This idea just popped into my head. What are some matches you think everyone who calls themselves a wrestling fan should have to see at least once?

Ric Flair vs. Ricky Steamboat (1989 Trilogy: Chi-Town Rumble, COTC Ragin' Cajun Showdown, Music City Showdown)

Terry Funk vs. Sabu (Born To Be Wired)

Undertaker vs. Foley (Hell In A Cell)

Those are the three that come to mind for me. What do you have?
