lol that is the most insane thing I've ever heard. How could this possibly be fair especially to people in areas where there is no mass transit? And with how hard it is to find a job some people have to travel an insane amount to their job. I guarantee gas will soon go up too. Massachusetts is one of the states proposing this. And I guarantee this state does. They tax the shit out of us in general anyway.

I live 25 minutes away from New Hampshire. It costs 24 more dollars per carton for cigarettes. Cost more for booze, shit more for gas. Insanity.

What do you think about this new idea? It's only been proposed in 10 states so far. Obama flat out said no to it for a federal law.
