation, you're trying to be like everyone else, but you'll never hide the past", its abruptly stops as Big Show grabs Kane, hits the Chokeslam, and pins him.

Winner-The Big Show.

Kane struggles away as the next draft pick is announced...

Draft pick #3-Chris Jericho is drafted to Smackdown.

Chris Jericho comes out and stares at The Big Show as we go to a WWE Superstars promo.

WWE Superstars Promo-Debuting this thursday on WGN.

Backstage we see Steph wiping tears from her eyes. HHH comes in and asks her what's wrong. Steph says "Orton..he" and immediately HHH flares up and immediately he gets up again, and says he's gonna make that son of a bitch pay. Steph stands up and asks him why he's so interested in the title when Orton keeps escaping. HHH tells her not to worry, he says he goes for the title because he knows that's all that Orton wants, and if he gets it, Orton won't get it back, and Orton couldn't hurt any of them again. They kiss before HHH says he has to leave to talk to Dave(Batista).

*Commercial*

He tells Batista once this Orton saga is over then they can mess about over the Championship, but until then, they need to work together. Batista nods his head in approval, before walking away. He repeatedly beat Burchill, and threw him in the ring. As he picked up a barbed wire bat, he came in, went for Burchill, who hit him with a low blow with a pair of brass knucks. The bell rings.

Match 1: Xtreme Rules Match-Paul Burchill v Tommy Dreamer.

Long, brutal match. Burchill's back bleeding after shots with a barbed wire bat, Dreamer busted open after a monitor shot. The match ended with Burchill going up top, but Dreamer smashed him with a chair, and Burchill fell onto the turnbuckle. Mark Henry dominated throughout, but Christian began to get in some offensive. He managed to take Henry down with an armbar, and as he fell against the ropes, Shelton Benjamin grabbed him, pulled him out the ring, and started pounding him down. Then MVP came out and attacked Shelton and Christian and then CM Punk appeared on the top rope and jumped on them all. Teddy comes out and says he knows what this is about. He says that to solve this once and for all, at Backlash, Christian will defend his MITB briefcase in a 5-Man Elimination Battle Royal. Christian v CM Punk v Shelton Benjamin v MVP v Kane. Everyone looks unhappy at Kane's inclusion.

Winner and STILL ECW Champion-Jack Swagger.

After the match Swagger took Hornswoggle, and Finlay chased after him, Swagger ran off out the building into a car, but as he exited, he didn't have Hornswoggle, Finlay went around looking for him, screaming for him, but there was no reply as the show went off the air.

WWE Smackdown 17/04/09

No Opening Pyro. The Undertaker's gong sounds and he's making his way to the ring!

*Backlash promo*

HHH's last Smackdown appearance is tonight, he will tag with World Heavyweight Champion John Cena against Chris Jericho & The Big Show.

The Undertaker is in the ring. He says that last week proved something, that he and HBK are very similar, very powerful, but complete opposites. Taker harnesses the power of the darkness whilst HBK fights a losing battle trying to keep the light shining, but Wrestlemania proved his time is running out, and at Backlash, he will end this forever, and prove that he, The Undertaker, is the most dominant entity in the WW....

...Suddenly a video package airs on the titantron. There's a pale white mist surrounded by blue sky, and HBK is walking along it. A bright white light shines upon him, as that choir music plays, but suddenly flames spurt up behind him and the darkness falls, and Taker's greatest victories are played all around him. Gradually they start to break up, before swirling into one on the screen before they smash, and all that's left is the image of HBK superkicking Taker. HBK turns in front of this, and says "Taker, this is your destiny, come Backlash, you will be forever consigned to the depths of Hell", before the choir music blares out, HBK mocks Taker's raise the lights pose, and the bright white light and mist return, and we return to the ring where Taker is going skitz, as we head to commercial.

*Commercial*

Rey Mysterio comes out to a good pop in his return match on Smackdown, he is followed out by CM Punk who is making his SD debut, and they're joined by MVP. Shelton Benjamin is on the opposing team, which also includes The Miz & Matt Hardy, who comes out last.

Match 1: 6-Man Tag-US Champion MVP, CM Punk & Rey Mysterio v Shelton Benjamin, The Miz & Matt Hardy.

Long back and forth match where The Miz gets a decent amount of offense on CM Punk, but Punk hits him with the enzuguri, and tags in Mysterio, Miz tags in Hardy. Rey takes down Hardy with a crossbody, elbows Shelton, dropkicks Matt onto the ropes, goes for the 619, hits it!, goes for the Seated Seanton but Shelton superkicks him!, MVP clotheslines Shelton out the ring, Matt goes to hit the Twist of Fate, Rey counters into a roll-up, but Hardy rolls through to get the pin himself!.

Winners-Matt Hardy, Shelton Benjamin & The Miz.

After the match, Matt gets on the mic. He says he has a message for Jeff. He says that Jeff may have thought he had escaped by going to RAW, but this is not over. He talked to Vickie Guerrero, and she agreed this needed to be ended once and for all. So there is a new stipulation added for next Sunday, in their "I Quit" Match, whoever quits has to leave the WWE, if they don't, they will be fired. Matt laughs and sarcastically laughs "Good luck..JEFF!!!", before dropping the mic as we head to commercial.

*Commercial*

Ziggler then irish whipped Primo into Smith, they both went over the ropes, Ziggler grabbed Melina, Michelle slapped her, and hit the Faith Breaker, and covered for the pin.

Winners-Dolph Ziggler, DH Smith and Michelle McCool.

JR reminds us that The Colons have to defend their titles in a Ladder Match next Sunday, and that Melina will defend her Women's Championship against The Glamazon Beth Phoenix also at Backlash.

We're back as HHH's music hits, he's followed out by Cena, then Y2J, then Show.

Match 4: Tag Team Match-World Heavyweight Champion John Cena & HHH v Chris Jericho & The Big Show.

Long match, both Cena & HHH worked long spells with Y2J. The ending came when Y2J went for a bulldog on HHH, who pushed into the ropes, and hit a Spinebuster. He falls to his knees on the mat, before "I Hear Voices" plays, and out comes Legacy with sledgehammers. They come down to the ring, Orton climbs up on the apron, HHH gets up close and personal, before Orton suddenly jumps off in fear, HHH turns round confused and gets smacked with a right hand by Big Show, HHH just stands dazed, legs wobbling, before falling out the ring. Cena comes in, but Big Show grabs him by the throat, and Chokeslams him. Jericho just slithers away into the corner, pretending to be hurt, but grinning when Show isn't looking. The referee counts 10 and the match is over.

Winners-Chris Jericho & The Big Show via Countout.

We then see Randy Orton stand over HHH, he raises his sledgehammer, goes to hit him, but then swivels the bat round and rests it on HHH's chest, Orton looks up and continues to stand over HHH as the show goes off the air.

Re: My WWE

I took an enforced sabbatical but I'm now back so will start with the RAW after The Bash, and seeing as you want me to do a synopsis of what's happened in between I'll post it up later.
