I think you pretty much answered your own question. The payoff should be the building of new stars but it's only pushing already over stars who don't need a push. All of the people who could benefit from it aren't involved. A.J styles was already a main eventer as was Joe as was Daniels. It started off as something that could help TNA, now it's something I wish would just go away.
