We did the shoutbox on all pages on WH. The Shoutbox keeps Monks open for me, that's why I use it, it keeps me interested in the site... otherwise i'd just hit the x after I posted >.>

We had a member who hasn't been on in a long time just show up yesterday I believe it was, and I have seen how well it works before... (It caught me up and I wouldn't be here or wouldn't have stayed on WH and gotten to know who I know without the sb)

I think the 1337 thing is just testing some of our patience as people seem to attack what they don't understand instead of someone trying to go with the flow of things. Like I said many times, it's just a casual thing to make the more boring things we say more interesting. Nothing more, nothing less.

Basically it is a thing that is accepted by almost the entire gaming industry and actually gaming terms come from it. I don't expect everyone to understand it, but I would expect people to not be hostile towards it, just like most of us are with anything else that we aren't familiar with.

Back on the 1337 thingy. I can understand some of it (Griff, most of GD's etc) but others (Looks at ToL then at Jako) take it a little (maybe being gnerous there) too far. Every second letter is a number or a symbol.

If that was cut back on (not eliminated, that would be unfair) a little it would probably solve that complaint.

Im so tired of defending this whole thing I dont freaking speak that much in 1337, maybe your just coming in at bad times or maybe your just seeing things you want to. I don't SPEAK THAT MUCH 1337, if you want to put the blame on me fine whatever. If anything GD speaks more of it then me, so how bout you do some research mr. I know everything.

It could be just bad timing on my part but i nearly always see your name or Jako's beside it. As i said i can understand some of it but when it has more symbols than letters its next to immpossible for a lot of people to read. And dont say that doesnt happen as i have seen it several times.
