First of all, thanks to DD for kindly setting up the subforum for this. It'll be a much better way to keep everything organized.
The aim of this project is to seek out and find the best WWE matches this decade has to offer. People are encouraged to discuss, share and recommend matches in their respective yearly threads. At the end of the year, when the decade is over, a deadline will be set and people will be able to send in ballots and vote for their picks for the top 100 matches of the decade. Now obviously, not everyone has the time, interest or commitment to go through everything, so for those people smaller ballots of either 50 matches or 25 matches can be done.
Even if you don't decide to participate in the final voting in several months time, anyone and everyone is welcome to take part in the discussion beforehand and to give their two cents.
Please keep all comments and questions that do not belong to individual yearly threads in here.

Can I just ask what counts as the decade? From a quick look at the set out here we seem to be going from '01-'10. Is that right?
Just wanna make sure I don't start looking back at memorable matches from '99 and '00 just to find I've been wasting my time.

Just had a thought. For those of us with shitty memories, it may be worth co-ordinating this subforum here, with the Platinums WWE Section, so that any matches mentioned here get uploaded for easy access and a link to the thread in the Multimedia Section. That way Platinum Members can get hold of the matches as soon as they need to, and it also means that those without Platinum membership will be encouraged to either sign up for it, or contribute more in order to recieve it.
It'll help this whole concept gain more interest and help the site gain more traffic and VIP's.

Care to elaborate a bit? I don't get what you mean by "co-ordinate".
I am going to go through the media section later and post a lot of links in the threads. Or I may just edit them into the opening posts to make them easier to find.

That's basically what I meant. But to be totally clear, what I was saying was that whenever a match is mentioned here, if it isn't already in the media section, someone (either you or Jim or Jon or whoever, I'd do it if I was savy enough) uploads it and puts it there, and then makes a link in the appropriate thread here, to the thread in multimedia section. Obviously only Platinum Members can get in the section, but not only does it make this whole idea flow easier, it also promotes the forums VIP section and expands the Platinum membership (thus making it worthwhile for Mods and Admin to get involved).

Just went through and updated each thread with all the links I could find. It's not a lot, but I think from tomorrow I will start uploading stuff from all the burned discs I have. There is also a TONNE on youtube and dailymotion if you can't find something straight away.
