IMPACT! Opens this week with the former leader of the Main Event Mafia, Kurt Angle, on his way to the ring. Angle is noticeably limping following his match against Jeff Jarrett at Lockdown. Angle gingerly climbs into the ring and takes a mic. Angle says Jarrett gave him the toughest match he has had in quite some time at Lockdown. Angle didn’t think Jarrett still had that much in him. Angle challenges Jarrett to one more match in the future as soon as both men are recovered. Angle says nothing was settled at Lockdown, and he isn’t going to leave it unfinished. Angle drops the mic as he knows Jarrett isn’t in the arena tonight and heads backstage.

Christopher Daniels
The Fallen Angel made his long awaited return to TNA at Lockdown but wasn’t able to come out victorious. Daniels looked to make things right tonight as he bids to hit the Mafia with a stiff shot to daze them following Styles victory last week. The Mafia may be rocking and Booker needs a win to steady the ship. Daniels had other ideas as took everything Booker had and came back for more. Daniels kicked out of the Book End and avoided the Axe Kick. Daniels hit the Best Moonsault Ever before following up with the Last Rites for the three count.
Result: Christopher Daniels via Pinfall.
The Fallen Angel is well and truly back in TNA and he is looking to help dispose of the Mafia. Based on tonight’s performance, it’ll be hard to bet against him.
Backstage to the Beautiful People with Lauren. Angelina Love says they have been humiliated by the Governor over the past few months and will not rest until she is gone from TNA forever. Taylor Wilde steps in and tells the Beautiful People to either put up, or shut up as she for one is sick of hearing them talk about what they will never do. Velvet Sky takes exception to these comments and slaps Taylor Wilde. Taylor in turn spears Sky but is quickly outnumbered and bails out before Love and Rayne can get many shots in.

Lethal Consequences
Two teams looking to get title shots against Beer Money Inc go at it in our second match up of the evening. Lethal Consequences got off to a good start last week then they beat Suicide and Shark Boy. Team 3D meanwhile have only recently dropped out of the title picture and they want to get straight back into it. With Team 3D in good form and keeping Creed isolated things were looking good for the 21 time tag team champions. That is until L.A.X. made their way to ringside. Brother Ray decided to fight them off which meant Brother Devon lost his focuses and allowed Creed to tag in Lethal. Devon managed to get his head back in the game but Hernandez soon changed that when he tripped Devon as he went off the ropes. Lethal hit the Lethal Combination to pick up the three count.
Result: Lethal Consequences via Pinfall.
Hernandez was quickly into the ring after the bell to get in a few more shots on Brother Devon before TNA Security separated the two teams.
Backstage we see Kevin Nash and Matt Morgan deep in conversation but just far enough away so that we cant hear what is being said.

Delirious
Four men looking to push up the card in TNA gave it everything they had as they tried to get themselves noticed for a future title match. Delirious looked to score the surprise win when he hit Shadows over Hell on Chase Stevens. Suicide broke the count. Suicide hit the D.O.A. on Chase Stevens who was getting on the wrong end of everything tonight but Delirious this time broke the count. Eric Young would take the opportunity to hit a Double Death valley Driver on Delirious and Suicide before picking up the Pinfall on Suicide.
Result: Eric Young via Pinfall.
Backstage and Brutus Magnus is standing by with Lauren. Magnus cuts a promo in which he states his belief that TNA are refusing to let him shine and thus he has resorted to open challenges just to wrestle in TNA. Magnus issues another challenge for Sacrifice against any wrestler alive today.

Taylor Wilde
Following the altercation earlier tonight between Taylor and The Beautiful People, this match has taken a much more competitive approach as Taylor basically called The Beautiful People out and in effect embarrassed them. Rayne tried to get some revenge but Taylor held out and took control when she got the chance. Taylor went on to hit the German Suplex before following up with a Spinning DDT that Mike Tenay informed is called Drive you Wilde. Taylor picked up the win as a result.
Result: Taylor Wilde def Madison Rayne via Pinfall.
Velvet Sky and Angelina Love were not happy with the result and decided to take some revenge themselves. Love hit the Lights Out but The Governor ran in to save Taylor from getting hurt any further.

Kazarian
Kazarian picked up the win in the Steel Asylum at Lockdown, now he’s looking to gather momentum as he heads towards his title match with X-Division Champion Jimmy Rave. Bashir meanwhile is just looking to win and get himself started. Bashir had the momentum when he went for the W.M.D. but Kazarian held onto the middle rope meaning Bashir sent himself back first to the mat. Kazarian crouched in the corner and hit the recovering Bashir with a Pump Kick to pick up the three count.
Result: Kazarian via Pinfall.
After the match, Kazarian took the mic and told Alex Shelley that he can do all the crying he wants, he isn’t getting a title shot before Kazarian gets his own. Kazarian tells Shelley he simply wasn’t good enough to get the job done. Kazarian says Shelley had his chance, but he blew it.
Matt Morgan and Kevin Nash are next to the ring as Morgan has something to say. Morgan doesn’t waste time and gets to the point. He got the win at Lethal Lockdown and Sting didn’t even say thank you afterwards. Morgan says that was a blatant lack of respect and it showed Morgan that Sting is only looking out for himself. Morgan demands that Sting give him a title match as a thank you for saving his ass at Lockdown. Morgan tells Sting that he wants an answer by next week, or he’ll have to get one himself. Kevin Nash seems to be firmly behind Morgan in this one.

Steiner used his vast power advantage against the champion but Styles simply refused to stay down and kept getting back up much to the annoyance of Steiner. Steiner hit the Steiner line but missed the follow up elbow drop as Styles recovered quickly. With Steiner hurting Styles went on the offence big time and ended up hitting the Styles Clash to pick up the three count and retain his title for the second week running.
Result: AJ Styles Retains via Pinfall.
Styles celebrates dealing another body blow to the resistance of the Main Event Mafia as they are definitely on the ropes only two weeks after emerging victorious from Lethal Lockdown.
