| I agree. Smackdown! needs more star power, but mostly at the mid-card level. Their main event is low on stars because, they have too few mid-carders. so should-be main eventers like JBL, Chris Benoit, (possibly) Booker T, etc. are filling in the mid-card level instead. 'But also a huge factor playing with their ratings is UPN. UPN is really screwing over Smackdown! as of this point. Me, myself live in DC where UPN pretty much doesn't give two shits about Smackdown!. They would rather broadcast the National's lose half of their games instead. They usually show replays of it on Sat. here. 'But there are weeks like last week were they didn't even show it. UPN has also cut down alot of things from Smackdown!, including being resonsible for the firing of Muhammad Hassan. Those, two factors are have really been playing on SD as of late.
'Though as for RAW. Their ratings have been extremely well the past couple months. Well done for them. |
