World champions should be faces most of the time, if they're representing your company, it makes sense if they're good people.
A heel champion always is better for the story. and the quality of the storyline and the wrestling is what represents a wrestling company, and even if the champion is a heel they'll still make the poster boy of the company a face. so basically a heel champion most of the time is better.
