Interesting that the following Wrestlemania World Title matches won't feature on my list:

Triple H vs The Rock vs Big Show vs Mick Foley - Wrestlemania 2000
Triple H vs Chris Jericho - Wrestlemania X8
Triple H vs Booker T - Wrestlemania 19
John Cena vs JBL - Wrestlemania 21
Triple H vs Batista - Wrestlemania 21
Rey Mysterio vs Randy Orton vs Kurt Angle - Wrestlemania 22
John Cena vs Triple H vs Randy Orton - Wrestlemania 24
John Cena vs Big Show vs Edge - Wrestlemania 25
Triple H vs Randy Orton - Wrestlemania 25

I personally think it's terrible that THAT many Wrestlemania World Title matches arn't good enough to get on my list. Obviously it is all opinion, but in the list of the top 100 matches of the decade, you'd think anything that was worthy of being a Wrestlemania title match should not only be on the list, but towards the top end of it.

They really need to cut out the triple threats.

Yeah but at the same time it's interesting to see how a match happening at Wrestlemania automatically increases its stock with some people. Granted the WWE usually save their big matches until then but theres still a lot of matches that get made out to be better than they were just because they happened at Wrestlemania.

And notice the amount of HHH there?

lol I noticed the amount of HHH as I was typing it.

And yeah I get what you mean about certain matches being overrated due to them occuring on the big stage. Every single Wrestlemania title match should be high on this list on merit though.

At this point, we are more or less waiting for the decade to close. In December I may start accepting ballots, or set a deadline or something, but for now the threads are still open for people to add to the nominee's lists, to discuss matches, pimp stuff that isn't getting love, etc. If there are any matches you feel strongly about which you think may be overlooked, probably best to start talking them up now. Discussion has kinda died the last month, but I expect/hope for a good turn-out in the actual voting.
