In a interview on MTV, Rey said that he showed CWA the presciption, and they just waved it off and continued his suspension.
"Well, apparently CWA doesn't treat all their wrestlers this way. I guess the more you win, the looser leash you get. One time, Ralph McCoy dropped his bag in the hall, and I saw some needles, and, I reported it to Mr. Anderson, and he said he would look into it, oh well." Rey shrugs.
"Well, have you thought about taking any legal action." says the overweight show host.
"Actually, I have. A week ago my lawyer appealed to the court, I'm suing for damages of 500,000 dollars. How much I would of been payed if I was wrestling right now." Rey says.
