I dont think we have those. We have toll freeways, but there are cameras that take a picture of your plates and youre mailed the bill. Anyone who is smart puts a tinted cover over their plates and the camera cant pick it up.

Anyhow, I cant see the government justifying this type of tax in these economic times, especially with the property taxes on the rise, gas prices going up, and families in North America as a whole struggling to survive. The sad part is once this recession is over, interest rates will probably double.
