Re: The Wrestling Clinic

I wasent too sure who you were going to go with in the Main Event. I suspected it would be van Dam and i'm glad you did as the other two i dont think could carry the company. Sabu because of his age and London because he is nowhere near as big as van Dam. Good show overall even if one or two matches seemed rushed.

The show opens with what can now be considered a full length video with "It's My Life playing in the background. As usual, a pisercam flies over the crowd as the go wild forgetting to be on TV and fireworks go off on the top of the ramp.

Scott Levvy: "Ladies and gentleman, welcome to The Wrestling Clinic LIVE! And coming off the hells of Wresltelution, we have a HELL of a show for you fans. But first, I know that the commentary booth has been changing a lot, but I'm the play-by-play guy here with my color....."

Taz: "Thank you Raven, and MAN it feels good to be here. Feels like the good old days, brotha."

As Levvy and Taz go back and forth, Rob Van Dam's music hits and he comes out holding the Title. Rob Van Dam does his usual taunts, with the crowd chanting "ROB-VAN-DAM" along with him. Van Dam is major over as the rowdy crowd greets him. He gets on the mic and waits until he feels the crowd is calm enough to to talk.

Rob Van Dam - "Wow, you guys like me a lot here, don't you?"

The crowd lets out a big "WOOOOOOOOOO"

Rob Van Dam: "I'm flattered I really am, but listen, I'm gonna be honest. I was tested like I never have been before four nights ago. Not only with Sabu, but with Paul London. The kid has some fight in him. But now that I'm passed that, I'm ready for whatever other challenges RobyD may throw my way.

Paul London's music hits and he makes he way out to the ring, slapping the hands of the fans on the way. He's dressed in a black T-Shirt and Blue Jeans, obviously not dressed to wrestle. He asks for the mic, and Van Dam gladly hands it to him.

Paul London: "You know Rob, I have to agree with you. That was a hell of a challenge last night. I was in there with two World Champions. But to be perfectly honest, I want a rematch!"

The crowd cheers.

Paul London: "You see, I wasn't pinned, your buddy was. I'm still undefeated, and Rob, you're the only one left for me to make my Main Event claim.."

Rob Van Dam: "Hey, you know me, I love a challenge. So I accept, and it'll be me and you at Chaos Theory."

The crowd cheers as the two shake hands and Van Dam's music hits.

Backstage we see Tomko and and Giant Bernard sitting with Scott Hall.

Scott Hall: "You guys see what I'm talking about?"

Tomko: "Yeah, but I don't know, it seems like it was a pretty big chance you took."

Scott Hall: "Tomko, DUDE, we revolutionized the wrestling business."

Scott Hall stands up from the bench on which he was sitting on.

Scott Hall: "Think about that."

He then walks out of the dressing room.

Back in the live arena, D'Lo Brown's music hits and he makes his way to the ring as the ring announcer announces that it'll be a number one contenders match for the Hybrid Championship. D'Lo gets a good amount of pop. Next out is Shannon Moore, who also gets a mixed reaction of mostly pop. Before the bell rings, Chris Masters comes out to the commentary booth. Masters is very respectful on the booth, playing up Shannon Moore most of the match, and not getting involved. He does talk himself up more than Moore. In the match, the two start off equal, but asize advantage from D'Lo gives him the early stronghold. D'Lo dominatesfor the first half of the match, before Moore comes back with a flurry of high risk and fast pace moves. Brown stops Moore's momentum with a huge clotheline and tries to set him up for the Sky High. Moore reverses with a Facebuster and followes it up with a Mooregasm for the win. Chris Masters gets in the ring and the two stare off as Masters holds his belt up.
Result: Shannon Moore def. D'Lo Brown at 8:22 to become the #1 Contender for The Wrestling Clinic Hybrid Championship.

Robbie Dawber is backstage with Nick Dinsmore and Ken Doane, ready to interview the two.

Robbie Dawber: "Nick, Ken, you two were both at the Pay Per View, and although you came out on different sides of victories, you both feel as though you have a grievence, care to explain?"

Nick Dinsmore: "You know what, Robbie? I do. You see since DAY ONE, I've been put into the position to where I had to claw my way to the top because of politics. Hell, I had to act mentally challenged for years of my life. After I came out and admitted that it was all a ploy, everyone has been wondering two things. ONE, when are you gonna admit you're not a retard, Robbie? And two, where does Nick Dinsmore go from here? You see, I dominated my match at Wrestlelution againt Val Venis, and it leaves me asking, why the hell did I have to waste my time with him when guys like Sonjay Dutt and Petey Williams are taking up the time in which I could be winning World Titles?"

Ken Doane: "What's more, is that I wasn't even supposed to be on the card, and these two jokes were. Shows what our chairman really knows doesn't it?"

Mike Adamle: "Well, at...."

Sonjay Dutt and Petey Williams walk up to Doane and Dinsmore, laughing.

Petey Williams: "Hey, if you two have a problem with the fact that we're the hottest rising stars around, then just say it already. OR, you can do like every other man around here, and meet us in the ring and do something about it."

Williams and Dutt walk off as Dinsmore and Doane stare at them.

Back in the ring, Elijah Burke's music is playing as he has a mic in hand ready to talk.

Elijah Burke: "Alright, alright. So it took me a little while to get my footing around here but I think I'm ready. Elijah Burke has a challenge, and I think that I want to call out any former World Heavyweight Champion from any company. Tonight, Elijah Burke proves that he has what it takes to be a World Heavyweight Champion!"

Sabu's music hits and he comes out, dressed to wrestle as it is made apparant that he has accepted Elijah Burke's challenge. Sabu's dominates almost through and through from when the bell rings. Sabu pulls out all the stops, but Burke continues to kick out. Any offence Burke gets is momentary, as Sabu avoids any real damage being done to him. Sabu sets up for the win as he front flips from the top, looking for an Arabian Facebuster. Burke catches him, picks him up and Powerbombs him to the ring. Burke continues with his momentum and wears Sabu down until he gets him in the Turnbuckle, where he hits the Elijah Express for the win.
Result: Elijah Burke def. Sabu at 7:37

As Elijah Burke celebrates his win and walks down the ramp, La Resistance's music hits and Rene Dupree and Rob Conway make their way to the ring. The crowd is booing nonstop for these two. Rene Dupree grabs a mic and begins to talk as the crowd chants "You Suck!".

Rene Dupree: "Oh shut up! Shut up! You damn Americans, you're screwing with our heads. You're exactly why we lost on Sunday. No respect for the greatest wrestlers of all time!"

As La Resistance go on about the disrespectful Americans and how much their country sucks, The Basham's music hits. The crowd slightly pops, but are mainly booing them too. As the Basham's get to the ring, Tag titles in hand, Doug takes the mic from Rene's hand.

Doug Basham: "Aren't you two french!?"

Conway mouths "yeah" to them and starts to do a french tickler.

Doug Basham: "Just what I thought, two pussies going on and on about nonsense."

At this point, Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch's music hits and they make their way to the ring. Lance snatches the mic from Doug's hand.

Lance Cade: "Wait, you two are calling these guys pussies? I mean, yeah, but their French, essentially it's not their fault. You two, well you two must work at it. I mean, hell, cheating to become the first ever Tag Champions? Not only that, but switching one another out? How the hell bad do you have to be?"

The Basham's can't take Cade's taunting and throw a punch at him. La Resistance gets involved as well and the ring becomes chaos.

Nick Dinsmore and Ken Doane come out together with a good amount of heat. Petey Williams and Sonjay Dutt comes out and they have an overwhelming pop awaiting them. Dinsmore and Dutt start. It's a pretty back and forth match with Dinsmore taking his leads with technical skill and ground work, but Dutt taking his leads with face pace strikes and high flying attacks, going up and down from the ropes. Dinsmore his a Big Boot and both men hit the ground, tagging in their partners. Petey Williams lights Doane up, not giving him a chance at all to get the advantage. After taking Dinsmore out too, Williams hits the Canadian Destroyer on Ken Doane to get the win for his team.
Result: Petey Williams and Sonjay Dutt def. Nick Dinsmore and Ken Doane at 5:42

Backstage, we see Tomko and Bernard backstage with Scott Hall again.

Giant Bernard: "So you really think I'm gonnawin thismatch tonight, Scott?"

Scott Hall: "Win it? You're gonna destroy Paul London. And after that, I'm telling you, if you guys let this go down, a family is born."

Giant Bernard comes out, not accompanied by Tomko, to loud boos. Following him is Paul London, who asside from Rob Van Dam, gets the loudest pop of the night. The bells rings and the two go back and forth, with Bernard's obvious size advantage playing a big part in his domination. Still, London is able to get in his share of offense, though, mostly through strikes and other non grappling holds. After two trade off advantage points for a while in the match, London gets a huge boost of momentum and appears close to victory. Bernard can't seem to shake London, no matter howhard he tries. Finally, Tomko runs down with Scott Hall behind him. Tomko attacks Paul London, hitting his Backbreaker Torcher Rack into a Neckbreaker. Bernard joins in, hitting the Train Wreck. The two stomp him down with Scott Hall egging them on and getting some shots in himself. This continues until Rob Van Dam runs down with a chair. While Van Dam is running down, London starts gaining hit feet again, throwing punches back. Bernard, Tomko and Scott Hall all flea from the ring. Van Dam tosses the chair to Paul London and for a second it looks like they're on the same page, but Van Dam then jumps and kicks the chair right in his face, hitting the Van Daminator. Tomko, Bernard and Hall all get back in the ring again and continue brutalizing London. They all hit their finishers, including Scott Hall, and smash his head in with a chair. The last image on the screen before it fades out to end the show is all of them holding each others hands up, standing over Paul London.
Result: Paul London def. Giant Bernatd via Disqualification at 10:12

Re: The Wrestling Clinic

Overall a good show. Sabu/Burke would be a great match in real life to see!

Glad you had Moore go over Brown, not a fan of Brown at all.

Looking forward to RVD/London at Chaos Theory. Should be a good match. Good work
