Not a lot to it and you can go into as much detail as you wish. As stated in the thread I linked to, the winner of this contest will receive 10,000 vCash and a shiny new award. As far as I know, there are no restrictions on who can enter.
Once you have done your show, it would be advisable to re-read it several times before submitting it as it cant be changed afterwards. You have until Wrestlemania itself so there is no rush to get it done quickly. Quality over quantity as usual.
