Pretty sure I wouldn't dismiss a match just because it has a particular wrestler in it. It's more that I don't like Morrison BECAUSE I don't rate his matches. I already talked about how the Christian/Swagger match got me into Swagger and stopped me saying Christian is overrated.
If a wrestler has a match I really enjoy, I'll give them their due.

I'm gonna throw Y2J/Jeff from May in here (with Edge and Rey at ringside), as well Cena/Edge from Raw, HBK/Cena from Raw, and agree with Bourne /Morrison from ECW.

If it's the Morrison/Hardy match from last week that got mentioned, I didn't think much of that at all. Too many restholds for my liking and I thought it was pretty boring.

This is the first year that through hook or crook I've seen every PPV consistently.
With that in mind the three best matches off of the top of my head would be HBK/Undertaker, Mysterio/Jericho, and Cena/Edge.
HBK/Taker and Mysterio/Jericho were both great because they took scenarios where you thought would be highly unlikely (Taker's streak being snapped by a retiring veteran as opposed to a younger guy who could be put over, and Mysterio losing his mask) and by mid match had you on the edge of your seat thinking it just might happen.
Going into each match I would say that Mysterio/Jericho had a lot more hype going for me as Jericho is my favorite and I had been watching Smackdown weekly leading into the feud as oppose to Mania where I went in pretty much cold turkey.
As far as match quality goes, I'd give it to HBK/Taker. In Jericho/Mysterio's defense HBK/Taker was given a lot more time to work with and come on....you cannot compare the atmosphere of a packed WrestleMania show down to The Great American...wait sorry...The Bash.
Cena/Edge is my number three.
As far as match quality goes, 2009 has been extremely weak PPV wise. There is always at least one match that is very good on every PPV but there haven't been any shows that have been great start to finish.
As far as TV matches go, I can't really comment on anything pre draft as I wasn't downloading shows on the regular. Post draft both Smackdown and ECW have delivered at least one worth while match per show, but there hasn't been any free TV stuff to stand out as anything that will be talked about a few years from now. (See Hardy/Taker Ladder Match, Benoit/Jericho VS HHH/Austin, etc).
